TMZ has learned Britney Spears is back in rehab. Sources say the singer has checked into an in-patient facility in Los Angeles. We’re told the move came after family members, including her mom, pressed her to check in.

Spears entered the facility today.

Last week, Spears checked herself into a rehab facility in Antigua but checked out less than 24 hours later.

UPDATE: Britney’s rep, Larry Rudolph, says “Britney Spears has voluntarily checked herself into an undisclosed rehab facility today,” Rudolph says in a statement. “We ask that the media respect her privacy as well as those of her family and friends at this time.”

The National Enquirer reports she checked in Promises in Malibu. She reportedly was taken yesterday at 5pm by her father, Jamie Spears.

“Extra” has learned that pop star Britney Spears entered a rehab facility.

Spears was last seen leaving New York City four nights ago on a private jet with her two young sons heading to Miami.

Then, she disappeared off the paparazzi radar. Spears entering rehab comes after months of hard partying and friends having reached out to her to seek help.

Keith Urban says that his life had become “unmanageable” before he entered rehab on Oct. 19, in a new video message to fans posted on his Web site Monday.

There was “no cataclysmic event” that convinced him to enter the Betty Ford Clinic in Palm Springs, Calif. Urban says in the video. Rather, he says: “What it was, was a lot of small things that were happening in my life, and a lot of small moments that were starting to accumulate that were telling me very loud and clear that I was a long way from my program of recovery, and they were making my life unmanageable.”

Urban, dressed in a casual button-down shirt in a relaxed living-room setting, adds that he stayed in the facility for 90 days instead of the planned 30 days because of what he was learning, which included the idea that “abstinence is the ticket into the movie. It’s not the movie.”

On Saturday, Urban made his first public post-rehab appearance on the German TV show Wetten, dass..? (Wanna bet?), telling fans he’s feeling just fine.

During a backstage interview before his segment, the 39-year-old singer was asked how he was doing and was told that many of his fans had been worried about him.

“I’m very good, I’m feeling much better,” he said. “And thank you to everybody out there – I got a lot of support from everybody in the last three months, lots of e-mails and cards and letters. It meant a lot to me, so danke schön.”

He told the interviewer that the song he would later perform on the show, “Once in a Lifetime,” from his new album Love, Pain & the whole crazy thing, was based on his relationship with wife Nicole Kidman.

“A song like ‘Once in a Lifetime’ is inspired by my marriage – it’s a good, life-changing happening in my life,” he said. “I think when you find your once-in-a-lifetime love, that’s what everybody’s looking for.”

Asked how he felt about being named one of PEOPLE’s 2005 “International Men of Sexiness,” he said, “PEOPLE magazine never lies!”

After performing ‘Once in a Lifetime’ with his band, Urban chatted with host Thomas Gottschalk, who said, “Tell Nicole all about the show, tell her how good it was, and that she can come here. You could even bring her next time.”

Urban said he would be back in the country soon anyway: “We’re coming to Germany to tour in April.”

Lindsay Lohan has checked into rehab, she said in a statement Wednesday.

“I have made a proactive decision to take care of my personal health,” the star said in her statement. “I appreciate your well wishes and ask that you please respect my privacy at this time.”

A source close to the actress says: “Lindsay is in a very positive frame of mind and is looking forward to making a positive change in her life.”

In December, a rep for the 20-year-old actress told PEOPLE that her client was attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. Later that month, Lohan revealed that she had been in AA for a year, and said she generally feels better when she’s not drinking.

“I was going out too much and I knew that, and I have more to live for than that,” she said.

Prior to December, however, Lohan dismissed critics who said she was partying too often. In November, she told Oprah Winfrey that she is not a party girl, adding, “Is it a crime to go dancing with your friends?”

Over the summer, James G. Robinson, CEO of Morgan Creek Productions blasted the star for being absent from the set of her movie Georgia Rule and blamed her “heavy partying” for the behavior.

Lohan’s mother Dina quickly shot back, saying the media mogul was “way out of line.” Lohan was briefly hospitalized at the time for being “overheated and dehydrated,” according to her rep.

Keith Urban has been officially released from the rehabilitation facility where he was being treated for an alcohol addiction, his rep confirms to PEOPLE.

The country singer and his wife, actress Nicole Kidman, were spotted out Monday night at the private CAA Golden Globes after-party in Los Angeles.

Urban, 39, who entered rehab on Oct. 19, 2006, plans to resume promotions for his latest album and will fly to Germany on Thursday for a television appearance.

Over the holidays, Urban and Kidman were photographed together in Sydney where he was “on a leave” from rehab to be with his family, his rep said at the time.

Though the dates have yet to be finalized, Urban plans to kick off his “Love, Pain & the Whole Crazy World Tour” this April in the United Kingdom and Germany. Later, he will tour in Australia and then in the U.S. and Canada over the summer.
