The on again and off again couple, Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler seem to put their differences behind them once again and pull it together as a united couple this Easter Sunday driving through Beverly Hills, CA.

Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler have split again, their reps confirm to Usmagazine.com.

The couple — who divorced in 2004 but reconciled last September after Barker’s near-fatal plane crash — called it quits “after a nasty fight broke out at his house last night and cops were called…[when] Shanna started freaking out and acting irrational,” a source tells Us.

No charges were filed.

“Travis confronted Shanna about her having an affair with Gerard Butler while he was in the hospital recovering,” the source says. Butler and Moakler were spotted getting cozy at the Hollywood opening of Shin Korean BBQ last October.

Barker “just wants to focus on his music and his children right now. He is done with her drama,” the source says.

In February, Barker told Us he “couldn’t be happier” after reuniting with Moakler, who was spotted wearing her wedding band at a Grammys party.

Barker’s rep tells Us: “After surviving the plane crash his driving force in life is the love he has for his kids. He is tired of all other drama and is ready to move on.” (more…)

Travis Barker has filed a lawsuit blaming the pilots and defective equipment for a plane crash that severely injured the rocker and DJ AM and killed four others.

The L.A. Superior Court lawsuit, also filed Friday by the mother of Barker’s bodyguard, Charles “Che” Still, who died in the crash, alleges the pilots “negligently decided to abort” the takeoff when the Learjet’s tires failed in September at an airport in Columbia, S.C.

“The pilots were either poorly trained and/or failed to follow their training,” the suit says. “The pilots’ decision was a breach of their duty owed to the passengers onboard and was a substantial factor in causing the crash and resultant injuries and deaths.”

Pilot Sarah Lemmon, 31, and co-pilot James Bland, 52, were killed in the crash, as were Barker’s assistant Chris Baker, 29, and Still, 25.

The lawsuit also alleges that one or more of the tires failed, “leaving tire debris and portions of airplane components along the 8,600-foot runaway” and that the plane’s landing gear, tires, wheels, brakes, reverse thrust system, and squat switches “were not airworthy.”

Barker, who is recovering from severe burns, is claiming the crash caused him pain and suffering, mental anguish, psychological and emotional distress, disfigurement, loss of earnings capacity and medical expenses.

Federal aviation officials are focusing on bare tires and debris on the runway as the causes of the crash. The National Transportation Safety Board says the wheels had very little rubber remaining and its brakes were severely damaged.

The lawsuit names as defendants Clay Lacy Aviation, Global Executive Aviation, Inter Travel and Services, Goodyear Tire and Rubber and Bombardier Inc.

Earlier this morning, Travis Barker told fans he was “healing up quickly” and would be out of the hospital “b4 you know it.”

He wasn’t kidding.

On Friday, exactly four weeks after surviving a private plane crash, the former Blink-182 drummer was released from Sherman Oaks’ Grossman Burn Center, the Los Angeles-area facility where he has been receiving treatment since Sept. 29.

The 32-year-old rocker will continue his recovery at home and has requested privacy while continues to recover from the second- and third-degree burns he sustained in the Sept. 19 Learjet crash.

Prior to his California return, Barker was treated at Georgia’s Joseph M. Still Burn Center for 10 days. He relocated to his SoCal home base on a specially equipped bus staffed by medical personnel.

Like his friend and fellow surviving passenger Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein, Barker is expected to make a full recovery.

For his part, AM is slowly but surely resuming his pre-crash life, having triumphantly returned to the spinning scene this week by joining Jay-Z onstage for a Hollywood concert.

An investigation into the crash, which killed the other four onboard, is ongoing.

In the new issue of Us Weekly, Travis Barker opens up for the first time since his tragic September 19 Learjet crash that killed four. He and DJ AM – the only survivors of the crash – suffered second and third degree burns on their hands and lower body.

“I hate planes,” the ex-Blink 182 drummer, 32, tells Us exclusively. “My biggest fear ever is to be involved in a plane crash, so when that happened … well, I’m just thankful to be alive! I’m just grateful to be here at all.”

He spoke to Us on Oct. 6 from the Grossman Burn Center in Los Angeles, where he is now being treated. (He said he was too afraid to fly cross-country from Georgia – where he initially recovered in a burn unit – so he arranged to travel by bus with his father and ex-wife Shanna Moakler.)

How are you doing?
“I am doing the best I can possibly be. I’m so anxious to get out of here. …I’ve just been in surgery after surgery. I have third degree burns basically from my feet up to my waist and both hands. One of my hands was second degree burns and one was third degree burns. I’m trying to have a quick recovery and play the drums again and be able to hold my kids again. [Barker has two children, Landon, 5, and Alabama, 2, with Moakler.] I’m going nuts not being able to see them and spend time with them!”

After over 25 years as a vegetarian, you had to start eating meat again. Why?
“I need protein from food rather than just protein supplements. I changed my diet. I would do anything I possibly could if they said like, ‘There’s a possibility you might heal faster if you do eat meat or just change your eating habits.’ So I did. I don’t regret it at all, I feel so much better.”

How much longer will you be in the hospital?
“Oh gosh, I hope not much longer.
