Tom Selleck Still Rocks The Mustache

Here’s Tom Selleck taking a stroll through Beverly Hills. The iconic 80s actor still rocks his famous mustache.

He still looks great. I remember how women use to fall all over him. He was so adorable in the movie Three Men and A Baby. My mom thought he was so good looking.

Anyone out there use to have the hots for ol’ Magnum PI here?

Tom Selleck Rules Out ‘Magnum P.I.’ Movie Cameo

Actor Tom Selleck has ruled out a cameo role in a planned big screen version of his 1980s TV hit Magnum, P.I. – because he refuses to trivialize the show. Selleck is against compromising the memory of a television show he is proud to have starred in by appearing in a big-budget movie making fun of it.

He says, “I tell you what worries me – because I love Magnum and we have loyal fans – is they take these TV show titles, and they buy them and they spend $100 million on special effects, and then they make fun of them and trivialize it.”

“Then they try and get the actor who used to be in it to do some ridiculous cameo to prove to the audience that it’s OK. And I will not do that.”

If Magnum PI turns out anything like Miami Vice, then he should be worried!

Tom Selleck in talks to join Las Vegas!

Following James Caan’s recent departure from NBC’s Las Vegas, Tom Selleck is in talks to play the leading man in the drama series. Selleck would play a new character — the smart, powerful, fun-loving new owner of Montecito Resort & Casino. Selleck has had recurring roles on Friends and Boston Legal, but Vegas would be his first contract role in a drama series since Magnum P.I., which earned him an Emmy. The series is also looking to replace co-star Nikki Cox, another recent loss, for the show’s fifth season, which is expected to start production soon.
