ET has confirmed that Rumer Willis will make a guest-starring appearance on Lifetime’s hit show “Army Wives.”
Willis, who will play the wife of a soldier who was injured while fighting in Iraq, will start production next week in Charlotte, North Carolina. You can catch Rumor’s episode on Lifetime on Oct. 12.
Rumer is currently a star of ‘The House Bunny”.

Rumer Willis used to hate her name. The daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis tells this Sunday’s Page Six Magazine that when she was 12, she realized she “got screwed.” “My sisters, Scout and Tallulah, had cute nicknames,” she says. “When I was 12 and had crushes on guys, I’d put my first name with their last name, but it never sounded right. Rumer Depp? Nope. In school, kids would sing, ‘Rumer, Rumer with a big hairy tumor.’ ” She also says she was shocked to be named one of People’s 100 Most Beautiful People this year: “After being compared to Jay Leno for so long, you don’t think of yourself in that way.”
Rumer Willis is convinced life in her unconventional household would make a great reality TV show if the Willis-Moore-Kutcher clan ever chose to let the cameras in.
The young actress shares a Hollywood home with her sisters, mother Demi Moore and step-dad Ashton Kutcher – and her dad Bruce Willis is a regular visitor too.
She insists they are a tight unit – despite Moore’s divorce from Willis – and a glimpse behind their closed door would amaze TV viewers.
Rumer tells the upcoming edition of PageSix magazine, “We all have so much fun together. I’m so lucky. My dad and Ashton get along – it’s not weird. There’s no jealousy or drama. If we weren’t all entirely morally opposed to doing a reality show, I guarantee it would be the best-selling reality show ever.”

Bruce Willis and Demi Moore’s daughter Rumer is keen to launch a musical career – as a jazz singer.
The 19 year old is currently following in her A-list parents’ footsteps with roles in new movies From Within and The House Bunny, but she has big chart dreams, crediting her dad with introducing her to jazz at a young age.
Willis says, “I don’t know so much hard rock, but my dad used to play a lot of jazz for me. I would love to do that.”
Her father Bruce enjoyed a string of pop hits in the late 1980s.

ET confirms that paparazzi favorite and up-and-coming actress Rumer Willis will be heading to the upcoming Golden Globe Awards as Miss Golden Globe.
ET also confirms that Steven Spielberg will be the recipient of the prestigious Cecil B. DeMille Award.
Both stars were given these honors for the 65th Annual Golden Globes, but due to the writers strike the traditional ceremony was cancelled.
The 66th Annual Golden Globes takes place on January 11, 2009.
