According to his blog, Tommy is speaking out on the fight he had with Kid Rock at the VMA’s on Sunday.

Yeah!! …..here I am minding my own biz having a great time with my friend Criss Angel (magician) and watching the MTV awards in the front row saying hello to all my friends……Pamela comes and sits on my lap who I love and adore….and also say hello to my friend Travis Barker and his wife!…..and i get a text from another friend P. Diddy and he says come sit with me…..and he’s sitting with Miss HOT Megan FOX so I go over and sit with P! Not a minute later and Alicia Keys starts her amazing performance….(”I apologize sweetie…..I had nothing to do with the timing and disrespect”)……back to the stupid-ness!!….so….. I get a tap on the shoulder from Kid Pebble…I stand up and embrace him with a semi hug and say “Hey dude…What up”?? He punches me in the face…..well if ya wanna call it that!?….more like a bitch slap!…….Wuss!! Anyway….i go to knock this jealous country bumpkin the f$%k OUT….and before I can have a meeting with my fist and his ugly ass mug ….security guards… grab me and haul my ass outta the award show! THEINSIDERONLINE.COM spoke exclusively with Tommy Lee inside the Noir nightclub at The Luxor in Las Vegas after the VMAs. Tommy Lee exclusively gave us the following information and quotes about his fight with Kid Rock during the VMAs. Tommy Lee said Kid Rock was agitated and tapped him on his shoulder and when Tommy stood up, Kid Rock then sucker-punched him on his left cheek.

“What kind of guy comes up and punches someone when Alicia Keys is performing? I was about to put Kid in the emergency room when security grabbed me, they said if you move we will break your arms,” said Tommy Lee. “This is what people do when they have shitty albums and their careers are going down the drain. I was ready to go in the alley and kick his ass.” Tommy Lee also added, “I was minding myself then he goes and punches me on the cheek. I was trying to be the bigger man but he was acting childish.”

TMZ has learned that the Las Vegas Police Department are on the hunt for Kid Rock after he allegedly “clocked” Tommy Lee at the MTV VMAs in Las Vegas Sunday night.

According to security at the Palms Hotel, where the awards took place, the LVPD has asked for Rock’s room number at the hotel and any leads they might have regarding his current whereabouts.

Details as to what started the fight are still sketchy, but an eyewitness at the awards tells TMZ that “Tommy got it pretty bad.”

Both Kid and Lee were escorted out of the awards by Palms security moments after the altercation took place.

Round 2:

TMZ has learned that Palms owner George Maloof was questioned by police, who was overheard telling cops, “I have no idea.”

According to the AP, rap producer Rich Nice was an eyewitness. He says that although Kid Rock threw the only punch that landed, it was Tommy Lee who started the fight. “It looked like Tommy Lee initiated it because Kid Rock was ignoring him,” said Nice, who was two tables away. “And Tommy Lee kind of antagonized him. And then when Tommy Lee stood up, it looked a little weird, like ‘Yo, what?”‘

“When Tommy stands up is when Kid hit him the first time with a backhand,” Nice continued. “And then Tommy Lee looked like he was trying to get at him to aggressively retaliate and then Kid Rock hits Tommy Lee again — bong. And then security grabs Tommy Lee in a headlock and pulls him off.”
