With a divorce filing and reconciliation within days, Pamela Anderson acknowledges her struggles continue – but she can only shrug and move on.

“Oh there’s plenty,” of problems, Anderson told People as she headed to LAX nightclub in Las Vegas on New Year’s Eve. “What can you do? We’re all human. We’re all trying.”

When asked about her plans for 2008, she said, “More of the same. More excitement, more fun.”

Last year, in which the actress turned 40, might be hard to beat.

Her brief marriage to Kid Rock was officially dissolved in early 2007. Anderson waited four months before walking down the aisle for the third time with Rick Salomon, a friend of 15 years.

She filed for divorce on Dec. 14 in Los Angeles Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences, but days later Anderson posted a message on her blog saying: “We’re working things out.”

In her first online posting since then, Anderson updated her Web site Monday and hinted at the “insanity” of last year. Still, her New Year’s resolution is clear:

“I know 2008 will bring all your wildest dreams. 2007 was an interesting year for me. What’s the definition of insanity? This is the year I do everything I wanted to do – my way. I have so many great projects – for the environment, for animals. I’m going to be proud of every single day – and make sure I do not veer from the path. Stay focused.”

TMZ has learned that Pam Anderson and Rick Salomon have reconciled — and the divorce is OFF! (No. We are not kidding).

A source close to the couple tells TMZ they had a huge fight, but have now made up and everything is hunky-dory.

On her website today, Pam hinted that she and Rick are “working things out.”

TMZ confirmed today that Pam has filed for divorce from the sex tape guy, Rick Salomon.

The couple were married in a Las Vegas ceremony October 6. The bride wore a white denim dress (natch). Pam’s been married three times — from 1995 to 1998 to rocker Tommy Lee, and for just over three months to rapper Kid Rock. This marriage lasted just 72 days!

This was also the third marriage for Rick — who was previously hitched to actresses E.G. Daily (the voice of Babe the Pig) and “90210″ hall of famer Shannen Doherty.

Pamela filed on Friday — and is asking for spousal support, and that attorneys fees be paid by him.

Just two months after their Las Vegas wedding, Pamela Anderson and Rick Salomon are taking the next step in celebrity marriage: a reality show!

Sources tell Us Weekly in its new issue that the couple is developing a reality series for the E! network that will bring viewers inside their whirlwind lifestyle. Says a source: “Think Nick and Jessica’s show [MTV's Newlyweds], but with a lot more sex and a crazier family life.” (Anderson recently said of her marriage, “We’re in every night. Having sex.”)

Anderson, 40, has two sons (Brandon, 11, and Dylan, 9) from her marriage with rocker Tommy Lee; Salomon, best known for producing and starring in a 2003 sex tape with ex-girlfriend Paris Hilton, has two daughters from a previous marriage. The couple married on Oct. 6 after dating for just over a month.

Sources say the show is slated to debut in 2008.

“These two don’t have any boundaries, which is perfect for reality stars,” says a source of Anderson (whose honeymoon footage with ex Tommy Lee was turned into a porn video).

An E! rep had no comment.

How does this guy do it?  Just two short months after marrying Rick Salomon between her twice nightly Las Vegas magic shows, Pamela Anderson gave onlookers at LAX nightclub reason to believe that the magic between herself & her latest hubby has already faded.

The Baywatch star was spotted getting a bit cozier with Criss than most married men would wish for. The two canoodled as Angel, who has been tied to the likes of Britney Spears & Lindsay Lohan in the recent past, whispered into Pam’s ear as he showed her a few tricks.

Also making appearances at the Vegas hotspot were Pam’s boss, Hans Klok, along with Jenna Jameson, who spent her time cuddling with UFC fighter, Tito Ortiz.

AOL TV has named CJ Parker Television’s Sexiest Woman Ever.  Really?  I don’t know … something tells me the panel might have been all male who really loved that red one-piece.
