Paul “Pauly D” Delvecchio has no problem being labeled a reality star, but don’t call him a reality-show deejay.

The Jersey Shore star knows that people think he’s getting deejay gigs thanks to his exposure on MTV’s hit show, but that’s far from the case.

“I’ve been doing this for 12 years,” he told People in Las Vegas before spinning at ghostbar. “I was deejaying six nights a week before the show. I’m deejaying six nights a week now. A lot of people think I’m a reality-show deejay and that’s not true at all.”

Recently, Delvecchio signed on to spin during the Spring at Las Vegas’ Palms Casino Resort.

What has changed, though, are the locations and the response from the crowd.

“Now I get to spin in places I probably never would have been able to,” he said. “People want to take pictures with you and it’s great now. I’m having fun. I’m just living the dream right now.”

Jwoww is following in the fist-pumping footsteps of Snooki, The Situation and Pauly D — and just applied to trademark her name.

TMZ has learned Jenni Farley filed documents last month with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to trademark her name for “entertainment services in the nature of an on-going reality based television program.”

Jenni’s lawyer tells TMZ this is just the first step towards “creating an enterprise” for the chestically enhanced reality star.

FYI — According to the docs, the “Jersey Shore” star’s name is officially “Jwoww” — not J-WOWW, JWOWW or JWoW.

Sour times for Snooki.

The self-described “guidette,” 21, was booed Friday morning at Philadelphia’s Wing Bowl, an annual eating contest.

As she stepped out in front of the sold-out crowd at the Wachovia Center, people began heckling the MTV Jersey Shore star (real name: Nicole Polizzi).

When her image appeared on a big screen, they began booing loudly, according to local newspaper reports.

Despite the harsh reaction, she kept on fist-pumping.

Later, while being interviewed by a local TV station, she was asked how she felt about the booing incident. She said, “It’s Philadelphia!” and gave the camera the middle finger.

After the event, Snooki Twittered that the city was “nuts” “Wingbowl Is insane!” she wrote. “Wish they had this in ny! Flyin to chi town tonight for manor! Wheww”

It was recently announced that Jersey Shore will be returning for a second season. Shooting is set to begin in an undisclosed location in a few weeks.

Reports have surfaced the cast will go from $200 to $10,000 an episode.

Jersey Shore’s Jenni “J-Woww” Farley, 28, is quitting one of her bad habits: smoking.

The MTV reality star — who just signed on for a second season — has been spotted puffing on SmokeSticks, an electronic cigarette that doesn’t contain tobacco or cancer-causing carcinogens, but still creates smoke.

Says the press release, “J-WOWW may be trash on the outside, but she certainly isn’t trashing her insides.”

She isn’t the only Jersey Shore actor who is cleaning up her act.

Us Weekly Fashion Director Sasha Charnin Morrision gave Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, 21, a polished makeover.

“I feel like my grandmother!” she whined after seeing the final results: a shift dress, pouf-less ponytail and low-key makeup. “I wouldn’t be caught dead in this outfit. If I had to go to court, I’d wear this. That’s about it.”

Forget those sappy rose ceremonies.

Former Bachelor Matt Grant has a new show in the works, and it’s called Pimp My Bride!

“[It's] an organic follow-up to the Bachelor,” the British financier told UsMagazine.com at the Youth Run 4 Haiti event in Santa Monica on Saturday.

The show, which he wrote after filming the twelfth season of the Bachelor in 2008, was picked up by Warner Brothers.

“It’s about the groom being in control of the wedding,” he says.

In addition to Pimp My Bride, Grant — who proposed to Shayne Lamas on the Bachelor only to end their engagement months later — is also considering taking part of another new show.

“They’ve asked me to possibly do this Bachelor Pad show,” he tells Us. “It’s like Big Brother Bachelor with all the Bachelors in a house. I’ve thought about doing it because I’m obviously not famous anymore and it would give me fifteen minutes of fame!”

Bachelor fans have already tuned in to plenty of scandal, but the show’s host promises that it’s only getting better.

“There is so much other stuff coming up that is a legitimate big deal,” Chris Harrison tells UsMagazine.com. “There is so much more drama that comes that has much more to do with Jake Pavelka’s emotions and the show itself.”

In fact, more excitement is only an episode away.

“Next week’s rose ceremony is crazy!” he hinted to Us at the Kari Feinstein Style Lounge in L.A. on Saturday.

He didn’t say, however, if it promises to be more scandalous than the previous Bachelor headlines with Bachelorette Michelle, who didn’t even make it to the rose ceremony this week, and Rozlyn Papa, who departed the show after it was revealed that she had an affair with one of the show’s producers. Instead, he calls the affair scandal “a little bump in the road.”

“We never intended it to be that big of a deal but I think she has done a good job of making it a big deal,” he says.

How does Harrison stack this season up compared to the 14 seasons of The Bachelor and five seasons of The Bachelorette?

“It’s the best ever! It’s the most dramatic ever,” he tells Us. “It’s been good.”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice’s husband, Giuseppe “Joe” Giudice, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence after crashing his car into a telephone pole in New Jersey, PEOPLE confirms.

Police in Montville Township, N.J., responded to an emergency call made at 1:47 a.m. after a car struck a telephone pole. When they arrived, Giudice was at the scene and was then taken to the hospital, Police Captain Ed Rosellini tells People.

He was charged with “driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, careless driving [and] failure to maintain his traffic lane,” Rosellini said.

Guidice was transported to Morristown Memorial Hospital and after his visit, he was handed over to the Clifton, N.J., Police Department because of outstanding warrants, Rosellini said.

There, he was held on $2,625 bail, according to TMZ.com, and was released at 6:20 a.m
