Pink’s estranged husband Carey Hart is still hoping to salvage his marriage to the pop star, six months after they split.

The pair ended their relationship in February after two years of marriage, but Motocross star Hart is struggling to move on – and admits he still hopes they may one day reconcile.

Hart says, “I would like to have wishful thinking and say, ‘Yes.’ Only time will tell. (I’ll try to) maintain a friendship, and who knows what will happen when we get older.”

Pink is throwing a baby shower for pregnant pal Lisa Marie Presley – and is getting the gifts for free.

The daughter of rock ‘n’ roll king Elvis Presley is eight months pregnant – her first child with fourth husband Michael Lockwood.

Presley will entertain her baby shower guests at a secret party in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon – and pal Pink, real name Alecia Moore, has been “asking (stores) to donate gift bag items for an A-A-A-list baby shower”, reports New York gossip column Page Six.

Pink is lending her name to an animal charity in a bid to raise awareness among pet owners in Australia.

The singer has agreed to become the face of a Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) campaign to encourage teenagers to be kinder to animals.

The star – who previously sparked controversy in the country for criticising sheep mulesing (method of farming) in December 2006 – posed with a shelter puppy named Princess as part of a promotional shoot.

A RSPCA spokesman says, “Pink ran out of hair and make-up to have cuddles with the puppy. She let the puppy lick her on her cheeks and sat on the couch and cuddled and spoke to her. It was an awesome sight to see because it was like Pink completely zoned out from what was going on around her.”
