‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star Taylor Armstrong spotted with her boyfriend John Bluher in Hollywood

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Taylor Armstrong recently celebrated her birthday. The reality star has also been spending a lot of time with her boyfriend in Colorado, where he lives. I think a move to Colorado would do her well!

Taylor Armstrong steps out with her already-married boyfriend.

Taylor Armstrong, along with all of Bravo’s other stars, is in NYC to celebrate the channel’s programs. Yesterday she walked the blue carpet with the rest of her ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ castmembers.

Now that the promoting is over, Taylor is stepping out with her boyfriend John Bluher. Trouble is, John is a married man. The two have been stepping out publicly, even attending Lisa Vanderpump’s DWTS afterparty at Mixology.

On the reunion show, Taylor explained away his marriage, saying he was in the process of a divorce. Do you think it’s matter? Does it matter if he’s trying to divorce his wife? To me, I think it’s still creepy…. the guy is married. Even if he’s on his way out of his marriage, I imagine it’s incredibly difficult for his current wife and children (if they have some).

What do you think? Good for Taylor – or too shady?

Taylor Armstrong reveals she developed a drinking problem after her husband’s suicide… Can you blame her?

Taylor Armstrong has had a very difficult couple of years. Her husband, under financial pressure, committed suicide in August of 2011, leaving Taylor alone to raise their daughter, and handle all of their financial problems on her own.

On the February 25 episode of ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,’ Kim and Kyle Richards approached Taylor about her drinking problem. Taylor, 41, listened to the girls as the aired their concern, and then later revealed some more secrets on her own Bravo blog.

“I went through about nine months where I was drinking to cope with the pain and the memories. I was drinking to forget, to stop the recurring images in my head, to relax enough to try to sleep at night,” wrote Armstrong, whose estranged husband Russell committed suicide in August 2011. “I quickly discovered that one glass of wine made it a little easier, two would help me forget, three, four — you get the point.”

Armstrong continued, “I was self-medicating and the sad truth is that I didn’t know another way to get through the days — and nights. I was confronted with the truth that the life I thought I had was only an illusion. What I finally realized was that ‘pain waits for you.’ I would medicate for a day and the next morning all the emotions would come flooding back — not to mention the massive headache.”

“Thankfully,” Armstrong wrote, “I had an amazing support system and they helped me realize that it was time for me to feel my emotions and let the healing begin.”

The reality star and mom to 6-year-old Kennedy added that former child star Richards “is no Dr. Drew” and wasn’t in a position to be doling out advice. “She doesn’t spend enough time with me to be evaluating anything about my life,” Armstrong wrote of the Escape to Witch Mountain star, who completed her third stint in rehab in January 2012. Regardless, she praised her friend’s recovery. “I care for her and am deeply happy that she is having success with her sobriety, finally.”

Armstrong also apologized to new cast member Yolanda Foster, with whom she butted heads in earlier episodes. “When she and I met, I was in a bad place. I was in no state of mind to be making new friends,” Armstrong said of the Dutch model. “I was watching my life fall apart and looking at her perfect life wasn’t helping. I was convinced that I would never love or trust another man again and here she had two successful marriages and a beautiful family.”

Armstrong, who was prescribed anxiety medication by her doctor, added that she did take at least “some” of the Richards sisters’ advice.

“I did three things. I decided Kyle was right and it was time to leave the house [that I shared with Russell]. I needed to let go of that final piece in order to move on with my life. I took Kim’s suggestion and went to the mountains for the winter. I have taken that opportunity to heal and to spend time with Kennedy enjoying the simple things,” she explained. “Finally, I went cold turkey off my medication. Not recommended but, I am a bit of an extremist — in case you haven’t noticed.”

Armstrong said she’s in a much better place today. “I am happy and healthy. Kennedy is happy, laughing, and singing everyday,” she wrote. “I’m coming home to Beverly Hills as a new woman with my past behind me and a new life in front of me.” The single star concluded her blog post with a “big kiss from my big lips.”

I can only imagine how it would be to be in her shoes. Of COURSE she would turn to something to ease the pain of dealing with everything that she has been left to deal with. I think it’s understandable. I think it’s commendable that she’s open and talking about it, and that she’s making positive steps towards healing.

Taylor Armstrong’s emotional and drinking problems taking their toll on ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ producers

The ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star Taylor Armstrong has been displaying very erratic and disturbing behavior during filming of the new season, leaving producers to consider whether or not she should continue the Bravo hit.

“There was talk of getting rid of Taylor from the season now taping, but after her husband, Russell, committed suicide it didn’t feel right dumping her,” an insider tells me. “But now, after watching her at several tapings, everyone is very worried. If they have another disaster on their hands, this would have a devastating impact on the entire franchise.”

Following Russell’s suicide, Taylor made several paid appearances to discuss her troubled past and even authored a book, “Hiding From Reality,” in which she revealed her difficult journey with abuse and low self-esteem.

“Taylor said she told her story, hoping she could help other women, but in the process she forgot to get help for herself,” a friend of the reality star tells me. “At a weekend spa getaway taping, it was obvious that something wasn’t right. At what point do you finally put down the cameras documenting the car crash and try to save the victim? She has been seen rolling around on the floor and no one wants to do anything to stop her. Her close friends are in denial. She was even drinking at Kyle’s kid’s birthday party that was at 1:00 p.m.”

Radar Online recently quoted sources who said they saw Taylor drinking during a spa visit in Ojai, Calif. Her representatives did not respond to a request for comment.

I love that show, but I do wonder if it’s the right type of fit for Taylor. She has seemed very unstable lately, and I think the cameras bring out the worst in her.

Here are some new pictures of Taylor out and about in Los Angeles.
