It’s here, and I’ve already watched it 3 times.
Last night at the MTV Music Video Awards, Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lauter, stars of the Twilight sequel New Moon, premiered the full length trailer to thousands of screaming fans! We’ve all watched the teaser trailer a billion times (okay, tell me you did too) and here is even more for your pleasure!
New Moon is going to be out in the US on November 20th, and you know I’ll be there!
Enjoy!
Whip It, the directorial debut of Drew Barrymore, stars Ellen Page as Bliss, a rebellious Texas teen who throws in her small town beauty pageant crown for the rowdy world of roller derby.
THIS LOOKS SO GOOD! I love both Ellen Page and Drew Barrymore! This looks so fun!
This looks funny!
Overture Films has released a trailer for Grant Heslov’s The Men Who Stare At Goats. Based on Jon Ronson’s 2004 book, Ewan McGregor stars in this so-unbelievable-yet-true story of a reporter who is chasing after a crazy story. U.S. Army First Earth Battalion unit member Lyn Cassady (George Clooney) claims to be part of an experimental U.S. military unit using ancient Chinese mind techniques to develop paranormal powers for American soldiers. This elite experimental group have developed “unparalleled psychic powers to read the enemy’s thoughts, pass through solid walls, and even kill a goat simply by staring at it.”
Aside from the clunky voice over, the film looks like it might be a fun adventure, and you can’t go wrong with this cast — This dark comedy also features Jeff Bridges, and Kevin Spacey. The screenplay was also featured on the 2006 Black List, a listing of the best unproduced screenplays of the year. The film is set to premiere next month at the Toronto International Film Festival, before hitting theaters nationwide on November 6th.

What do you think of Sandra’s dress? I’m not feeling it. Bradley, on the other hand…I’d love to feel that.
I’m hoping the movie is better than the trailer. The movie looks pretty stupid to me, so hopefully it’s better than it looks!

In the horror comedy Zombieland focuses on two men who have found a way to survive a world overrun by zombies. Columbus is a big wuss — but when you’re afraid of being eaten by zombies, fear can keep you alive. Tallahassee is an AK-toting, zombie-slaying’ bad ass whose single determination is to get the last Twinkie on earth. As they join forces with Wichita and Little Rock, who have also found unique ways to survive the zombie mayhem, they will have to determine which is worse: relying on each other or succumbing to the zombies.
