Taylor Lautner struggled to bulk up for the forthcoming “Twilight” sequel - because he hated having to eat every couple of hours.

The teenage actor altered his diet and upped his exercise regime to transform his slim physique into a buff build. Lautner was allowed to eat anything and everything in preparation for the role, but he insists it wasn’t as fun as it sounds.

He tells Star magazine, “Most people were like, that sounds amazing, to be able to eat all the time, and it is at first. But after a year and a half of it, I mean, I have to put something in my mouth every two hours, so it becomes kind of annoying!”

Kristen Stewart has claimed she is a lesbian.

The 19-year-old actress refused to be drawn on rumors that have repeatedly said she is dating her ‘Twilight’ co-star Robert Pattinson, 23, and says she is going to come up with different ways of avoiding the question.

When quizzed on the rumours, she told Entertainment Weekly: “I’ve thought about this a lot. There’s no answer that’s not going to tip you one way or the other. Think about every hypothetical situation: OK, we are. We aren’t. I’m a lesbian. I’m just trying to keep something. If people started asking me if I was dating my other co-star Taylor Lautner, I’d be like, ‘f**k off!’ I would answer the exact same way.”

The actress also insisted she would have answered the question honestly if it hadn’t been turned into such a “big deal”.

She added: “I probably would’ve answered it if people hadn’t made such a big deal about it. But I’m not going to give them finding an answer. I know that people are really funny about ‘Well, you chose to be an actor, why don’t you just give your whole life away?!”

Kristen admitted she and the British actor are “close” but just friends.

She said: “I understand why you would assume that, when we lean on each other for support, there must be something more.”

Having already caused a commotion in Brazil with co-star Kristen Stewart, New Moon hunk Taylor Lautner moved onto Mexico yesterday, where the teen actor was besieged by fans hoping for an autograph or a photo with him.

Ever the polite superstar, Taylor obliged and made the days of several screaming young adorers.

Taylor Launter unbuttons his shirt for November’s GQ Magazine!

Taylor, 17,  packed on 30 pounds of muscle to play werewolf Jacob in New Moon.

“When a man transforms into a wolf,” he tells the magazine, “all of his clothes get shredded. When he comes back to human form, he’s wearing ripped jeans, and that’s about it. It’s the way it was written. The great thing about this series is we stay true to the books.”
