Is nail polish the new must-have accessory? Celebs typically show up on the red carpet dripping in jewelry that costs an astronomical amount. But 24-karat nail polish???

Rihanna showed up on the Grammys red carpet last night with 24-karat gold nail polish. The Red Carpet Manicure polish, “Amor 24″ costs $5,000 PER BOTTLE. Now that’s a bit much. Seriously – she’s going to go home and take that polish off, most likely. Why not use a nail polish that looks gold – but isn’t ACTUALLY gold? See my “look for less” polish here!

In case you didn’t know…the 2012 Grammy Awards ceremony was held last night at the Staples Center in L.A.  Anyone  nominated in a category with Adele should’ve just threw on their pj’s and watched from home.  Adele took home SIX grammy’s – winning every category she was nominated in!!  Did you watch? Rihanna was spotted arriving at Pizzeria Mozza in Los Angeles last night. She’s sporting some pretty interesting hair these days!

This weekend during the Grammys, Rihanna and Chris Brown are both scheduled to perform. Should make things interesting, no? It’s Chris’ first time performing at the Grammys since beating Rihanna back in 2009.

The two have been spotted together several times over the past couple months, prompting rumors that they’re secretly dating again.

Grammy organizers said on Tuesday that Brown, who has three nominations including best R&B singer for his album “F.A.M.E.”, had been added to the line-up for the February 12 awards show in Los Angeles.

They said Brown will join Foo Fighters, Lil Wayne, David Guetta and deadmau 5 for a performance highlighting dance and electronica music for the first time on the Grammy Awards show stage.

Organizers said last month that Rihanna, who has four nominations including album of the year for “Loud”, will sing with Coldplay on the Grammy stage.

I really hope they’re not dating again. That can’t be a good idea.

Last night Rihanna posted a serious of pictures on her Twitter account, in which she was getting various new tattoos. In one picture she shows off her “Thug Life” tattoos that were done in white on her knuckles. She wrote “All these bitches screaming that 2pac back ♫ #THUGLIFE” In another picture, which shows her getting her back (or butt?) tattoo, she wrote “Tat my f**kin name on u girl so I know its real!!! #MINE”

Next she posed with the man who gave her the tattoos, “My boo Mark Mahoney!!!! #RockstarShit #TATnight”. And finally she ran into actor Danny Trejo. “Look who’s in the #TATTOO parlor…Danny Trejo #G4L p.s. Look up his story!”

February 8 will mark the three-year anniversary of Chris Brown’s infamous attack on then-girlfriend, Rihnanna. Shortly after the incident, the couple were forced to separate by court order. Was that the only thing keeping the two apart? According to US Weekly, multiple sources confirm that Rihanna, 23, and Chris, 22, have been secretly hooking up for almost a year.

The edgy, platinum-selling “We Found Love” singer and Brown “meet up very casually,” a Brown confidante says. “She comes to see him anytime she’s in L.A.”

Explains a music industry source: “They can’t get enough of each other. I don’t see it ending well.”

“Rihanna loves to live dangerously, and talking to and hooking up with Chris is all part of that,” adds a Rihanna insider.

The clandestine relationship isn’t just complicated because of the couple’s violent past; the “Forever” crooner also has a girlfriend, aspiring model Karrueche Tran.

“He and Rihanna are just friends,” Brown’s rep tells Us. “He’s not cheating.” Rihanna’s rep had no comment.

I’m not sure it’s possible to just be friends for the two of them. I certainly wouldn’t think so, anyway. A “friend” is much more likely to forgive what Chris Brown did to her. If she’s running back to him, it’s probably because she’s still in love with him. Which is so sad to me. I really believe that if they hit you once, they’ll hit you again. And again, and again.

Rihanna’s smoking pot has got everyone in a tizzy!

The “We Found Love” singer was spotted enjoying an unidentified rolled substance over the weekend while relaxing in Hawaii. Outfitted in a casual hot pink tank and black leggings, the bare-faced stunner held a mysterious blunt-like object (presumed to be a marijuana-filled cigar) in one hand with a cell phone in another, from which she tweeted, “Kush rolled, glass full…I prefer the better things!” a playful homage to her former flame (forgive the pun) Drake’s “Up All Night.”
From her sultry Talk That Talk album artwork to her controversial “We Found Love” music video, Rihanna has not been shy about her penchant for smoking. As news spread of the presumed pot smoking, ardent fans aka the Rihanna Navy took to Twitter with largely supportive sentiment in tweets like: ” I wanna smoke a blunt wit @rihanna”, “lol she is so high ! love that girl” and “Island gal for real!!!!”

Relaxation is in order for the ubiquitous singer. Aside from being named Esquire magazine’s Sexiest Woman Alive for 2011, earlier this month RiRi was dubbed the best-selling digital artist of all time by Nielsen SoundScan. Her sixth album Talk That Talk has been certified Gold with over 500,000 copies sold and she has sold an astounding 47.5 million digital downloads to date.

I may be in the minority on this, but I’m not feelin’ Rihanna’s eyewear at all.  Rihanna headed to LAX this weekend sporting these “fashionable” glasses.  I want to slap a red and white striped shirt on her and play a game of Where’s Waldo.
