The feud brewing between Britney Spears & Paris Hilton (allegedly sparked after Paris passed right by B at her b-day), just got a little nastier.

“Britney and her pals wrote to Paris and told her they are hearing rumors of a new sex-tape scandal, similar to the ‘One Night In Paris’ footage her ex-boyfriend Rick Salomon put on the Web four years ago,” an insider told the Daily Star. “The letter also claims the tape shows footage of Paris locking lips with one of Britney’s female friends at a party.”

The correspondence wasn’t just FYI, as it warned Paris, “If she continues being rude to people, the footage will be leaked online.” The source added, “Britney and her pals also end their note by telling Paris they look forward to hearing back from her.”

The heiress hosted a private party at Mansion nightclub for the Art Basel celebration in South Florida.

Speaking of can-can … has anyone smelled that perfume of hers?  Is it any good?

P. Hil’s parents are coming under fire for allegedly engaging in extra curricular activities with the Village People’s Randy Jones (the cowboy).

Jones told the New York Daily News: “There was one rock of cocaine left, and it rolled off the table. “They just didn’t even bother bringing it back up to a hard surface – they just crushed it into the carpet and snorted it off that.

Wow … think Paris is in to that?  Anyone heard anything about this?  They didn’t look like those kind of parents to me.

Paris Hilton & Avril Lavigne shared a car after partying at the grand opening of GOA, a new nightclub in LA, last night.

Apparently the fact that Paris dated Derrck Whibley doesn’t concern Avril.  As long as he’s been tested & is clean, I guess.

Last night, Alexander von Zweigbergk Vaggo AKA Alex Vaggo met the Hilton clan minus, sister Nicky. Kathy, Rick & Conrad met Paris and Alex at Madeo in LA for dinner.
