For the first time since her mother’s breakdown, Rumer Willis is breaking her silence.

The 23-year-old daughter of Demi Moore, was with her mother when she collapsed at her LA home last month. Demi was reportedly inhaling nitrous oxide, or laughing gas.

The 49-year-old is rumored to be seeking treatment for an ‘eating disorder and addiction issues’ at a private location.

“Of course the situation weighs heavily on me,” Rumer told German news outlet tz-online during a trip to Munich for an event hosted by fashion jeweler Thomas Sabo over the weekend.

“My mother is on the road to recovery. It’s slow going but we believe in her.”

Rumer and her sisters Scout, 20, Tallulah, 18, and father Bruce Willis apparently urged the actress to seek help.

More and more details are coming forward about the events that led up to 911 being called to Demi Moore’s home on Monday evening. Both E! and Radar are reporting that Demi was having some sort of a seizure before being rushed to the hospital. E! said Demi was “acting like she was suffering from a seizure” while Radar adds the actress is “being treated for anorexia, among other substance abuse issues. Demi is in getting treated for anorexia, as well as other issues that caused her seizure.” All this makes complete sense. She IS unbelievably skinny, and I don’t think it would take much of anything (pills or alcohol) to shock her system.

People is reporting that Demi was out partying with daughter Rumer, 23,  before all this happened.

Wearing a short black skirt and striped sweater, the actress, 49, arrived at Beacher’s Madhouse at The Roosevelt Hotel just after 11 p.m. on Jan. 11.

“When she first arrived, she kept to herself … but she started loosening up and getting into party mode,” an onlooker tells PEOPLE about Moore, who sipped Red Bull at the hot spot. “She seemed really happy to be out with her daughter’s friends.”

Though she was not seen downing any alcohol, Moore, who split from husband Ashton Kutcher, 33, last November, appeared to be lapping up male attention – especially from 90210 actor Ryan Rottman.

“She found ways to touch him all night, and at one point when he was in front of her, she was grinding on his butt,” the onlooker said, adding that “his shirt came unbuttoned, and she started tickling his bare chest playfully.”

When she wasn’t flirting with Rottman, Moore stuck close to her daughter, and stayed until the nightspot closed.

The mother-daughter duo also had an awkward encounter with Kutcher at a CAA/Grey Goose Pre-Golden Globes bash at Soho House Jan. 13. Kutcher arrived at the party after his ex, but the former couple generally avoided any contact.

Willis, however, did spend some cordial, friendly time chatting with him before going back to hanging out with her mom.

Of course Demi’s crew is claiming the actress is just suffering from exhaustion, but of course we don’t buy that.

Whatever the problems are, I really hope Demi gets the help she needs!

Rumer Willis tweeted the picture above from Paris, where Tallulah was “coming out” as a debutante. Tallulah, 17, had her coming out ball at Le Bal des Débutantes at the Hotel Crillon, and is considered one of the most prestigious debutante balls in the world. Tallulah is the sister in the middle. Rumer is on the left, and Scout is on the right.

Bruce and his pregnant wife Emma were the ones who did all the work, Demi Moore was a no-show. According to reports, Demi is “recovering” from her divorce in Hawaii.

Tallulah Willis is officially a member of high society.

The youngest daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore stepped out at Le Bal des Débutantes at Paris’s Hotel Crillon on Saturday night.

Willis, 17, wore a sleeveless black and silver sequined gown by Lanvin. Her hair was up and back in a chignon.

Tallulah’s sisters Rumer Willis and Scout Willis also attended the ball (but not as debutantes), and Rumer Tweeted a picture of them at the event.

Moore, who recently split from husband Ashton Kutcher, did not attend. But the girls’ father accompanied them to Paris and the ball.

“He was a little different than three years ago [when Scout was a debutante], more reserved,” a source at the ball tells PEOPLE. “He was there for his daughter, but protective. It wasn’t until around midnight when he danced with Tallulah that you saw him become more relaxed.”

“He’s a dad and he wanted to be certain she felt the evening was for her,” the source added.

In total, 23 young women – daughters actors, business leaders and aristocrats – from 13 countries made their debut on Saturday night at the ball, which first launched in 1957 and re-launched 20 years ago as a charity fundraiser.

Lauren Bush, who debuted at the ball in 2000, created this year’s beneficiary, the Feed Foundation, which is dedicated to fighting malnutrition.

Rumer Willis is already known to have a couple tattoos. She has a small swallow on her shoulder blade and the words ‘Be Patient’ on her ribcage. But from the looks of these new pictures – she has gone under the needle again – A LOT.

The 23-year-old stepped out in Los Angeles yesterday with a considerable amount of tattoos on her arms, including a ring tattoo on her finger.

On her left arm Rumer appears to have added dice with the word ‘Lucky’ and a floral design on her right arm, adding to the naked man’s torso on the inside of her left forearm.

And on her right arm the actress now has a pixie design on her upper arm and some cards and a pair of hands positioned into a praying gesture on her lower left arm.

Last week as the actress stepped out at a charity event in Los Angeles yesterday without most of the tattoos, with only the naked male torso visible on her lower left arm.

I’m thinking these must be temporary tattoos. I looked up older pictures – and it looks like she did have one of those tattoos a week ago (see below). Hmm, I’m not sure. What do you think? Are they real or temporary?

The Mail throws out the theory that Rumer is just acting out – in need of attention or something. Suggesting she’s upset over what’s going on between her mom and her husband, Ashton Kutcher. I can see how she’d be upset by what’s been going on in the public eye – but could Ashton’s wandering eye really be a huge surprise to them?
