Patrick Swayze documents his living trust

Patrick Swayze

Fans of ailing movie hunk Patrick Swayze have been left fearing for the worst after learning the Ghost star has put all of his real estate into a living trust.

The actor, who is fighting deadly pancreatic cancer, has filed papers suggesting he’s getting his affairs in order.

The documents are traditionally filled out by people on the verge of death, who want to make sure all of their final wishes are taken care off after they die.

The paperwork, obtained by U.S. TV news show Entertainment Tonight, was filed on March 28th.

Patrick Swayze gets special treatment as a pilot

Patrick Swayze

Patrick Swayze has been granted special permission to use a NASA airstrip in California, so he can fly himself to hospital for cancer treatment.

Moffett Federal Airfield near San Francisco is designated for government use only and is totally closed to civilians - but the actor and flying fanatic has reportedly been using the runway to jet between his home in southern California and Stanford University Medical Center.

A source tells Florida’s Palm Beach Post newspaper Swayze is using the ex-navy base to avoid the paparazzi when he makes bi-monthly trips for chemotherapy.

The Dirty Dancing star was earlier this year diagnosed with deadly pancreatic cancer, but his wife Lisa Niemi this week revealed the 55-year-old is responding well to radical treatment doctors hope will save his life.

She said, “We’re thrilled and grateful for the positive response Patrick has shown towards his treatment.

“We can’t help but feel that all the prayers, meditations and good thoughts sent his way by everyone has made a difference.”

Patrick Swayze has had an “excellent” response to treatment for pancreatic cancer, the actor and his doctor said Tuesday.

“We’re thrilled and grateful for the positive response Patrick has shown towards his treatment,” the Dirty Dancing star and wife Lisa Niemi tell PEOPLE.

“Also, we can’t help but feel that all the prayers, meditations and good thoughts sent his way by everyone has made a difference. Thank you!” said the couple.

His physician, Dr. George Fisher, added: “Patrick Swayze continues to respond well to his treatment for pancreatic cancer. Because of his excellent response, he will continue the same therapy at Stanford.”

Swayze, 55, announced last month he had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, one of the most serious of the cancers. He has been undergoing chemotherapy but not radiation treatment, according to his rep.

Swayze, 55, is undergoing chemotherapy treatment. Lynch, 49, said Swayze is “the most determined, positive, forward-thinking person I’ve ever met.”

New Hope for Patrick Swayze!

Patrick Swayze

Patrick Swayze’s strong physique may be his greatest weapon in his fight against Pancreatic cancer. The 55-year old actor has been given new hope after finding out that the drug he’s taking to fight his illness responds better to people who are physically fit.

“The drug that Patrick Swayze is taking, Vatalanib, is still in the experimental stage,” Dr. M. Wasif Saif, Associate Professor of Medicine and Director of the Gastrointestinal Program at Yale Universtiy tells OK!. “But recent studies have shown promise for patients taking the drug who are in excellent physical shape.”

Patrick’s strength comes from years of horse riding and his dance training at the Joffrey Ballet School in New York. East Valley Feed and Tack owner, John Fusano tells OK!, “Patrick orders supplies for his horses from us. I haven’t seen him in a while, but he’s a strapping giant of a man. He’s got tree trunks for legs!”

Patrick Swayze’s mother pays tribute to him

Patrick Swayze

Patrick Swayze’s elderly mother has paid tribute to the star, insisting he “doesn’t deserve” his battle with pancreatic cancer.

The Dirty Dancing actor was recently revealed to be suffering from the potentially life-threatening disease. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy - and U.S. tabloid the National Enquirer, which broke the story, claims he has just weeks to live.

Admitting her fears for her 55-year-old son, Patsy Swayze, 81, says: “He doesn’t deserve to get this. He just doesn’t deserve it. “He’s got such a big heart. He’s been such a good and generous and thoughtful person. It breaks my heart to know he’s suffering. But he bears it and he’s determined to beat this. He’s hanging in there and getting the best treatment he can.”

Lea Thompson sends well wishes to Patrick Swayze

Lea Thompson

Actress Lea Thompson has become the latest celebrity to offer her former co-star Patrick Swayze her full support after the actor revealed he’s suffering from pancreatic cancer. Reports the Dirty Dancing star was suffering from pancreatic cancer surfaced on Wednesday, and were later confirmed by his publicist.

And Thompson, who starred alongside Swayze in 1984’s Red Dawn, is convinced her old pal will successfully fight the disease - because of his dancing skills!

She says, “I’ve known him for so long, he’s a great guy, and I love him so much. He was such a great dancer. He will be resilient - us dancers are tough!” Earlier on Thursday, Whoopi Goldberg sent her Ghost co-star Swayze her best during the live broadcast of U.S. TV show The View.
