Over two hundred friends and family members attended the wedding of ‘Hills’ Stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt yesterday at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, CA! After the proceedings the guest headed over to the reception held at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA.
Heidi Montag is officially Mrs. Spencer Pratt.
The Hills stars got married in an early evening ceremony at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, Calif., on Saturday, PEOPLE has confirmed.
Montag, 22, and Pratt, 25, exchanged vows before about 200 guests, including Audrina Patridge, Kristin Cavallari, Brody Jenner and Frankie Delgado. The bride wore jewels from Neil Lane, including a pear-shaped diamond floral necklace with multiple diamond chains layered over it, diamond earrings and diamond hairpins, which she picked out the day before the nuptials. Pratt borrowed a pair of diamond cufflinks from the jeweler for the big day.
Early Saturday, the couple arrived at the church in a white Rolls Royce Phantom. Before the ceremony, an airplane flew overhead and wrote “Spencer loves Heidi” in the sky. Pratt, looking dapper in a black suit, smiled and signed autographs for fans outside the church.
Meanwhile, Montag posted multiple updates on Twitter throughout the day. “This is going to be the best day of my life,” she wrote at one point. “Thank you God for Spencer.” She also described her wedding dress as “amazing – like a swan princess.”
After the ceremony, the newlyweds emerged and kissed on the church steps. Wedding guests threw rose petals at the couple, who left for the reception in black Rolls Royce Phantom.
The night before the ceremony, the couple held a rehearsal dinner at Wolfgang Puck’s Beverly Hills restaurant Cut. The dinner included about 40 guests – and camera crews, which filmed the evening’s events, including the couple’s heartfelt toasts.
The wedding comes five months after the pair flew to Mexico for an impromptu ceremony. The Mexican celebration, which Pratt described at the time as having “margaritas, sunsets and beautiful settings,” did not include family and friends.

One day before their nuptials, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt celebrated with a rehearsal dinner at Wolfgang Puck’s Beverly Hills hot spot, Cut, with about 40 friends – and a camera crew. (The restaurant has special meaning to the couple: Their portraits hangs on a wall alongside other stars, and a waiter tells PEOPLE they’re “big fans of Cut.”)
After a private cocktail reception in a second floor meeting room overlooking the Beverly Wilshire Hotel’s lobby, guests made their way to the Cut dining room, where Pratt and Montag took their spots at a head table around 8:30 p.m. Camera crews bustled about, and other cameras were affixed to the head table, where the couple sat alongside Montag’s sister Stephanie and Pratt’s friend, Charlie.
After dinner – many guests ate steak and started the evening with Kobe beef sliders – the toasts began while dessert was served. Pratt and Montag received well-wishes from several guests, including Stephanie Pratt, before the groom gave a toast to his bride-to-be. She followed his lead, standing and looking into his eyes and speaking from the heart.

Guests: Just over 200 people are on guest list. Among the confirmed notables are singer Michael Bublé, Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, Khloe Kardashian, Perez Hilton, music producers David Foster and Cathy Dennis (Heidi’s producer, who also did Katy Perry’s “I Kissed a Girl”). Heidi’s entire family, including her mother, Darlene Egelhoff, who had previously shared her disapproval of the union, will be in attendance.
The Hills peeps: Brody Jenner plans on going, and MTV asked that bromancer Frankie Delgado attend. Lauren Conrad has already said she’s not likely to appear.
The Party: The wedding party is staying at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, the site of Friday’s wedding rehearsal dinner and the wedding reception. The reception will be “intimate.” “Spencer and Heidi were going to have a reception on a rooftop location, but now they are asking guests to meet them at the sidebar at Cut after wedding ceremony,” an insider tells E! News. “They are not having a formal reception. Spencer just decided…He wanted it to be more intimate. He didn’t want a superhuge reception.”
The Church: The pastor who will officiate the 4 p.m. wedding at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena is the same one who is doing premarital counseling sessions, the Rev. Dr. Twining F. Campbell. Speidi calls him “Dr. Twine.”
Honeymoon: The newlyweds won’t be leaving immediately, and there are “still a few destinations up in the air,” says a wedding insider. “At first, they thought Four Seasons in Maui. But now they are looking at Tahiti, Fiji, possibly Europe.”
Five months after eloping in Mexico, Hills stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are making it official.
Usmagazine.com has confirmed that the two will tie the knot in a sunset ceremony Saturday at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, Calif.
Pratt said it was “totally spur of the moment” when he and Montag flew down to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, last November and exchanged vows with $8 rings they picked up there.
Still, Montag told Us, “The minute we said our vows, I couldn’t stop crying.”
Outraged that they secretly eloped, Montag’s mother told Us Weekly at the time that she gave their marriage “six months.”
Montag and Pratt planned to make the Mexican wedding official with a trip to the Beverly Hills courthouse — but Pratt had a change of heart at the last minute. Montag, he said, always wanted a traditional wedding with family and friends and a simple, courthouse ceremony didn’t feel right.
“I just want to give you the wedding of your dreams that you have been talking about for three years,” he said on The Hills season 4 finale last December. “I’ll deal with it. It’s worth it to be with you the rest of my life. We’ll do it the way you want, I’m sorry, I love you so much.”
Hills reality star Spencer Pratt says he’s “definitely running” for political office one day.
“Don’t know if I’ll be getting elected any time in the next century or so, but definitely going after mayor of L.A. and at least governor,” he tells celebrity blog Pop Sugar. “I’ll probably stop at Governor.”
He then quips, “I mean, if people were really pushing for me [to run for president] at that point, I’ll probably have to step into that role. That pressure may be a little much.”
Sarcasm aside, Pratt adds, “I’ll start with California because I love California so much … my state and my birth place.”
Despite his political interests, he says he’d never turn his back on The Hills.
“It makes me sick when I hear people say, ‘I’m quitting The Hills. I’m going to go do this,’” he says.
He adds that his girlfriend Heidi Montag “does music on the side,” but “would never say, ‘I don’t like The Hills and I want to do music,’ like other people do.”
“The Hills is so much fun,” he continues. “It’s so cool. It’s crazy that people would ever consider quitting just because they have other opportunities. [I would do it] until I’m 90 with a cane and a walker.”
