Dean McDermott was in ICU recovering from a motorcycle accident. He was suffering from a collapsed lung. His wife actress Tori Spelling took to her Twitter Friday to let their fans in on his recovery details.

“Kids and I are about to go see @deanracer,” she Twittered. “He’s been moved from ICU to a regular room! Yay! I’ll tell him everyone sends their love!”

Dean tweeted Thursday some details about his motorcycle accident.

“I ended smashing my chest into my bars as I went over the front of the bike,” he Twittered Thursday. “It was a freak accident. We still can’t figure out what happened. None the less, I have a collapsed lung and bad bruising on my right side. Oh, and 3 stitches in my right butt cheek where a stone got imbedded. Let’s just say, I won’t be dirt biking anymore.”

Tori also thank the fans for all the prayers, support and concern. The couple have two children together. A son Liam, 3, and a daughter Stella, 2.

In a new interview with Out Magazine, Tori Spelling says Farrah Fawcett contacted her from the afterlife.

“It was pretty surreal,” Spelling says. “We were neighbors for years. She basically wanted me to give a message to [Fawcett's son] Redmond and to her family and she was doing these very specific call-outs for things that they would understand.”

The incident occurred over the phone with TV psychic John Edward.

“He offered to do a reading with me and I was hoping I would talk to my dad. I’d lost a best friend a long time ago and I was hoping he would come through. And then, all of a sudden, [he said] Farrah Fawcett’s coming through,” Spelling says.

It’s worth noting this supernatural claim comes during the promotional blitz for Spelling’s new book, ‘Uncharted TerriTORI.’ The Huffington Post goes one further: “Tori Spelling is pulling out all the stops to draw attention to her new book.”But Spelling seems to harbor no doubt about the incident. “If it had been some psychic that I’d walked in off the street for five bucks it would have been different. But it came through John Edward,” she says. “He’s a medium, so he channels people. I’ve been to regular psychics that turn over cards, tarot cards, and sort of read your future, that type of thing. But, with him, literally people just come to him and say things that they want the person to hear.” Spelling says she and husband Dean McDermott contacted Dean’s deceased parents together. “They were coming through and they were saying things that literally only Dean would know, that I had no idea about. So, I don’t know, I believe in all of that.”Though she’s a complete believer in mysticism, Spelling doesn’t understand why Fawcett spoke to her. “I can’t believe she came through to me — the most nonconfrontational person in the world. What am I supposed to do with this information? I’ve actually written a letter to [her partner and actor] Ryan O’Neal and explained to him in the letter everything that happened. I said, if none of this makes sense, please don’t think I’m crazy, this literally happened. I’m just passing on information but it was pretty bizarre at the time.”

Tori Spelling says 90210 costar Tiffani (Amber) Thiessen doesn’t like her anymore.

“She doesn’t talk to me anymore,” Spelling, 37, said of Thiessen on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM radio show Monday.

In fact, the only costar she still speaks with is one of her best friends, Jennie Garth. She admits that she’s lost touch with all her other 90210 costmates.

“All my ’90210′ cast members hate me,” claimed the actress, who is currently hawking her latest book, “Uncharted TerriTORI.” “We were great friends during ’90210,’ we were friends after ’90210,’ and they all came to my first wedding.”

Following her divorce from Charlie Shanian in 2006, Spelling’s so-called feud began after she wed actor Dean McDermott less than a month later.

“All of a sudden, I marry Dean and I don’t know what happened,” she said. “I lost all my cast members.”

She added, “It’s my perception, and nonetheless, it’s a fun story.”

Also, in her new book Uncharted terriTORI Tori opens up about her fear that husband Dean McDermott will cheat on her.

“I’m a normal girl, and I worry about that stuff,” she explained. “You know how girls are! Girls get jealous. You have to deal with that living all the time. It happens. We are who we are.”

Tori says she’s confident in her marriage – most of the time. “He doesn’t really get jealous,” said Spelling, mother to Liam, 3, and Stella, 2. “I feel like an oddball being jealous all the time.”

I think she should worry! I definitely believe a man or woman who is capable of cheating on a spouse is more likely to cheat again in the future. You might not agree…
