Pink admits she isn’t entirely over her ex-husband Carey Hart.
“It’s up and down,” she says in February’s Seventeen. “You have strong moments, and you have weak moments. But it’s not just been devastating – it’s been freedom, too. I told him that I would give him away at his next wedding.”
She also says it “feels very confusing” that her single “So What” — which she has said is not about Hart — became the break-up anthem of the year.
“It’s bittersweet,” says the singer, 29. “It’s funny, it’s empowering, it’s ‘Screw you,’ it’s all of that.”
Despite the razor-sharp lyrics (”I’m just fine/And you’re a tool”), Pink says she doesn’t like being a mean girl.
“My brother and I fought a lot when we were kids. We were very violent,” she says, explaining how she got to be so aggressive. “He could always beat me physically, but I could always beat him with words. And you learn how to survive by how you are as a kid and can just be really mean.
“I can cut people down. I don’t like to,” says Pink. “I don’t want to be like that anymore.”

I was recently sent Pink’s new album, “Funhouse” to check out. I absolutely LOVE it. It’s such a great album. There is such a wide range of song styles on the album. The upbeat songs – like “So What” and “Funhouse” are great, then you have the slower, moving “Crystal Ball” which highlights her amazing voice. I love every song, but my favorite has to be “Sober”, so I was totally stoked that “Sober” was her latest release off the album.
You should definitely pick up your copy of “Funhouse” today. It’s a great album, every song is amazing.
Here’s the video for “Sober” my favorite song from the album!

Pop star Pink is unhappy with Katy Perry’s hit song “I Kissed A Girl” because she feels the track “trivializes” lesbianism.
Pink admits she admires saucy singer Perry and thinks she is “f**king awesome,” but she won’t be putting the chart smash on her stereo anytime soon. And Pink, real name Alecia Moore, reveals her lesbian pals are also offended by the song’s sentiments.
She says, “What did I think of Perry’s song? I thought ‘I Kissed a Girl’ was trivializing being gay. I’ve been speaking to my gay girlfriends about it, and they’re kinda put off by it. I’m not judging and comparing, though.”
