Ryan Reynolds once flew 5,500 miles from Hollywood to London, just to take a girl he was seeing out to lunch.

Now that’s my kind of man!

Ryan is currently dating Scarlett Johansson and has shown that he has a super romantic side along with his hunky good looks.

“I met a past girlfriend in London just for lunch,” he admitted. “I was in L.A. and I got on a plane with nothing and flew right there and managed to make it for lunch.”

He has also said that it is extra hard making love work in Hollywood because people expect marriages to fail.

“Hollywood is a funny place because nobody has to grow up,” he said. He adds, “Nobody’s disappointed in you if you’re on your 14th marriage. They applaud, for some reason.”

Despite rumors to the contrary, Scarlett Johansson and boyfriend Ryan Reynolds are not engaged. Fans of the actress will have to wait to see her in a bridal gown.

Her rep confirms that there is no truth to the story behind their engagement.

We’ll have to wait and see on this one. I’m sure she’d make a beautiful bride.

Scarlett Johansson is close to being engaged to Ryan Reynolds after dating for eight months. He reportedly broke off his engagement to Alanis Morissette last February and started dating Scarlett shortly thereafter.

Scarlett’s rep is saying that the rumor isn’t true, but sources say that he may be ready to pop the question again.

Ryan Reynolds and Kristen Stewart have joined the cast of the coming-of-age comedy “Adventureland.”

Jesse Eisenberg stars as an uptight recent college grad who is forced to take a degrading minimum-wage job at the local amusement park when he realizes he can’t afford his dream European tour. The experience helps him to loosen up a bit as he finds first love, forms new friendships and emerges with a newfound sense of maturity just in time to enter the real world in the fall.

Reynolds will play an aspiring rock star and the icon of cool to all the kids working at the park. Stewart will play the romantic lead, a tomboy who also works at the park.

Principal photography is scheduled to begin next month in Pittsburgh. Greg Mottola will direct the Miramax project.

Reynolds’ credits include “Smokin’ Aces” and “Van Wilder.” Stewart, who starred opposite Jodie Foster in “Panic Room,” will next be seen in Sean Penn’s “Into the Wild.”

So last night after I got the kids to bed, I put my jammies on and sat down to watch the premiere of Prison Break.  I was pretty excited to have some new TV finally!  So I turned on the tv, and what popped up was “Just Friends”.  And hell if I didn’t watch the entire movie.  That is in my top 5 movies – hands down.  I kept trying to change the channel – but something was stopping me!  When the movie ended at 10:00 – I just went to bed!  So I have to watch Prison Break tonight.

I love Ryan Reynolds…and I could watch a whole movie based entirely on Anna Faris’ character. “Forgivenessss………….”  Haha! Love it!
