Tori Spelling would like to return to her old zip code.

The actress has yet to be contacted by the producers of the Beverly Hills, 90210 remake the CW is developing, but Spelling, who played Donna Martin on the original show for 10 years, is ready to step up if she gets offered a role.

“My dad always wanted to do a new version of 90210, so I’m sure he will be beaming from above!” Spelling, 34, tells People, referring to her father, the show’s producer Aaron Spelling. “And I’d love to somehow be a part of it. That as well would make my dad proud!”

So what kind of role does she envision for herself?

“Well, I am a mom now, proud to say, but obviously too young to have a teenager, so maybe I could be one of the main character’s young stepmom,” says Spelling, who is expecting her second child. “Playing the funny sex ed teacher at the high school would be funny, too, considering Donna Martin was America’s most infamous virgin.”

She adds: “The show was a huge part of my life. Ten years! I miss it dearly.”

The actress first heard of the remake while doing interviews for her book, sTori Telling.

“I thought … it’s about time,” says Spelling, who next appears on television on Friday on HSN with her own jewelry line. “I’m surprised it took this long for them to make a 90210 spinoff.”

Tori Spelling’s mom, Candy, sure seems to be having daughter issues these days. In a sad, rambling and somewhat baffling blog on today’s Huffington Post, the widow of Aaron Spelling bemoaned… well… something. It all starts with a nurse telling Candy as she’s being wheeled into “yet another” elbow surgery, that her purse is “making the locker it’s in shake and vibrate.”

From there, Candy does a lot of complaining about how friends and family and acquaintances and — heavens to Betsy! — even strangers barrage her with phone calls and e-mails and questions and comments whenever Tori is in the news.

Well, with the release of her new book, sTori Telling, as well as the recent announcement that she is expecting her second child, Tori is, in fact, very much back in the news, which must mean that poor, put-upon Candy has to deal with people talking to her about her daughter. (The fact that Candy does this herself in a very public forum like the Huffington Post seems not at all hypocritical to her.)

In the end, though, Candy does explain that she has learned a lesson, which is, “even surgery doesn’t shield mothers of famous children from their escapades.” Actually, Candy, we’ve heard from our own parents that, no matter how old we get, nothing really shields mothers of any children from any of their escapades, but we’ll take your word for it in this case.

There seems to be a little girl baby boom in Hollywood!

In an exclusive interview with In Touch, Tori Spelling reveals she too is expecting a girl — and she couldn’t be happier. “I just found out at my ultrasound, and we are so excited,” says Tori, who is due in June. “I just did my first shopping trip for her at Lola et Moi in Beverly Hills. Actress Tori Spelling has finally admitted to having a boob job.

The 34-year-old, who has also had surgery on her nose, has revealed she had the breast augmentation to put an end to speculation about the size of her chest.

She says, “(I had) a boob job. There it is. I finally said it. “I wanted to come clean that I had my boobs done in my 20s, because people falsely write that I’ve had all those things done. “I’ve had the two procedures that probably every other woman in Hollywood has had done.”

Actress Tori Spelling almost filed for bankruptcy after notching up hundreds of thousands of dollars on her credit cards.

The Beverly Hills, 90210 blames being the daughter of late billionaire Aaron for her wayward spending habits when she was growing up. Spelling admits she was too proud to ask her father, who died in 2006, for money, so decided to work her way out of debt.

The 34-year-old, who reveals the extent of her out-of-control shopping habit in new memoirs Tori Telling, recalls, “In all honesty, I grew up a certain way. I never had to worry about money. That was my reality. “I would sit and watch my mom order stuff online, or in a catalog, see a sweater and order it in 10 different colours. I thought, ‘I have my own money - that’s what I should do.’”
