Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott are seen leaving the office of an OBGYN in Century City, California, carrying sonogram photos. Spelling, whose friends and family threw her a baby shower yesterday, is expecting a girl, her second child with McDermott, early this June. Afterwards, the couple headed to West Hollywood to do some shopping at “The Silk Trading Co.,” which carries drapery, textiles, and home furnishings.

A very pregnant Tori Spelling and hubby Dean McDermott were out and about in West Hollywood today. The two ran errands and held hands for a bit before making a quick outfit change and heading to The Pump Station and Nurtury with son Liam in tow. The family is obviously gearing up for their new arrival because they left the maternity store with loads of goodies. It’s a good thing they’re stocking up as Tori looks as though she could pop any day!
