In the new issue of Us Weekly (on newsstands Wednesday), five people close to the situation – including two relatives of the other woman – confirm that Jon & Kate Plus 8 dad Jon Gosselin, 32, has been having an affair with third grade school teacher Deanna Hummel.

The most explosive blow-by-blow details are revealed by Deanna’s older brother – and roommate – Jason, who tells Us Weekly that he is speaking out now to set the record straight and to protect his naive sister.

“She’s a nice girl, not a homewrecker,” Jason tells Us Weekly. “He is a bad liar. This isn’t healthy for her. But she is refusing to help herself, so here I am trying to help her myself. I hope this clears the air.”

After Jon and Deanna met in mid-January at Chill Lounge in Reading, Pennsylvania (they sent each other $3 shots), Jason says Jon — who has twins, 8, and sextuplets, 5 — began relentlessly pursuing his sister. By mid-February, he was coming over to their Reading house.

On April 26 – while his wife Kate was traveling – Jon had Deanna over to sunbathe in his family’s front lawn (see photo, left). This was just seven days after they had first been photographed together at Legends Lounge at 2 a.m. in pictures that show he is not wearing his wedding band.

At the Hummel house, Jason says Deanna and Jon would “pretty much stay locked away like two teenagers. It was weird. He’s a grown man.”

He also adds, “A lot of the time, it was pretty, um, gross listening to her, you know, um — how do I say this? The walls are thin. Let’s just say that. I mean, no one wants to hear his sister having sex, let alone with a married dude who’s, like, almost twice her age and who has eight kids and a maybe-crazy wife. Ick. Nast.”

Her hair is just SO BAD!  Would you want to be seen standing next to that hair!? It is painful to look at! Her stylist should be shot! I know I’m crazy, but I can’t even watch the show anymore – because I honestly can’t stomach looking at her hair for that long!  Cut that sh*t off!

UPDATE: Okay guys, obviously I don’t really believe that she deserves to be cheated on because of her hair. C’mon now, that’s crazy – even for me.  I was being sarcastic, but obviously that didn’t translate well for some of you.  I don’t think anyone deserves to be cheated on for any reason, especially not because of her hair. The new issue of Us Weekly has pictures of the Jon & Kate Plus 8 dad leaving a club at 2 a.m. — with a mystery woman and without his wedding band.

Jon Gosselin arrived at the club at 11:20 p.m. and by 2 a.m. “could barely walk” as he exited the less-public back entrance of Legends Lounge — near the family’s $1.3-million home in Wernersville, Pennsylvania — on April 18, a fellow partier tells Us Weekly.

The dad of 8 — kids are twins Madelyn and Cara, 8, and 5-year-old sextuplets, Aaden, Joel, Collin, Hannah, Leah and Alexis — was overheard yelling, “Hey, babe! Babe! Give me my jacket!” before climbing into his Nissan Nismo. (She complied.) As cameras began snapping, he panicked, urging his female friend to “get in the car!” before speeding off hastily — without even turning on the headlights.

Where was his wife Kate — known for her insults and who famously once berated him for breathing on the show?

Nearly 2,000 miles away, promoting her book Eight Little Faces in Bellevue, Washington.

While TLC had no comment on the story or the couple’s marital status, Jon sent an emailed statement to Us.

“I went to Legends to speak to the owner. A friend of mine wanted to check out my car, so I let her drive it to her car,” he says. “Yes, I have female friends — but that is all she is. I’m not going to end my friendships just because I’m on TV.”

In February, the 32-year-old was spotted flirting with — and even attempting to kiss — coeds at Juniata College, multiple students confirm to Us Weekly. (He denied any wrongdoing.) He told one coed “he was getting divorced.” In the May Ladies Home Journal, he says, “I always thought I would be, like, 54 years old and marry a 19-year-old or something.”

This is one of those stories that I really hope isn’t true. I love that show!  Imagine the child support on this one!

Jon and Kate Gosselin have become famous worldwide for showing off their big, happy family, which includes twin daughters and sextuplets, on TLC’s most popular show, Jon & Kate Plus 8. “We’re having a good time — a blast,” Jon has said.

He may be optimistic on camera, but behind the scenes, In Touch has learned that Jon and Kate’s marriage may be in serious trouble. Sources say Jon is spending increasing amounts of time in Huntingdon, Pa., near where his mom lives, three hours away from the home he shares with Kate and their eight children.

On February 6, Jon showed up to a Juniata College house party. “He walked in with two girls he met at Mimi’s bar,” senior Evan Heisman tells In Touch. “It was so cool.”

According to witnesses, Jon played beer pong with some girls on the volleyball team and then joined a group of students who headed to Memories bar for a nightcap. “We were talking and chilling,” reveals Heisman.

Jon returned to Memories the next evening. “He was obliterated,” says Pott. “Juniata girls were flirting with him and he was loving it and having a great time.”

“We might be getting a divorce,” Chloe Pott, a junior at Juniata College, heard Jon tell her friend at Memories bar on February 7.

After welcoming a 7-lb., 3 oz. daughter via C-section on Thursday to join their 17 other children, the proud papa tells the Associated Press: “We both would love to have more.”

The Duggars now have 10 sons and eight daughters, ranging in age from 17 months to 20 years, all with first names starting with the letter J, including the newborn addition, Jordyn-Grace Makiya Duggar.

“The ultimate Christmas gift from God,” said Jim tells AP. “She’s just absolutely beautiful, like her mom and her sisters.”

The family’s crowded house in Tontitown, Ark., is featured on the TLC network show 17 Kids & Counting, which will have its name updated to reflect the birth of No. 18.

17 kids.  Can you even imagine!?  I only have 2, and I swear with their personalities it feels like I have 17 kids at times.

At this point, the babies must just drop out around 9 months.  I can’t imagine her business is holding up well these days.
