Rhys Ifans has apparently proposed to his girlfriend, Sienna Miller. The proposal apparently happened with a message on a piece of paper from Rhys in his native tongue of Welsh! Rhys just handed over a note to Sienna stating ‘Marry this misfit’.

No one currently knows what Sienna’s answer was (except her and Mr. Ifans! or course!)

A source tells British newspaper the Daily Mirror, “After telling people about Rhys’ strange proposal, Sienna’s been very coy about what her answer was.

“She’s been fudging the issue with her mates and lots of people are starting to think she might have said yes.”

This come only days after Sienna finally admitted to dating the actor.

She says, “I am in love - Rhys and I are the best of mates and life is going great. Can you really ask for more than that?

“Finding a man is hard when you are in this business, but now I have a soul mate things are different.”

Sienna Miller is denying that she’s dating that gross dude from “Notting Hill”,  but he was seen sporting a new tattoo that closely resembles Sienna’s own bird tattoo. AWWWW. They are also seen strolling the streets in England hand and hand but of course, we get the “We are just friends” speech. What do you think? Do you even care? He might as well get Sienna tattooed across his forehead in my opinion. It might be an improvement.

Sienna Miller and Kate Moss, both known for their demure behavior at public functions got into a screaming match at a freaking wedding, before reformed scenester Sadie Frost stepped in and told them to have a little respect for the bride and groom, and maybe act like, oh say, 12 year olds.

According to the UK Sun, the two charming beauties were fighting over the attention of Rhys Ifans…this guy. Yeah, that guy. Um…ok. Apparently Moss was cranky that Rhys stopped being exclusively seen in posh London clubs inebriated with her and instead has been spending lots of drunken, slobbery nights at posh London clubs with Miller.

Evil glares were exchanged across the dancefloor as the tension mounted between the two camps.

And after some serious alcohol lubrication it all kicked off.

A witness at Saturday’s bash told me: “Kate had a go at Sienna and accused her of stealing her style. She was ranting on about how Sienna was now trying to steal her lifestyle and her friends too.

“It was really cutting and everyone was listening to them.

“A few drinks had been sunk by the time Kate said it and Sienna had plucked up some Dutch courage too. She gave Kate as good as she got.”

After Sienna fought her corner with an obscene tirade of her own, an unlikely peacemaker stepped in — Sadie.

Let’s not forget Sadie once despised Sienna for getting together with her ex JUDE LAW.

Sienna Miller is denying that she is sleeping around with various men including P Diddy and Rhys Ifans. She has linked to quite a lot of men since her split from Jude Law including Daniel Craig and Jamie Burke and now is defending her honor in Now Magazine,

“I can assure you I’m not sleeping around. I take love and relationships very seriously. Every time I have a drink with someone at a club then it’s automatically assumed I’m having affairs with them.”

I have a feeling that she is a bit full of it. Sienna is a hot 25 year-old actress and after seeing pictures of her drunk and stumbling out of clubs methinks she is not that innocent.

UPDATE: This isn’t the first time Sienna has defended her un-slutbag ways in the press.
