SEAN Combs’ split with his long-suffering ex-girlfriend, Kim Porter, could cost him $1.2 million a year.

Combs agreed to pay one of his baby mamas, Misa Hylton-Brim, $30,000 a month in child support for their son, Justin. But Porter, who stuck with the hip-hop impresario/lothario on and off for 10 years, has three children with him: Christian, 10, and 7-month-old twins D’Lila Star and Jesse James.

“With Misa Hylton-Brim receiving approximately $30,000 a month, there is no reason that Ms. Porter shouldn’t be able to get close to $100,000 or more per month in child support,” celebrity divorce lawyer Raoul Felder told Page Six. “That amount accounts for Porter having three children with Combs and inflation in the years since Misa received the ruling in her case.”

Close friends of Combs also claim that Combs’ wallet is under even more pressure, because he had no pre- or post-nuptial agreement with Porter, who packed her bags two weeks ago and bought a house for herself and her children in Beverly Hills – with Combs’ money, of course.

We didn’t call Combs because he’s lied to us so many times before – most recently denying our story that he and Porter had split, but announcing it several days later – that getting a comment from him will likely result in printing another falsehood.

But the split from Porter hasn’t cramped Combs’ style at all. He was seen out late Wednesday night celebrating DJ Cassidy’s birthday party at Tenjune.

According to our spies, he arrived at “around 1 a.m. and went straight to the VIP room where he hung out with Kanye West, Jermaine Dupri, Russell Simmons and Andre Harrell.” Combs was also spotted last weekend at Star Room in the Hamptons, where he was “canoodling with a brunette in a cabana with three bodyguards blocking him from fans and paparazzi.”

That kind of behavior frustrated Porter. Just days after she gave birth to their twins, Combs started partying like crazy – going out almost every night with pal Sienna Miller and others into the wee hours.

“He was never home. He said he would slow down a bit, but didn’t at all,” a pal said. Porter is now in Louisiana shooting a movie.

AFTER 10 long years of sticking by Sean Combs, the music impresario’s baby mama and longtime girlfriend, Kim Porter, has finally had enough.

Sources inside Combs’ camp told Page Six that Porter moved out of his apartment here and she isn’t going back.

“Kim is in Louisiana filming a movie right now, and when it’s done she’s moving to L.A.,” the insider said.

Porter has already bought a posh pad in Beverly Hills for her and her four children – three of whom, Christian, 10, and twins D’Lila and Jessie, 7 months, are Diddy’s.

“She is focusing on her career as a model and actress and raising her children,” our source said. “They are the best of friends, but they just can’t be together right now.”

This doesn’t mean Combs and Porter won’t ever be together again. They split for several years when he was dating Jennifer Lopez, but as soon as he and J.Lo broke up, Combs went right back to Porter.

Rumors of a rift between the two started circulating earlier this year when, right after the December birth of the twins, Combs stayed out almost every night till the wee hours of the morning partying with Sienna Miller. The two once stayed out so late partying at her hotel room that they even caught breakfast together in the morning.

The friendship between Combs and Miller was rekindled last weekend when he went to London to perform in the Princess Diana Memorial Concert at Wembley Arena.

According to Britain’s Daily Mirror, Combs went to the concert after-party at a club called Paper, but “didn’t look too happy to be there . . . until [Miller] arrived . . . For seemingly the first time all night, he started to enjoy himself . . . he ordered six burly bouncers to form a ring around the couple. And one unlucky reveler who accidentally strayed too close to the pair at Paper . . . was manhandled out of the way by their heavies.”

Combs and Miller were so engrossed in each other, they “failed to notice staff accidentally smash several champagne flutes at the table,” the London paper said.

Porter didn’t return calls, and a rep for Combs said, “There is no truth to this.”

Members of the “Grey’s Anatomy” cast got their noses out of joint when they had to move tables for Sean Combs. T.R. Knight was sitting in the VIP area of the club at a table with fellow castmates, Kate Walsh and Sara Ramirez, catching performances by Timberlake, Nelly Furtado, and Fergie and will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas, when the three were told to leave by a security person believed to be working for Combs’ entourage as “he wasn’t working for the club,” our spy said.

A spy said, “Puffy was supposed to sit in the same VIP area that had four tables – two were for him and two were for the ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ cast. But he was very, very late, and there are a lot of ‘Grey’s’ castmembers, so T.R., Kate and Sara were at a table set up for Puffy.”

Combs’ bodyguard was a little heavy-handed.

“This guy goes up to T.R., Kate and Sara and started demanding – ‘Get out! Get out now! Move it!’ – T.R. was furious,” our spy who was in the same VIP section said.

The spy added that Combs and Knight exchanged words before the “Grey’s” cast were led away to another table.

Meanwhile, another tense moment happened at the Rolling Stone bash when Britney Spears‘ exes – Timberlake and Kevin Federline – ran into each other and briefly hugged it out before going their separate ways. Even odder, Spears’ latest ex, model Isaac Cohen, was also at the bash, as was Scarlett Johanssen, who was seen sneaking backstage several times to visit with her latest fling, Timberlake, in a hoodie and sunglasses.

THOSE photos yesterday of Sean “Diddy” Combs dropping Sienna Miller off at her hotel early Sunday weren’t the only pictures that were snapped of the couple.

Page Six has learned that a Saturday night clubgoer at Crobar tried to take a photo of Combs and Miller dancing together.

A security guard who entered with Diddy’s entourage responded by taking the camera from her hand and confiscating the memory card.

“After the girl took the photo, Diddy didn’t say or do anything,” a witness said. “By the time he was 20 feet away, one of the security guys handed the camera to the bouncer, the bouncer handed it to the girl, and the memory card was gone.”

“Diddy obviously doesn’t want photos taken of him with Sienna,” another source told us.

Insiders at Crobar said the snapper has since filed a police report, and detectives descended on the soon-to-be-shuttered club Monday afternoon to retrieve footage from the security tape.

Sources familiar with the matter say that when the security guard grabbed the camera, “He [Combs] may have not even known it was happening.”

Joey Morrissey, who runs Crobar’s Saturday night parties, confirmed Combs and Miller were there together. “They came in at 2 a.m. with security guards,” he said. The two spent the next two hours “hanging out alone upstairs in VIP having drinks.”

All the frenzy may have been a little too much for Miller, however. She took a break from her party pal’s side Monday night.

When Combs showed up at Bungalow 8 late that night, joining the cast of the new movie “Factory Girl,” Miller was not at his side. A fellow reveler wondered, “Is he here looking for Sienna?”

While the rest of the cast, including Mary-Kate Olsen who has a cameo in the film, were partying downstairs, Diddy commandeered the upstairs area as his private room.

A rep for Combs said, “Sean knew nothing of the incident, was not involved, and this person was not in his security team.”

Perhaps Sienna Miller is taking a leaf out of her on/off boyfriend Jude Law’s book after being snapped cosying up to singer P Diddy last night at Harry O’s nightclub in Park City, Utah, where the Sundance Film Festival is currently being held. The 25-year-old actress could be seen talking intently to P Diddy who was wearing his trademark bling jewellery as well as knocking back his tipple of choice – champagne. When Miller flew into Utah she was forced to deny reports she had begun a romance with actor Josh Hartnett after the pair were photographed sitting close to each other in Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont Hotel last week. The actress has since been braving the cold temperatures in a beanie hat as she promotes her new movie Factory Girl.

Sean Combs and girlfriend Kim Porter are the proud new parents of twin girls.

“Diddy received an early Christmas gift! It gives us great joy to announce the arrival of Diddy’s twin girls,” says Diddy’s rep Robert Zimmerman in a released statement. “The beautiful, healthy baby girls were born this morning with Diddy by mother, Kim Porter’s side. The first arrived at 7:56 AM weighing 5 pounds, followed 2 minutes later by the second at 5 pounds, 4 oz. Diddy had a plane on stand by in Toronto where he is filming “Raisin in the Sun” and made it just in the nick of time for the delivery. Both Kim and the girls are doing great.

Zimmerman also confirms that the couple have already chosen names for their two daughters.

“In honor of two people who had an enormous influence on both Kim and Sean’s lives, 5lb., D’Lila Star Combs was name after Kim’s grandmother, Lila Star. 5 lb 4 oz.; Jessie James Combs, was name after Sean’s grandmother, Jessie Smalls.”

Combs and Porter also have a nine-year-old son named Christian. The 37-year-old singer has another son, Justin, 12, from a previous relationship with celebrity stylist Misa Hylton-Brim.

If you’ve ever wondered where P. Diddy got his original stage name, these photos snapped in Toronto might give you a clue. While hanging out at The Docks on Dec. 2 as DJ Erick Morello (at right in the photos) entertained the crowd, P. Diddy inhaled what appeared to be a joint or blunt, then looked at it and exhaled.
