Starting at 8:00PM PST I will be live-blogging the Golden Globes!  This is probably a first for me – I usually am enjoying them too much to blog.  I love the Golden Globes more than any of the other awards ceremonies, because they serve alcohol at the Globes!  By the end, when all the big awards are given, most of the actors are either drunk or tipsy, and this makes for very entertaining speeches.  In honor of tonight’s events, I myself will be drinking along.  I’m getting the kids down early, and my husband and I are going to have a couple screwdrivers or something while we watch the show.

Plus, another reason to watch – is Rumer Willis will be Miss Golden Globe this year. I can’t help but stare at her, maybe it’s the “tater head” – as DListed calls her.

Miss Golden Globe 2009 Rumer Willis isn’t nervous about handing out the prizes at tonight’s Golden Globe Awards.

“I’m actually really excited,” she told Usmagazine.com Saturday at the Art of Elysium 2nd Annual Heaven Gala in Los Angeles.

Did mom Demi Moore prep her?

“She hasn’t really,” said Willis, who was to serve as Miss Golden Globe last year before the show got scrapped due to the writers’ strike. “She just kind of helped me pick out my dress, but that’s about it.”

As 2009 Miss Golden Globe, Willis joins a list of other children of celebs who have handed out prizes — including Jack Nicholson’s daughter Lorraine (2007), Kevin Costner’s daughter Lily (2004) and Clark Gable’s son John (1995).

Rumer Willis showed up last night at the 6th Annual Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party held at Los Angeles County Museum of Art sporting a new red ‘do!

Entertainment Weekly’s Michael Ausiello has learned exclusively that Rumer Willis will be playing a character by the name of Mac Taylor in CSI: NY’s 100th episode. The episode, airing Nov. 19, finds Gary Sinise’s team investigating a serial killer who’s targeting people with the name Mac Taylor; Willis will be playing one of those unlucky Macs.

The 100th eppy will also mark the arrival of a new detective, played by Julia Ormond (Legends of the Fall, Sabrina), and the return of Nelly as a confidential informant to Mac and Co. Of course, CSI: NY fans are probably looking to find scoop on their favorite partners in crime and sex, Danny and Lindsay. And lo and behold, we’ve got a little something for you: Sources confirm to me exclusively that the 100th episode does not include any major D-L developments.

Rumer Willis used to have posters of her stepdad Ashton Kutcher on her wall.

The 20-year-old budding actress – the daughter of Demi Moore and her ex-husband Bruce Willis – found it difficult to comprehend that her mother was dating the ‘Punk’d’ star, who is 15 years Demi’s junior.

She said: “It was strange when mom started seeing Ashton in 2003. I was 15 and he was a real heartthrob – I had pictures of him on my wall! I remember mom saying her new ‘friend’ was going to hang out with us. I said, ‘What’s his name?’ And she goes, ‘Ashton.’

“And I said, ‘Whoa – Ashton Kutcher?’ I freaked out a bit and blushed. When he came round, though, it wasn’t awkward. I realized I’d never seen my mother happier. It was like watching two 16-year-olds going to the prom!”

Rumer soon learned to cope with her mother’s new romance, and was thrilled when Demi and Ashton tied the knot in September 2005.

She added to Britain’s Cosmopolitan magazine: “Ashton is like a father figure, in that I respect him and ask him for advice. But he is also someone I can relate to. I see him more as an older brother or uncle.

“Recently I wanted to have my braces removed and Ashton said, ‘I’ll make you a deal. You can get them of if you work for my dad at his construction company.’ So I did. He wanted me to realize you have to earn the things you want in life.”

Rumer Willis blames her father Bruce for her angular jaw.

The 20-year-old star – the daughter of ‘Die Hard 4.0′ star Bruce and his ex-wife Demi Moore – can’t stand her unusually large chin, and thinks she inherited it from her dad.

She said: “People tell me all the time that I look my mom. I see the resemblance, sometimes. There was a picture in a magazine about look-a-like mothers and daughters and I saw that I looked exactly like her – which is great.

“I hate my jaw. I don’t know if it’s my dad’s – I think I’m more like my mother, my littlest sister looks exactly like my dad and my middle sister is a mixture of the two.”

Rumer – who is to be Miss Golden Globe at this year’s awards, a role traditionally given to the child of a famous star – recently revealed starring in new film ‘The House Bunny’ was a “massive learning experience”.

She said: “It’s been very different and I have to say, probably the biggest learning experience I’ve ever had, just to be able to do it and all the responsibility is on you. I felt very grateful to be a part of it.”
