Oh to be a fly on the wall…it would be interesting to hear what they have to talk about.
Reese looks like a midget.
Oscar winner Reese Witherspoon is set to star in the remake of director Otto Preminger’s classic thriller Bunny Lake is Missing.
The 1965 film surrounds the events that occur after a woman reports that her daughter, Bunny Lake, has gone missing. When police investigate and find no evidence that she ever existed, they begin to question the woman’s sanity.
The original film starred Laurence Olivier and Carol Lynley. Director Joe Carnahan, who recently completed the ensemble drama Smokin’ Aces, hopes to helm the film before he directs George Clooney in White Jazz. Witherspoon is currently starring in another thriller, Rendition, with Jake Gyllenhaal and Meryl Streep.
Okay, isn’t that movie basically Flightplan - but not on an airplane?
Reese Witherspoon is reportedly growing close to Jake Gyllenhaal on the set of their new film ‘Rendition’.
The Oscar-winning actress filed for divorce from husband Ryan Phillippe earlier this month and Jake has been her shoulder to cry on.
A source from the film set told Us Weekly magazine: “Jake stopped by her trailer and waited for her. They laughed and talked, then he left.”
Reese, 30, cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for her divorce from Ryan and has asked for custody of the couple’s two children - seven-year-old Ava and three-year-old Deacon - but with visitation rights granted to her husband.
Reese, has also requested “exclusive use of the family residence” and asked that the court terminate its right to grant Ryan spousal support.
Jake, 25, broke up with long-term girlfriend Kirsten Dunst last year and despite being linked to a number of women has been single ever since.
