Are You Ready For A “Friends” Reunion?!

Jennifer Aniston Asked A Hotel Worker To Plan Her Wedding

Get ready.

Friends has been off the air for 12 years, which means that this tv event is gonna be pretty epic.

NBC announced at the Television Critics Association’s press tour in Pasadena on Wednesday that the two hour special is happening as a special is a tribute to director James Burrows, who also helmed iconic series Taxi, The Bob Newhart Show, and Cheers. Burrows directed the pilot of Friends and 15 episodes of the show, and according to EW just shot his 1,000th episode of television.

I’m pretty impressed that all six original cast members (Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, David Schwimmer) are into doing this, but the issue is scheduling. All these actors are pretty much still working, so it’s gonna be like herding rich, rich cats.

The special will air Sunday, Feb. 21. Will you watch!?!

TLC Axed “19 Kids And Counting.”

About time.

TMZ confirms that “19 Kids and Counting” just got the AX.

The show has been on the chopping block since all the disturbing child molestation revelations about Josh Duggar: namely that he molested 5 children, including 4  of his many, many sisters. Ugh.

TLC wanted to wait to make a formal announcement in case there was any way they could salvage the show, but clearly, you can’t come back from a child molestation allegation. The public outcry was- not surprisingly- very strong, and the show was kinda doomed for the last few months. But now, it’s official.

That makes 2 TLC shows have been cut after reports of child molestation. Classy, TLC! I think now your casting department probs needs to work a little harder to find some quality reality tv subjects.

Lauren Collins, Shane Kippel, and Jake Epstein reunited on Monday in what I can only describe as Canadian television HEAVEN.

Collins (who played Queen Bee Page Michaelchuk on the show) instagrammed: “These guys! (Racing to post this before @shaneykipps does…) #DEGRASSI,”

Kippel, 29, teased in a second pic: “Look who I stumbled across…randomly…at the scheduled Degrassi promo shoot that we’re all a part of #degrassi #promo #oldfriends #catchingup #allgrownup.”

The three ex-castmates were also joined by Adamo Ruggiero, who played the show’s first openly gay character, Marco. So what’s the deal with this reunion? The former costars are probably gearing up for Degrassi’s one-hour special, titled “It Goes There: Degrassi’s Most Talked About Moments.”WHICH I WILL DEFINITELY WATCH.

Us Magazine reported that the show canceled from TeenNick after 14 seasons. Luckily, Netflix picked up the fan-favorite show for 2016. Right?

Lori Laughlin Schools Y’all On Aging Gracefully In Hollywood

An Unforgettable Evening Benefitting EIF's Women's Cancer Fund - Arrivals

We’re excited as you are to see Lori Loughlin in Fuller House, and we think she looks as beautiful as ever.

That being said, like most performers who age (uh, ALL of them), it’s hard to reconcile a changing identity in a youth-obsessed industry. Sure, she’s aged since her Full House days, but she’s brave enough to not be lame about it, and reflect maturely on her…maturity.

The actress talks about the birthday milestone she just celebrated…50!  People reports:

“The lead-up was the worst,” she explains. “It’s hard to get older as an actress, you see a lot of people, especially in L.A., chasing youth.”

“My husband always says, ‘Just age graceful,’ but sometimes I stand over the mirror and go, ‘Well, if I just got a little tuck right there, it would be so much better,’ ” she adds of Mossimo Giannulli, the fashion entrepreneur she wed in 1997. “But you can’t turn around and look 20 again.”

That’s for sure. And if you try, you mostly just end up looking more ridiculous than ever. Aging is a fact of life, I wish the industry would embrace and respect people like Loughlin more!
