After beingdropped from endorsement deals with Gatorade, AT&T and Accenture, things are looking up for golf great Tiger Woods. Now that his ex-wife is parading around the world with her man, Tiger just inked a major deal with Rolex…that is, according to his agent.

The details about the deal have not yet been released – but Tiger’s agent promises more information will follow shortly.

It’s a big deal for Woods – who was DROPPED by the TAG Heuer watch company in 2009 during the height of his “I can’t keep my driver in my pants” scandal.

Rachel Uchitel has reportedly given back almost all of the $10 million given to her as hush money from Tiger Woods, and is gearing up to sue the lawyer who helped her ink the mega-deal in the first place.

After the Tiger Woods scandal broke, Rachel was the first mistress to step forward. In order to keep the scandal from becoming public, Tiger and his people paid Rachel $10 to keep quiet – and never talk about her relationship with the golf pro. Ultimately Rachel broke this agreement by appearing on Celebrity Rehab, and then speaking with TMZ about her relationship. (I hope it was worth the $10 million!)

Rachel is alleging that Gloria Allred, her onetime lawyer, sold her out for money.

As TMZ reported, Allred negotiated a $10 million settlement for Uchitel, just hours before she was going to hold a tell-all news conference about Tiger Woods. The settlement included a confidentiality agreement, which prohibited Uchitel from talking about Woods.

We’ve learned the agreement stated if Uchitel violated the confidentiality clause she would not only have to return the money she received but Woods could sue her for damages as well.

Sources tell TMZ that several months ago Woods’ lawyer, Jay Lavely, contacted Allred and said they were going after Uchitel because they believed she violated the confidentiality agreement by allegedly speaking with TMZ and going on “Celebrity Rehab” to treat her “addition to love,” though she never talked specifically about Woods on the show.

We’re told Uchitel felt strongly she had not violated the agreement, but Allred allegedly convinced her she would lose if push came to shove. So, Allred struck a deal with Lavely, that Uchitel would return the lion’s share of the settlement money.

Rachel is reportedly fuming over the deal Gloria made with Lavely, which ensured Gloria would be paid her attorney fees. Uchitel believes that Gloria sold her out, making a deal with Tiger’s lawyers in an attempt to get Tiger’s money back.

Apparently Rachel was in on the deal in the beginning, but then got the feeling she was getting screwed. She’s since hired a malpractice lawyer to sue Allred.

Sources tell TMZ that Uchitel’s lawyer has given Allred a deadline, and if Allred doesn’t ante up, a legal malpractice lawsuit will be filed.

Father to golfer Tiger Wood‘s new girlfriend, 22-year-old Alyse Lahti Johnston, is speaking about his daughter and her relationship with the golfer as well as his ex-wife.

Pops claims that his daughter was friends with Elin Nordegren, Tiger’s ex-wife, before she started dating the celeb. Scandalous! Alistair Johnson, Alyse’s father, is a bigwig at Tiger’s IMG sports agency and has been living  next door to the golfer for 15 years. He also helped Tiger get that $20million Nike deal.

Wait…so Tiger has known her since she was 7?!

Recently Tiger and Alyse have been seen together on his yacht.

Alistair tells a Scottish newspaper:

“They are part of the same crowd that are the same age and go to the gym and out to dinner together. Do they spend time together? Yes.”

Alyse’s friends told RadarOnline:

“She sent a BBM to a mutual friend of ours saying she didn’t consider herself Tiger’s girlfriend. They were just having a good time hooking up. She is a really nice girl, smart and super friendly.  And she’s also a bit of a wild child. She definitely likes to have fun.”

Recently this photo surfaced of Alyse’s mug shot from her DUI arrest back in October 2010.

So Elin basically watched this girl grow up and then date her ex-husband! Wow!

Tiger Woods’ former mistress, Rachel Uchitel says that she is going back to school to become a Private Investigator — and she won’t be dating any more married men!

She said, “I decided to go back to school and get my private investigation license. I’ve learned to shoot a weapon. I had to Taser someone the other day. I had to get pepper sprayed, so I know what the effects are – so much fun! I had the best time ever! I’ve already gone undercover, I’ve done process serving. In court, we actually do real stuff for the investigator who’s teaching or class, so it’s very cool.”

Won’t it be hard for her to try to go undercover, since everyone on the planet (just about) knows who she is?

She went on to say, “I’m going to work under my professor, Dale Gustafson, who runs DGA Detectives. I will take the test and actually be able to open up my own business under Dale’s license with him as a mentor until I get the hours under my belt to get my own license. Having my own detective agency would be something I’d love to do. I’m actually trying to convince some of my friends to invest in cadaver dogs and come down with me on vacation to Orlando to search for a missing girl. I’ve been obsessed with finding missing people for so long.”

Despite her professional excitement, her personal life is not thrilling she says.

“It’s hard to find somebody who can be accepting of all the stuff that they’ve read and choose to be with me for who I really am. Obviously, there are a lot of guys that are kind of around, but… it’s more my fault than anyone else’s. I guess I’m kind of scared of dating,” she says.

Uchitel received approximately $10 million from Woods at the end of their relationship and has never publicly acknowledged the affair.

She is appearing on Dr. Drew’s Celebrity Rehab and says she is a “love addict.”

And in a statement that is sure to make some people snicker, she says she won’t date married men!

When asked what would be a deal breaker for a potential date she answers “If they’re dating somebody or married. If somebody lied to me about anything, I wouldn’t date them.”

After her highly publicized divorce from golfing legend Tiger Woods, we’re hearing that Elin Nordegren may want to jump back into the fire! (With a new guy, of course)

Is it too soon?

She’s already said to be dating a South African college student, who she was said to be growing closer to. A close pal of Elin’s said, “Elin is a home type gal and loves being with her children, so she may be more eager to remarry than she should be at this point.”

The friend also revealed that Elin is also eager to have more kids.

Since her split from Tiger Woods, Elin Nordegren has kept pretty low-key. But we’re hearing reports that she has a new man in her life.

Reportedly, Elin is dating a South African student at a Florida college. After Tiger’s string of affairs, Elin has kept almost mum, except to say that was embarrassed.

Now, a close friend of hers is saying that she’s been dating a fellow student. The friend said, “There’s been kissing and cuddling, but I don’t know if it’s gone further.”

Porn star Devon James has finally come clean on what everyone already knew about the Tiger Woods sex tape — it’s FAKE!

Surprise, surprise! (Not really.)

She and husband Nick have touted the tape as real and even setup a website to peddle it. Even still, we already knew that she was lying about getting footage of the golfer doing the nasty.

Today, the website shows the words “Spoof Tape” on the top of it, even though the name remains unchanged at Tigertapexxx.com. The spoof words are barely visible at first glance at the website. We don’t recommend visiting the site, as it’s NSFW and you’ll probably need eye bleach afterward.
