Anne Hathaway is dreaming of marrying her businessman boyfriend Raffaello Follieri – but “not yet”.

The actress has stuck by the Italian through two messy legal problems – he was sued by a former business partner last year, and arrested for passing a bad check at the beginning of 2008 – and she insists the couple will marry when the time is right.

Hathaway, 25, says, “It is on the cards. Absolutely. Just not yet. I’ve always wanted a family. I’m not one of those people who says, ‘What’s the point of marriage?’”

“My parents have been married (for) 25 years, in all the glory and all the pain that you can imagine, but they’ve stayed together. I want a strong marriage like that.”

Anne Hathaway’s boyfriend is in the clear: The Manhattan District Attorney’s office has declined to prosecute Raffaello Follieri, who was arrested in April for allegedly writing a $215,000 bad check.

Manhattan DA spokeswoman Tracy Golden tells People that Follieri was cleared because he fully reimbursed John Morrongiello for the $215,000 check Follieri wrote him, and Morrongiello, of Colts Neck, N.J., no longer wishes to pursue the case.

Follieri, 29 – who has been dating Hathaway, 25, since 2004 – was expected to appear in Manhattan Criminal Court Monday.

Where’s Anne?  Did she bail her man out?  Earlier I reported Raffaelo Follieri (Anne Hathaway’s boyfriend) was arrested for bouncing a $250,000 check.  Ouch.

Well here he is tonight departing the NYPD’s 18th Precinct in after being arrested.
