Last night was the Los Angeles premiere of ‘This Means’ War. Reese Witherspoon showed up in this odd fitting Miu Miu dress. I think it could be really beautiful, but the top is cut awkwardly low. Don’t you think? Besides the dress, I’m not a fan of Reese’s hair. It looks like she rolled out of bed – threw on a dress and left.  Maybe this is the week for beautiful women and really bad hair. Stylists on strike?

Anyway, I know a lot of you are thinking that ‘This Means War’ is terrible. I’ve seen it – and it’s GREAT! I went into it thinking I wouldn’t like it at all. The trailer doesn’t do the film any justice. It’s actually really cute. If you know me at all, you know what it takes for me to say I like a romantic comedy (I usually don’t)…so believe me! It’s a fun movie, with major hotness. Reese looks amazing, Chris Pine is super hot – and Tom Hardy… ugh, he’s perfection. Bottom line? Go see it! Trust me!

The stunning Reese Witherspoon covers the March issue of Glamour UK. She’s promoting her new film, ‘This Means War’. The photo shoot alongside the article is stunning. Reese looks better than ever!

She has two children, a husband and a very successful career – and she’s only in her 30′s! While the 35-year-old actress says that she doesn’t want any plastic surgery right now, she doesn’t know what the future will hold!

On plastic surgery:

“I’m not for it. I’m not against it. I have plenty of friends who do stuff and if it makes you feel good, great. But I don’t think it’s the fix for some sort of unease that you’re having about who you are as a human being. I don’t think I need plastic surgery at this point. Can we just go day-by-day on that one?”

On showing off her body in her new film:

She explains: “I don’t worry about it. I have the body I earned. I had two kids and I’m still strong and healthy.
And you start to have a different respect for your body the older you get. Instead of tearing yourself apart all the time, you start to go “Oh wow”.”

On being frugal(ish):

Despite earning millions of dollars per movie, Witherspoon admits she can be quite frugal when it comes to shopping.
Although she recently splashed out on a black Valentino bag, she revealed she can’t bring herself to buy an expensive bag from The Row – Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s fashion label.

“I have this fixation about this black leather The Row purse, but it’s so prohibitively expensive, I will not allow myself to buy it. I literally go to the store to visit it. Too much money – it feels decadent. I can’t wrap my brain around it. If I bought it, I’d only feel upset about it and take it back. However, she justified her purchase of the Valentino bag, because ‘it’s super-plain and beautiful and just feels like something you’ll have forever’.”

I just love her! There’s nothing I don’t like about her!

I went and saw an early screening of ‘This Means War’ last night – and I have to tell you – I absolutely LOVED it. I was really not expecting that. I don’t think the trailer is very good, and the whole premise just seemed so … lame. But it wasn’t! It was such a fun movie! I laughed – hard – and wasn’t expecting to! The chemistry between the three at the center of the movie is believable! There’s definitely a lot of cheese in this movie, and I rolled my eyes more than once, but I didn’t mind. It was a super fun movie, and I enjoyed every minute of it! PS: Tom Hardy and Chris Pine are HOT in it! Reese looks better than ever in this movie – her clothes were to die for! Chelsea Handler was hilarious. All the pieces just really fit together perfectly to make a really fun movie. It’s not going to win any awards – but I would definitely say it’s worth paying to see. Fun movie!

It looks like Reese Witherspoon was a little punchy after the long flight from L.A. to Paris.  She was spotted sticking her tongue out at the photographers who were waiting for her at the airport.

I wonder if Reese is in Paris for Fashion Week or to start promoting her upcoming movie with Chris Pine and Tom Hardy?

Reese Witherspoon graces the February 2012 cover of Elle Magazine. Reese is most likely promoting her new romantic comedy, This Means War, starring Chris Pine and Tom Hardy. The movie looks okay at best. Reese really needs a good movie. Lately they’ve been major duds!

The interview below is really interesting. She opens up about how she met her current husband at a bar, about her devastating divorce from Ryan Phillippe, and how her sexuality has blossomed after having children.

Here is some of the interview:

Reese on how she met her current husband, Jim Toth: It was when his boozy friend began hitting on her. “This really drunk guy was hitting on me, making such an idiot of himself, yelling at me. He was like [slurring, scowling, pointing finger in her face], ‘You don’t know me.’ And I was like, ‘Yeah, I know. I don’t know you!’ Jim came over and said, ‘Please excuse my friend. He’s just broken up with someone.’ And I remember thinking, his friend is such an ass, what a jerk. And that Jim was a really good friend, pulling him out of that situation.”

On her divorce from Ryan Phillippe: “It was awful. It was like I was having a delayed response to my divorce. All my adrenaline shock had held me over for nine or ten months, and then I collapsed under the weight of grieving. I have to be honest with you, I’m a totally different person now . . . I don’t think I realized how little I was living. I was so consumed with trying to hold it together.”

On her sexuality: “I do have to say, I like my body so much better after I had kids. Is that a crazy thing to say? I’m more womanly. I feel sexier. I’m more comfortable with my sexuality as I get older. When I was younger, I didn’t know why men were starting to look at me. Now I know why men are looking — and I’m cool with it.”

On This Means War: “I’m not saying it’s serious or important. It’s like Mr. and Mrs. Smith with dating.”

On making between $15-20 million per film: “I’m very lucky. Every time they call and talk to me about money, I get embarrassed about it. A couple of women finally made me feel better: ‘To get what you’re making, do you know how much money people are making off you?’ I’m like, ‘Oh, oh, okay.’ And I can give it away and support other people and give more people jobs in films that I believe in.”

A moment with Chelsea Handler: Because “[Reese] is one of the few people in this town who can actually get a movie made,” notes Handler, a close friend, who met the actress at Jennifer Aniston’s fortieth birthday party. Witherspoon, a producer on This Means War, formed Type A Films in 200 and has nine films in development, two of which are Southern movies written by Southern writers. “I’m having this Odysseus moment, where I want to return home. I want to touch the South more.”

Her girl friends: “All my best friends are moms. They understand if you say, ‘I have to go!’ You have to go because somebody’s probably eating glass or drinking something under the sink, right?”
