According to Pop Eater, Sandra Bullock is giving Jesse James a second chance! We all know that Jesse has been busting his butt to mend things with Sandra, so has it finally paid off?

“Sandra has made it clear that Jesse is the love of her life,” a friend of Sandra’s tells Pop Eater. “She’s not the sort of lady that just stops loving someone, no matter what he did behind her back. Sandra misses him and their life together every single day. You have to remember Sandra raised Sunny [Jesse's 6-year-old daughter] as her own for the past five years. Packing her school lunches, brushing her hair, reading her bedtime stories. Sandra even took care of Sunny while Jesse was getting help in rehab.”

Ever since the two split, the couple have been in touch regularly. What started out as conversations about the children, have ended up being more about the two of them. He even recently purchased a home only 16 miles from where Sandra’s currently living.

“Jesse has made her smile again. She can finally have a normal conversation with him again without focusing on the pain and anger,” a friend of Sandra’s tells me. “She really is the most amazing person you will ever meet. Her heart is big and open; holding onto anger makes you bitter and twisted and that’s not and never will be who she is.”

Since the day Sandra Bullock left husband Jesse James, he has done everything he can to win her back. And now Life & Style can reveal that Jesse’s closer than ever to getting a second chance with Sandra.“Her heart is open to him again,” an insider tells Life & Style. Sources confirm that Jesse and Sandra are talking — with the excuse that it’s for the sake of the children only.

It’s Sandra’s love for his 6-year-old daughter Sunny who she has been raising as her own child for the past five years — as well as for Jesse’s other children, Chandler and Jesse Jr. — that has finally allowed her to forgive their father. “Sandra will never fully get over the way Jesse betrayed her,” the insider explains. “But he did give her the family she’s always wanted. And because of that, she’s able to forgive him.”  Jesse has gone as far as relocating his home and businesses to Austin, Texas, where Sandra spends much of her time living with adopted son Louis, 7 months. He recently splurged on a $2 million seven acre mansion that’s just 16 miles away and relocated his business from California to Texas. Jesse’s new workplace, the motorcycle store Austin Speed  Shop, is just minutes away from Walton’s Fancy & Staple, a local store Sandra owns.

Even Janine Lindemulder, Sunny’s birth mother, admits that Jesse is desperate to win Sandra back. “He will do anything to get back in her good graces,” Janine tells Life & Style.

Jennifer Aniston has obtained a restraining order against a man who was arrested for lurking around her Hollywood Hills home last week while carrying a “sharp object,” according to online reports. Court documents obtained by TMZ.com state that Jason Peyton was found “laying-in-wait” near her property on July 15th “with a sharp object, a bag, a roll of duct tape and written messages about (Aniston)”.

Peyton was placed on a 5150 involuntary psychiatric hold following the arrest. Aniston’s lawyer tells the website Peyton spent eight days trying to locate the actress before he was taken into custody. Upon his arrest, police found messages carved into the paint of his car reading, “I LOVE YOU JENNIFER ANISTON.”

The legal papers go on to claim: “Peyton is an obsessed, mentally ill and delusional stalker – with a history of violence and criminal stalking – who drove cross-country in his delusional ‘mission’ to locate and marry (Aniston), with whom he believes he is in a relationship.”

Meanwhile, Sandra Bullock is also dealing with a stalker! Sandrafiled for a temporary restraining order on Monday against a man she claims has been stalking her since 2003, E! Online reports. Thomas James Weldon was given a permanent restraining order in 2003 after Bullock reported his repeated attempts to contact her.

Permanent restraining orders last three years in California and after one extension in 2006, the order ended last year.

After the first restraining order in 2003, Weldon checked himself into a Tennessee psychiatric facility. Bullock later sued the state in 2006 to ensure she’d be notified when he was released.

Apparently, that didn’t happen. Per the request filed by Bullock, Weldon showed up in Wyoming emergency room last month complaining of anxiety and sleeplessness. He told hospital personnel that had driven from Tennessee hoping to meet Bullock at her Jackson Hole, Wyoming home. He also told doctors he communicated with Bullock telepathically and that he was not taking his medications, according to the Associated Press.

“His preoccupation with Ms. Bullock is obvious,” Dr. Jiri Danczik, a psychiatrist, wrote in a sworn declaration.

Jesse James‘ Ex wife, porn star Janine Lindemulder, admits to being a prostitute, abusing drugs, and being jealous of her daughters relationship with Sandra Bullock in court filed documents.

Lindemulder, who is fighting for custody of Sunny, wrote a series of e-mails (obtained by TMZ.com) to James’ sister Julie James England from 2008 to 2009.

Complains Lindemulder, “All Sunny talks about is Sandy, Sandy! Wtf?!”

Lindemulder also reportedly asked James’ sister for Vicodin (she’s denied), and writes, “I am so depressed. Sun is suffering. I can’t even find the energy to play with her. It’s 9:30 and I don’t even know what she ate today… Not being awake makes everything better.”

Lindemulder also admits she agreed to spend the night with a man named Pete in exchange for $25,000. Warns James’ sister, “This is a form of prostitution.”

Sounds like a candidate for mother of the year! Poor Sunny. It sounds like she knows Sandra is the better mom for her.

It’s too bad things did not work out for Jesse James and Sandra Bullock. Now the kids are paying the price. Way to ruin a good thing Jesse.

Jesse James isn’t about to let a little thing like divorce get in the way of his attempts to reconcile with Sandra Bullock. Although the pair finalized their divorce at the end of June after their marriage of nearly five years collapsed in March following In Touch’s explosive revelations of Jesse’s infidelity, the 41-year-old motorcycle customizer still thinks he has a chance at reuniting with his ex-wife. “Not only is Jesse buying a home in Austin, Texas, to be closer to Sandra and her son, Louis, he wants to buy another property in New Orleans near her home there,” an insider tells In Touch. “Jesse claims he wants to be closer to Sandra so she can see his kids, but he’s tugging the heartstrings to try to win her back,” the insider adds. “He knows she loves his kids, especially his daughter Sunny.” But while Jesse may get some sympathy from Sandra, 45, her family is another story. “They’ve yet to speak to Jesse and they tell Sandra they’ll never be able to forgive him,” says the insider. “She’s torn between not disappointing her family and not seeing his kids. She’s trapped.”

Sandra Bullock and Jesse James are now officially divorced!  In what seems like a speedy divorce, TMZ broke the news that the two are finally done with each other! Both parties signed the agreement last week!

Sandra had filed for divorce back on April 23, after the story broke that Jesse James had been running around town cheating on Sandra.

Jesse James is headed to Austin, Texas. This is also the city where Sandra Bullock owns a home. Is this a coincidence? Or could there be some type of reconciliation in the works?

Jesse claims the move was “needed to handle business matters and other personal matters.” He would not comment of whether the move was to be near Sandra Bullock. Maybe he trying to work things out with her.
