Life & Style magazine recently reported that there was a lot of flirting going on between Rachel Bilson and Chace Crawford when the two joined friends for dinner at The Lion in NYC last Friday.

She and ex-fiancee Hayden Christensen recently called off their engagement and she’s in no hurry to jump into something new.

Us Weekly reports:

“She’s friends with his manager and has known Chace for a while,” her rep explains to Us. “The dinner was with a bunch of people, and it was simply a friendly dinner. I can say with 100 percent certainty they are not dating.”

Jake Gyllenhaal and Rachel Bilson are said to be keeping their romance private but according to a source, they are “definitely” together.

The insider told Holly Scoop: “They’re trying to keep a low profile but they’re definitely dating.”

Gyllenhaal split from Reese Witherspoon last year and Bilson recently broke up with fiancé Hayden Christensen.

Gyllenhaal said earlier this year that he thinks it’s important for “every man to find the right woman and every woman to find the right man”.

“Yes, the engagement is off, therefore, so is the wedding,” her rep tells Us.

In June, a source told Us the couple — who co-starred in the 2008 action flick, Jumper — were “taking about a month off” to evaluate their relationship. “They’re taking a break,” the insider added.

Around the same time, Bilson flashed a ringless finger to Us on the red carpet of a THQ/Take No Prisoners event in L.A. When asked how wedding plans were going, she said, “No, no plans” and pointed to her bare hand. “No nothing.”

Christensen, 29, and Bilson, 28, announced their engagement in February 2009.

The two announced their engagement in February 2009.

Bilson, 28, flashed a ringless finger to Us on the red carpet of the Take No Prisoners event in L.A. Wednesday night. When asked how wedding plans were going, she said, “No, no plans” and pointed to her bare hand. “No nothing.”

The source says the couple — who co-starred in 2008 action flick Jumper — are “taking about a month off” and will then revisit their relationship to decide if they should stay together. The break began about two weeks ago, the source adds.
