Tila Tequila headed to a beauty store to stock up on supplies and I swear this is the most clothes I’ve seen her wear….It’s also the most appropriately dressed she’s been in a while.

After being the first person to sign on to appear in Dr. Drew’s Celebrity Rehab, Tila Tequila has pulled out from the program, RadarOnline is reporting.

The decision to pull out follows Tila’s recent outing in which she showed the paparazzi what appeared to be self-inflicted cuts on her arms.

“These are self-mutilation scars,” Dr. Joseph Haraszati, who had not treated Tila, told RadarOnline.com.

“It looks like there are some burn marks too… cutting and burning are a common combination among women.”

Tila had claimed she woke up to find her arm gushing with blood. It raised reports of a suicide attempt and Tila chose to blame it on her alter ego “Jane.”

It is a major blow for Tila and Dr. Drew’s high-profile show for VH1; the star was poised to be one of their main attractions, in the fourth series that failed to attract major names despite an attempt to recruit such luminaries as Lindsay Lohan and Heather Locklear.

Tila, who had a self-admitted prescription pill problem, was to get treatment for her addiction to snorting the sleep aid Ambien, as RadarOnline.com has reported.

“She would base her entire day around it,” one insider had told RadarOnline.com. “She would wake up, snort ambien, Google herself, do more, Twitter all day and then sleep.”

In trumpeting her sign-on, Tila had claimed that VH1 was also considering giving her a spinoff show about her sober life, should Celebrity Rehab go well.

“I know I am an extremely smart girl and to run all these empires when I am not even 30 yet, is quite an accomplishment, however I finally admitted to myself that I cannot rely on taking prescription pills everyday for the rest of my life!” Tila wrote, at the time of the announcement.

It was already reported that online queen Tila Tequila and MTV reality star Jason Wahler had signed on for the newest installment of Celebrity Rehab, but apparently producers are having a hard time filling the rest of the show!

The show was supposed to begin filming today, but apparently they were short a few train wrecks! Producers are having a hard time finding a star with a big enough addiction problem to headline the show. Yes, Tila is pretty good – but not as good as past patients Dennis Rodman, Tom Sizemore, Mindy McCready and Heidi Fleiss.

TMZ is reporting that producers offered Lindsay Lohan $1 million AND her own show, but Lindsay turned them down. While that would be highly entertaining, and a sure-hit…Lindsay said no. Probably smart on her part, Celebrity Rehab hasn’t been good for anyone’s career in the past.

I’m not sure why they insist on filming Celebrity Rehab anyway. Doesn’t seem like Dr. Drew has any real success with cleaning these poor people up. The whole show just seems wrong, in my opinion. I don’t think we should be entertained by other people’s addiction problems. I get really uncomfortable when I watch it.

Although – if Lindsay were on, I’d probably watch. Which is I’m sure why they offered her $1 million. Everyone would have to tune in – at least once – and see what Miss Lindsay was up to.

I just wanted to let all of you know that I love my TIla Army Very much, and I was in denial for a long time but it takes a brave and strong woman to not only admit to herself that she has a problem, but also let the whole world know about it. It almost feels like I’m stripped down totally naked and standing in front of a million people. With that said, I KNOW I am an EXTREMELY smart girl, and to run all these empires when I am not even 30 yet, is quite an accomplishment, however I finally admitted to myself that I cannot rely on taking prescription pills everyday for the rest of my life! I didn’t spend my heart and soul into building this extremely successful website, invest every last ounce of money into it, and believe me, a site like this plus staff is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! I also have My new Record Label and getting all the contracts done to also start up my own management firm, but in order to do all of that, I MUST not be another “LINDSAY LOHAN” where I just flush everything I worked so hard for down the toilet for nothing….
