Seven months ago Holly Robinson Peete and Leah Remini were let go from morning chat show ‘The Talk’.  Until now both women have remained pretty quiet on the show’s decision to replace them for the second season, but Leah Remini decided to open up and let her feelings fly.

On Monday, Remini blamed co-host Sharon Osbourne, 59, for getting them axed from the CBS talk show. “Sharon thought me and Holly were ‘ghetto’. . . we were not funny, awkward and didn’t know ourselves,” Remini, 41, tweeted. “She has the power that was given to her.”

(Remini was tweeting in response to a radio interview Osbourne had done with Howard Stern, 58.)

Osbourne denied Remini’s claims via Twitter Tuesday, saying: “In response to Leah Remini’s continuous comments that I had her fired from The Talk, let me just go on the record to say I had absolutely nothing to do with her departure from the show and have no idea why she continues to take to Twitter to spread this false gossip.”

“Leah knows that I have never been in the position to hire or fire anyone on the show,” Osbourne added. “That being said, my only wish is that Leah would just stop all this negative, unprofessional and childish behavior. It’s been seven months. . .it’s time to move on. Leah is a very talented actress and I only wish her happiness and success.”

She concluded: “I know that better things are to come if she can just get beyond all this negativity.”

Remini didn’t stop tweeting, though. On Wednesday, she argued that Osbourne “just wants publicity out of this” and said she has no intention of keeping quiet. “If someone wants me to stop, they should call a lawyer and tell them what I am NOT telling the truth about,” Remini told her followers. “We can go from there.”

I watched the first season off and on, but once they let Leah and Holly go, I stopped.  It just didn’t feel the same.  Maybe I’m ‘ghetto’, too, because I loved those two and how real and honest they seemed to be.  I give Leah credit for just laying it all out there – people in Hollywood always seem to be so afraid to tell the truth about situations like this.

For Holly it was a blessing in disguise – she is rocking her hilarious new role on ‘Mike & Molly‘!

In the wake of Amy Winehouse‘s death, many artists and entertainers have voiced their sadness over the singer’s passing. One who took her death especially hard was Amy’s good friend and confidante, Kelly Osbourne. Kelly’s mom and America’s Got Talent judge, Sharon Osbourne, spoke with PEOPLE about her daughter’s grief, saying that Amy was the first person that Kelly has ever loved and lost:

“There’s nothing I can do to take Kelly’s pain away.”

“This was the first person she’s loved who she’s lost. That in itself made her frightened and shocked. She’s gone through all these different emotions.”

“The only thing that will help her is time.”

Though Kelly is still having a hard time wrapping her head around Amy’s passing, Sharon has come to terms with the loss, saying:

“It’s all a part of life, isn’t it?” Sharon says. “We thank god we’re here and we’re healthy and we do what we do. But some people aren’t as fortunate as us. It’s all a part of it. Life and death are as much a part of living, unfortunately.”

Bret Michaels continues to remain in critical condition after suffering a brain hemorrhage last Thursday, his rep tells UsMagazine.com.

“There’s a rumor out there that Bret passed,” says the rep. “It isn’t true.”

Sharon Osbourne, Michaels’ costar on NBC’s Celebrity Apprentice, has known the former Poison front man, 47, for 30 years.

What’s happened to him is “just hideous,” she told UsMagazine.com Monday at the NBC Universal Summer Press Day in Pasadena, Calif. “It’s devastating, and it makes you feel all these different feelings. Your heart goes out to his family, your heart goes out to him. He’s the nicest guy in the world. And then you start thinking about your own mortality. You start thinking, Oh my God. It just makes you appreciate how lucky we all are.”

The last time she saw Michaels, he was in good health. “Absolutely he was,” she told Us.

On Monday, Donald Trump — who claimed to be in touch with people at the hospital where Michaels is being treated — remarked that the rocker’s prognosis wasn’t “great.”

Appearing on the Today show Tuesday morning, he had no updates but was praying for the best.

“He’s such a good guy,” he said. “I just hope he makes it.”

Sharon Osbourne has slammed America’s obsession with reality TV – insisting the new wave of shows are “train wrecks”.

The former reality TV star is convinced television has taken a turn for the worse, despite her ongoing role as judge on hit series America’s Got Talent – claiming newer shows have become havens for talentless celebrities.

Osbourne – who became a household name after appearing in MTV’s The Osbournes – says, “They are all train wrecks. All it is now is a lot of lower-rung celebrities that they’ve turned into bad actors. None of it is real.”

Sharon Osbourne has announced she will be stepping down as a judge on U.K. TV talent competiton The X Factor.

In a statement, Osbourne thanked fellow judge and series creator Simon Cowell and “the wonderful British public for their enormous support”.

Osbourne, wife of rock star Ozzy Osbourne, has been a member of the judging panel on the British reality competition since it began four years ago.

The most recent series of the show was marred by rows between Osbourne and fellow judge Dannii Minogue, who the rock matriarch claimed had only been recruited by Cowell because of her appearance.

The producers of the hit talent show have yet to release a statement about Osbourne’s departure.
