Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz continue to be hard at work on “Knight & Day” in Sevilla, Spain on December 8, 2009. Tom’s wife Katie Holmes and his daughter Suri came to the set to watch daddy in action but the noise was a little to loud for little Suri.

She’s only 3-years-old, but Suri Cruise is already a fashionista. So it’s no surprise that the celebuspawn of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes chose a traditional pink flamenco-style dress to wear in Spain.

Suri, who picks out her own clothes according to Katie, donned a long flowing dress with lots of ruffled layers. She paired the gown with red and white polka-dot high-heels. And to top things off, Suri wore a large pair of white hoop earrings!

Suri and Katie were in Sevilla to see Tom on the set of his upcoming film Knight & Day. The family decided to do some sight-seeing and hit up a local park for some play time.

This isn’t the first time Suri has sported an adult look. She’s previously worn make up and heels. Katie recently told Access Hollywood, “Like every little girl, she loves my high heels. They are actually ballroom dancing shoes for kids. I found them for her and she loves them.”

Katie Holmes and little Suri Cruz had a fun filled mother daughter day in New York, New York on November 22, 2009.The girls did some shopping at Topshop and Madewell, then lunch Baltazaar and lastly a ballet show at the Joyce Theater!

On Wednesday, Katie Holmes was photographed bottle-feeding daughter Suri on the New York set of her new movie, The Romantics.

Should the girl, 3, still be hitting the bottle?

No, experts say.

“She should have been weaned off the bottle by the time she was one year old,” Dr. Jennifer Shu, a pediatrician and co-author of Food Fights, tells Usmagazine.com. “By the time kids are nine months old, they have the physical development and mouth coordination necessary to be able to drink out of a sippy cup or a cup with straw. That development comes pretty early.”

So what gives?

Shu says she doesn’t “know why” Tom Cruise and Katie still allow the girl to use a bottle. “You don’t force kids to crawl when they can walk,” Shu tells Us.

But Dr. Harvey Karp — a pediatrician, child development specialist and creator of the DVD and book, The Happiest Toddler on the Block — doesn’t think it’s such a big deal.

“Sucking is normal for kids when they are tired or bored — as long as kids aren’t keeping the bottle in their mouths for hours” he tells Us, adding that it may serve as an emotional security device. “Thumb-sucking is more damaging.”

But Shu tells Us that if Suri is using the bottle out of comfort, her parents should “transition her to a different security object that doesn’t cause cavities,” such as a blanket or a Teddy bear.

Or, perhaps, some high-heel shoes?
