Kate Moss is reportedly back in touch with her ex-boyfriend Pete Doherty – sparking rumors they are set to rekindle their romance.
The couple split last year after a string of rows over troubled rocker Doherty’s failure to kick his heroin and crack cocaine habit.
Moss has since been dating The Kills frontman Jamie Hince – but he was said to have moved out of her north London home earlier this week after a heated argument.
Now it is claimed Moss and Doherty have been texting each other, with the former Libertines star begging her to get back with him.
A source tells Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper, “Over the last three nights he and Kate have texted each other until the early hours. Pete’s been showing the texts to mates and thinks he is on the verge of winning her back, but his mates aren’t convinced.”

Pete Doherty is reportedly set to lay bare the details of his stormy relationship with ex-girlfriend Kate Moss in a new autobiography.
Babyshambles frontman Doherty has teamed up with author and ex-drug addict Sean Boru to write the “intensely personal biography” which will focus heavily on the 29-year-old’s tumultuous relationship with the supermodel.
Boru says, “The whole premise of the book is Pete talking about Kate Moss and the sex and drugs and rock’n'roll lifestyle they shared. I wrote to Pete when he was in jail about my experiences when I was a drug addict and we built a relationship. He knows I understand where he is coming from and this is the first book that properly details his private life with Moss – which is what everyone wants to read about.”

Amy Winehouse’s father has pleaded with former drug addict Pete Doherty to stay away from his daughter – so she can kick her drug demons once and for all.
The singer is currently receiving treatment for emphysema in a private clinic in Marylebone, London, after collapsing at home last Monday.
She has been struggling to beat her drug addictions for months, but after two unsuccessful attempts at rehab, the star’s father Mitch is hoping her drug suppliers and drug-taking pals will leave her alone so she can get her life back on track.
And, despite Doherty recently claiming to be clean of drugs, Mitch wants him to do what’s best for Amy – who has been diagnosed with emphysema – and cut all ties with her.
He tells Britain’s Sunday Mirror, “I’m saying to those drug dealers, and they know who they are, if they are supplying crack to Amy, then they’ve got to take responsibility. I don’t want her hanging out with her mates like Pete Doherty either. What hope does she have if people are taking drugs around her? Already Amy says she feels better and wants to leave hospital and that worries me.”
Emphysema is a potentially fatal lung condition usually caused by heavy smoking and drug taking.

Pete Doherty is considering scrapping the songs he’s already recorded for his forthcoming solo album – because his recent spell in jail has forced him to re-evaluate the musical direction of his new release.
The Babyshambles frontman was released from London’s Wormwood Scrubs prison last month after serving 29 days of his 14-week sentence for probation violation relating to his previous drug and driving offenses.
And he admits he is keen to start his album all over again by travelling to Portugal and Paris, France to find inspiration – if only he wasn’t barred from doing so by his bail conditions.
He says, “I’ve re-thought everything about what I’m going to do with the solo record.
“(But) I’m not allowed out of the country until my probation license is up, which is a little while.”
Doherty has been working on the album for the past 12 months and is due to release his solo LP at the end of the year.

Pete Doherty is in talks to set up his own record label with the help of a millionaire British businessman.
The Babyshambles frontman is reportedly in talks with internet tycoon Andrew Michael, who is worth an estimated $100 million, about forming their own company.
The move would pave the way for Doherty to have complete creative control over his music career.
A source tells British newspaper the Daily Star Sunday, “Pete’s thinking the sky’s the limit. He’s getting some good advice and he can’t wait to get going. A record label would be good to start with but he’s got a whole host of other ideas to make money.”

Pete Doherty left French fans disappointed on Thursday night when he failed to show up for a Paris show.
The troubled star was due to perform at Le Grand Rex in Paris, but left fans waiting for three hours and then missed the gig completely.
Initial rumours suggested Doherty had been hospitalised, but these reports were quickly denied.
As WENN went to press, it appears Doherty was stuck on a Eurostar train, which was delayed for four hours.
He arrived in Paris at 11pm – too late for his Babyshambles appearance at le Grand Rex.
Fans managed to catch the opening act, French singer Daniel Darc, but were left very disappointed by Doherty’s no show.
One devotee was just relieved that her hero wasn’t hospitalized. She told WENN, “I’m disappointed of course, but I’m also relieved to know that it’s only because of an Eurostar delay, and not because he’s been hospitalized.”

Pete Doherty is missing his ex-lover Kate Moss so much, he spent $10,000 on a portrait of her.
The Babyshambles frontman was photographed purchasing the oil painting of the catwalk star from artist Sam Shaker in London.
Doherty commission the work – named the portrait Beauty – when he was still dating Moss last year but never paid the $600 Shaker charged for it.
Shaker was considering auctioning the art for charity – but Doherty claimed it on Tuesday.
