Paris Hilton has found the perfect guy to tell her “You’re Beautiful” - singer James Blunt. The pair hooked up Wednesday night in L.A., where they locked lips at the Roosevelt Hotel club Teddy’s. “They were all over each other,” a source tells us. “They both ended up back at Paris’ house,” joined by her sister, Nicky, and Nicky’s boyfriend, David Katzenberg.

It was just days ago that Paris was photographed holding hands with “Desperate Housewives” actor Josh Henderson. The heir-loon rebounded in his direction after breaking up (again) with Stavros Niarchos, with whom she recently had a screaming fight at, yes, Teddy’s.

Blunt, who at 33 is seven years older than Paris, had been seeing tsunami survivor supermodel Petra Nemcova until the end of March, when they confirmed their split.

Paris Hilton was a no-show at sometimes best friend Kim Kardashian’s birthday party in Las Vegas on Friday, and the word is that the two are best friends no more because of a clash of egos.

Kardashian didn’t want to be clubbing in the partying heiress’s shadow — and Hilton was miffed that her less-famous friend was being called the New Paris, according to various sources — including Kardashian’s former publicist.

“Even when I would talk to editors of magazines and other media outlets about featuring Kim, they would comment on how they are moving past Paris in hopes to bring someone fresh to the spotlight, like Kim,” Kardashian’s ex-rep, Jonathan Jaxson noted on his blog.

What’s more, the former PR man claims that Paris Hilton’s other ex-BFF, Britney Spears, broke off their friendship because she was worried about her image.

“Britney had her people contact Paris and say they couldn’t hang out any more,” he writes.

He also claims that Spears wooed Kardashian.

“Britney was in NYC and kept texting Kim to hang out and go bowling or something,” he blogs, but said Kardashian passed on the invite because she was afraid Hilton would get upset and because she was worried about Spears’ wild ways.

Paris Hilton has been found in violation of the terms of her probation and faces a maximum sentence of 90 days in jail, the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office announced Thursday.

Hilton, 26, was spotted Feb. 27 speeding down Sunset Boulevard around 11 p.m. without her headlights on, says L.A. Sheriff’s spokesman Oscar Butao.

After pulling over her 2007 Bentley Continental GTC Convertible, officers found Hilton was driving with a suspended license – the result of her DUI arrest last September.

In that case, she pleaded no contest to a lesser charge of alcohol-related reckless driving on Jan. 22, and was placed on 36 months probation.

Hilton’s rep and attorney were not immediately available for comment.

Previously, Hilton’s spokesman Elliot Mintz told the Associated Press that she was unaware that her license had been suspended.

“When Paris called me (after she was pulled over on Feb. 27), she asked if her license was suspended,” Mintz said. “If that’s the case, she and I are unaware of it.”

But Nick Velasquez, spokesman for the City Attorney’s Office, said Thursday: “We have sufficient evidence to prove that Hilton had knowledge of the suspension, and yet continued to drive.”

A hearing was set for April 17.

Well, now you can sleep in peace.

The gaping question of who took the virginity of Paris Hilton has finally been answered. “Randy [Spelling,] was Paris’ number one,” agent David Weintraub told us, “and her number 50 and number 150.”

Spelling, son of TV producer Aaron, joins Weintraub and Sean Stewart, son of Rod, in the A&E reality show “Sons of Hollywood,” a look into the lifestyles of the rich and halfway-famous due to air Sunday.

“We were together for like two months,” Spelling told us. “We went to Palm Springs once for the weekend, and we couldn’t check into the hotel under her name because her grandma was looking for her. She was like 15; I was 17. And what do you know, I hear this knock-knock-knock on the door, and I look out and her grandma’s there. And then I look out the window and I see Paris in a full-on dress with a suitcase running down the golf course. We broke up like a week later.”

But the big-bucks heiress still has a soft spot for the small-screen heir, as evidenced by a recent hello outside a Los Angeles nightclub. “She came up to me and she was like, ‘I want to say hi to Randy,’ ” Spelling said. “She was like, ‘Randy took my virginity. I want to say hi!’ ”

While Paris may try to live “The Simple Life” on her own reality show, the sons of Hollywood want to do anything but - and they’ve tracked down some special guest stars to make sure of it.

“Bai Ling was really crazy,” said Randy. “She earnestly told us she is from the moon. She said she comes down from the moon on weekends to change outfits. I think she believes it.”

**Am I the only one who totally wants to watch Sons of Hollywood?  I think it looks so interesting! But it’s on a night that I’m taping like a million other shows, so I won’t be able to watch it.  Oh well.
