Rhys Ifans has refused to write about his break up with Sienna Miller on his band’s new album – because she “doesn’t deserve” a song.

The Alfie star ended their year-long relationship in June and has reportedly been dating married actor Balthazar Getty.

And Ifans, who sings with Welsh rock band The Peth, denies his track Stonefinger from new album, The Golden Mile, was dedicated to Miller, insisting it was written about a previous love.

He says, “Jesus Christ, no. She doesn’t deserve a f**king song, that one.”

Sienna Miller’s mother has defended the actress over her much criticized relationship with Balthazar Getty.

The Alfie star and Getty, who last month announced his separation from wife Rosetta, have enjoyed a whirlwind romance which has attracted criticism from the media.

And the actress’ mother, Jo, is upset at the reaction to her daughter and the Brothers and Sisters star’s romance.

She says, “You can’t understand how a woman seeing a man who has been separated from his wife for months can cause such a scandal. It’s awful, I can’t tell you. You wonder when it’s all going to stop.”

But Miller is pleased how some pals have jumped to her daughter’s defense.

She adds, “Thank goodness some people are seeing the hypocrisy of it all. I know it makes Sienna pleased to read these things. It means a lot to her when there’s so much negativity and criticism around.”

Desperate Sienna Miller is begging lover Balthazar Getty to save her Hollywood career—by getting his estranged wife to clear her of marriage-wrecking.

She wants Rosetta, who has four kids with oil heir Balthazar, to admit their relationship was dead BEFORE he fell for Sienna.

But furious Rosetta, 38, is refusing to play ball after we exposed her 33-year-old actor husband’s affair with movie siren Sienna, 26.

Our source said: “Sienna is being portrayed as a femme fatale and fears for her career because Hollywood hates a home wrecker. She hopes Balthazar can get Rosetta to put out a statement saying their marriage was already over. They have already got friends to speak out, saying he was sleeping on their sofas.”

But our source added: “It’s nonsense that the marriage was already over.

“When Balthazar went away in May, Rosetta thought it was to see his sick mom in Germany. But she now knows that it was to cavort with Sienna in Prague.”

We revealed in June how Factory Girl star Sienna was holed up in LA with Balthazar just days after dumping Welsh actor Rhys Ifans. She was later snapped frolicking topless on a yacht in Italy with Balthazar—who has now left his wife.

Now we can also reveal Sienna and Balthazar were first introduced while Sienna was still with Rhys but rumored to be romancing his movie pal Matthew Rhys.

After incriminating photos of Sienna Miller and oil heir Balthazar Getty surfaced showing the two making out in various stages of undress in Portofino Italy, the press branded Miller a homewrecker, and claimed Getty’s wife was unaware of her husband’s tryst until she saw graphic paparazzi photos.

Now friends of the actress have jumped to her defense, telling the New York Post that Sienna was always under the impression that Getty was separated.

“She and Balthazar met through friends and he was already separated from his wife,” one close associate told Page Six. In fact, when Getty announced in July that he’d split up with Rosetta, the mother of his four children, “he’d been sleeping on friends’ couches for six months.”

Following the publication of the photos, Getty reportedly begged Rosetta to take him back.

But not so, says Sienna’s pal.

“The photos of Sienna and Balthazar on the boat in Italy? His mother and her mother were the ones sitting next to them. Balthazar is in LA with her now and he’s speaking to Rosetta and going to [his old address] to see his children. Sienna has been hanging out with his family all week,” the friend said.

“It’s just annoying that all this misinformation is out there. He should’ve announced his separation a lot earlier than he did – she was always told he was separated. There’s no way she would ever get involved with another married man after Jude Law.”

Sienna Miller is “devastated” after her alleged lover Balthazar Getty returned to his wife in a bid to save his marriage.

The Brothers & Sisters star, 33, confirmed he had split from his wife Rosetta after photos emerged of him frolicking with a topless Miller on a yacht off Italy’s Amalfi coast last month.

But according to British newspaper The Daily Mail, Getty has returned to his wife and mother of his four kids, leaving Miller heartbroken.

A source tells the publication, “He… was on the phone to Rosetta on and off for two hours, crying and constantly calling and she finally agreed to let him back in the house. In his mind he has definitely dropped Sienna but he’s in a very confused state at the moment. His biggest fear is losing his kids.”

Getty says, “I can’t comment. When I’m ready, I’ll issue a statement. It’s because of the children.’”

A spokesman for Miller has refused to address the reports.

Sienna Miller is suing the bosses of two British tabloids and a photo agency after they released a series of sexy pictures of the star with married actor Balthazar Getty.

Miller is targetting News International, the company that owns the News of the World and The Sun, and Big Pictures in legal papers filed at London’s High Court earlier this week.

The Alfie star claims her privacy was breached after photos of the pair frolicking on a yacht off Italy’s Amalfi coast earlier this month were published by the papers – just days after Getty denied he was romantically involved with Miller.

But the actress’ lawyer Mark Thomson is refusing to divulge further information about the suits, saying: “Neither I nor my client will be commenting further.”

On Monday, Getty finally confirmed reports he has split from his wife amid rumours of his affair with Miller.

In an admission prompted by the photos, he said: “In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that, yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further.”

Miller won a $65,000 payout in a separate case from the same two newspapers in December, after they published “intrusive” photos of the star.

Sienna Miller got slammed by some blogs after she was photographed smooching married Brothers & Sisters star Balthazar Getty in Italy last Friday.

But a source tells Usmagazine.com: “Sienna is not a homewrecker.”

Of Getty, 33, and his wife Rosetta (who welcomed their fourth child in 2007), the pal adds: “It’s been over with him and his wife for some time. I believe he’ll be making an announcement shortly.”

(Miller, 26, knows a thing about two-timing: Her ex Jude Law famously cheated on her with his children’s nanny.)

The British actress — who recently split with actor Rhys Ifans — told London’s The Times, “I’m not this tragic figure.

“My life is privileged,” Miller said. “And it’s exactly where I’m supposed to be. I make decisions. I take responsibility for them.”

When it comes to finding a mate, Miller admitted she “chops and changes.”

She said she even experimented with girls at boarding school.

“We’d have the odd snog together,” she said. “It wasn’t all the time, but, you know, who hasn’t dabbled?”
