No pictures today I’m afraid, I forgot my camera yesterday. So, I’m a little upset today, Perez Hilton is a mean man. I don’t know what I did to piss him off but the last few months he has launched a bit of a tirade against me, I can understand why he’d write “MESS” across my head on a picture of me being carried out of an awards ceremony drunk out of my mind, but some things he say baffle me. He insinuated I was smoking during my pregnancy, which was not true, ask anyone who knows me, I didn’t touch a cigarette or a drink for the few months that I was pregnant, he also insinuated there was something suspicious about me having a miscarriage, which is just wrong, but I’m not going to go into how painful that whole episode was. Yesterday he posted this

It’s hard to stay on top in the music industry. Just ask Lily Allen!
Lily used to be Capitol Records’ “golden girl” but lately she’s just been slipping. She’s known these days more fore being a tragic train wreck than a musician. She knows it too. That must hurt!
And, now, it seems she’s been replaced.
Replaced by none other than a Perez fad, Katy Perry, which we first introduced you to last year.
Katy also performed at our kick ass party in Austin during SXSW this past March.
Well, according to reports, a music industry insider has said, “Lily Allen is peeved at Capitol. She feels like they’ve shoved her aside to focus all their energies on their new girl of the moment, Katy Perry.”
But the real insult, according to the source, came when the label “replaced a photo of Lily Allen with one of Katy Perry” in its office main lobby.
Ha ha ha!!!!!
Lily is starting to look like washed-up goods.
The only thing that can save Allen now???? If she makes a good sophomore album!
But, from what we’re hearing, Lily’s new material s-u-c-k-s.

I don’t know why this has annoyed me so much. If I’m honest, it’s probably because part of it is true these days I am more known for being a train wreck than a musician, and it does hurt. I’ve been working really hard on my new record; I don’t think it sucks by the way. I haven’t released a record for two years, so it’s totally understandable that people don’t write about my music anymore, however it’s not fair to say that I’m washed up and it’s not fair to make up these feuds between people. Not everyone’s lives are fuelled by egos and jealousy, mine is certainly not. There was a time when Amy came out, that I was a little jealous, she has an amazing voice and writes incredible songs, what singer wouldn’t be a little jealous of that, but I’d never let those feelings become unhealthy. And this is not meant in any way but I’d never heard of Katy Perry before I came here a few days ago, I didn’t even know she was on Capitol, who by the way are not my label. I am signed to Regal Records in the UK and Capitol distributes my records here in America. I don’t feel like I’ve been shoved aside for anyone, I haven’t got a record out yet, so why would anyone be focusing their energies on me when there’s nothing to work on! I have never been a “golden girl” and I think I visited Capitols office in New York once, about a year a half ago, I very much doubt they had a picture of me in their lobby. The point I’m trying to make is these stories are just not true. If the word reportedly exists in a story it means that it’s pretty much a lie, just so you know, it means they can’t prove what they’re writing and their covering their backs. Perez doesn’t do this even he just writes things that aren’t true with no shame about it, and it’s sad. I read these posts on his website about anti – bullying campaigns and all these good causes, and while I used to enjoy reading his site it seems to me he has become what he hates so much a bully. He bullies young, successful females; people usually bully people they’re jealous of so I’ll let you come to your own conclusion on that one. Anyway, I’ve got nothing against Perez personally, I don’t assume to know him, what I do know is though. Is that he has a HUGE crush on my old manager, who I fired with a few months ago. Maybe this is his way of getting in his good books, or maybe it’s because I turned down the opportunity of going on his TV show when he asked me to, who knows?
Anyways, I hope you’ll all like my new material, if not, looks like I’ll have to find something else to do.

Perez Hilton was left in a panic when actor Jesse Metcalfe threatened to murder him - after he “joked” the actor was gay.

Hilton is openly homosexual and is infamous for making cutting jibes at the expense of unsuspecting celebrities.

However, Hilton was unnerved when Desperate Housewives hunk Metcalfe took speculation over his sexuality seriously.

He says, “That was quite negative energy. He was drunk and said he wanted me dead. I was quite shocked. I’d only joked that he might be gay, what’s the big deal?”

Perez Hilton announces his new clothing and accessories line “Perez Hilton for Hot Topic,” at One Sunset which will debut on June 6, 2008. It will include t-shirts, hoodies, accessories and footwear.

Yep, Perez Hilton and John Mayer kissed.

To prove that he and the singer kissed, he took a lie detector test with an examiner from Fox’s hit show The Moment of Truth.

He invited Usmagazine.com to tape the exam.

Hilton was asked a series of questions after he declared on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM show Thursday that Mayer kissed him “on the mouth with tongue.”

He also said Mayer’s girlfriend at the time, Jessica Simpson, was “rubbing [Mayer’s] crotch” during the kiss.

The online publication of a topless photo of Jennifer Aniston has triggered a lawsuit against gossip blogger Perez Hilton.

According to a copyright infringement complaint filed yesterday against Hilton (real name: Mario Lavandeira) by Universal City Studios, the Aniston photo came from footage shot during filming of “The Break-Up.” The footage, the studio charges, was stolen during production of the 2006 comedy, which starred Aniston and former boyfriend Vince Vaughn. The shot of Aniston, 38, was not included in the final version of the hit film, which grossed $118 million last year. Attached to the studio’s complaint is a copy of the revealing Aniston image, though Universal lawyers placed a “redacted” mark over the actress’s breasts.

The lawsuit against Lavandeira, 28, seeks an injunction barring further distribution of the picture and requests a court order “directing the U.S. Marshall to seize” the copyrighted material from the blogger. The complaint does not specify monetary damages. In an e-mail, Lavandeira wrote that he had not yet seen the Aniston complaint, and would “be in a better position to comment” once his lawyers reviewed the lawsuit.

Aniston has been a frequent target of Lavandeira, who has dubbed her “Maniston” and commented harshly on the actress’s looks. This is the second lawsuit filed over the distribution of naked photos of Aniston. In December 2005, the former “Friends” star sued a paparazzi for photographing her topless as she sunbathed outside her L.A. home. That lawsuit ended with a sealed settlement.

Just hours after Vince Vaughn and Jennifer Aniston finally announced their break-up (Vince’s rep tells Us, “Vince and Jennifer are no longer dating. They remain close friends.”), celebrity blogger Perez Hilton posted an item accusing Aniston and her rep Stephen Huvane of lying about the split for months (Huvane called reports of a break-up “rubbish,” while Aniston appeared on the cover of People magazine under the headline “Defending Their Love” and went on The Oprah Winfrey Show to insist she and Vaughn were still going strong).

Within hours, Huvane emailed Perez in response and asked for him to lighten up on Aniston, and even brought his other client Kirsten Dunst into the mix. He wrote:

Hey there. Just saw your item and wanted to correct you. I understand that being mean is your thing and honestly I am not trying to convince you to be any other way. If that’s what makes you happy then by all means go ahead and be mean. It’s just that if you are going to be mean then try being right. We never told People magazine that Jennifer and Vince were still together. Just do a little research and you will find that we told People.com that Jennifer was not engaged, had not been proposed to, and had no ring.
