Paris Hilton has been found in violation of the terms of her probation and faces a maximum sentence of 90 days in jail, the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office announced Thursday.

Hilton, 26, was spotted Feb. 27 speeding down Sunset Boulevard around 11 p.m. without her headlights on, says L.A. Sheriff’s spokesman Oscar Butao.

After pulling over her 2007 Bentley Continental GTC Convertible, officers found Hilton was driving with a suspended license – the result of her DUI arrest last September.

In that case, she pleaded no contest to a lesser charge of alcohol-related reckless driving on Jan. 22, and was placed on 36 months probation.

Hilton’s rep and attorney were not immediately available for comment.

Previously, Hilton’s spokesman Elliot Mintz told the Associated Press that she was unaware that her license had been suspended.

“When Paris called me (after she was pulled over on Feb. 27), she asked if her license was suspended,” Mintz said. “If that’s the case, she and I are unaware of it.”

But Nick Velasquez, spokesman for the City Attorney’s Office, said Thursday: “We have sufficient evidence to prove that Hilton had knowledge of the suspension, and yet continued to drive.”

A hearing was set for April 17.

The gaping question of who took the virginity of Paris Hilton has finally been answered. “Randy [Spelling,] was Paris’ number one,” agent David Weintraub told us, “and her number 50 and number 150.”

Spelling, son of TV producer Aaron, joins Weintraub and Sean Stewart, son of Rod, in the A&E reality show “Sons of Hollywood,” a look into the lifestyles of the rich and halfway-famous due to air Sunday.

“We were together for like two months,” Spelling told us. “We went to Palm Springs once for the weekend, and we couldn’t check into the hotel under her name because her grandma was looking for her. She was like 15; I was 17. And what do you know, I hear this knock-knock-knock on the door, and I look out and her grandma’s there. And then I look out the window and I see Paris in a full-on dress with a suitcase running down the golf course. We broke up like a week later.”

But the big-bucks heiress still has a soft spot for the small-screen heir, as evidenced by a recent hello outside a Los Angeles nightclub. “She came up to me and she was like, ‘I want to say hi to Randy,’ ” Spelling said. “She was like, ‘Randy took my virginity. I want to say hi!’ ”

While Paris may try to live “The Simple Life” on her own reality show, the sons of Hollywood want to do anything but - and they’ve tracked down some special guest stars to make sure of it.

“Bai Ling was really crazy,” said Randy. “She earnestly told us she is from the moon. She said she comes down from the moon on weekends to change outfits. I think she believes it.”

**Am I the only one who totally wants to watch Sons of Hollywood?  I think it looks so interesting! But it’s on a night that I’m taping like a million other shows, so I won’t be able to watch it.  Oh well.

Paris Hilton has fuelled speculation that she has had a boob job after being spotted bursting out of her top during a night out.

The 25-year-old hotel heiress was wearing a low cut black dress while partying in Hollywood, leaving celebrity-watchers guessing whether she had undergone surgery, or was simply wearing a extra-strong push-up bra.

Paris has frequently been caught without her top in recent years, having famously appeared in a leaked sex tape and earlier this year she appeared topless in another video posted on the web.

‘She’s known for her quite small boobs,’ an onlooker added.

‘It’s a surprise to see her busting out of her top.’
