Kate Gosselin and Nadya Suleman have a lot in common. After having multiple children — eight for Kate and 14 for Nadya — they both have been thrust into the limelight, and they both face raising their brood of kids as single moms. But instead of bonding, the Octomom and the star of Jon & Kate Plus 8 are brawling. On August 19, during her two-hour documentary, Octomom: The Incredible Unseen Footage, Nadya ripped on Kate, calling her desperate for fame and saying her show is fake. “It’s so staged,” Nadya said while flipping through magazine pictures of Kate. “She’s doing it to get people to take pictures of her. I’m not as attention-seeking.” Nadya, who once ripped up photos of Kate in a bikini, also criticized Kate’s post-baby body, which was assisted by a televised tummy tuck estimated to cost $8,000, and insisted she’s the hotter mom. “I feel like it’s cheating,” Nadya sniffed. “I have a better shape, though. I’m sorry, no offense to her.”

Offense taken. According to an insider on Jon & Kate Plus 8, Kate is livid that Nadya insulted her on the special and believes that the Octomom is just out for revenge. “Nadya originally reached out to Kate and asked her to make a guest appearance on the documentary,” the insider reveals. “Kate didn’t turn down the offer, she just never responded, and that probably made Nadya upset.” Kate also believes that Nadya will continue to diss her on her upcoming reality show because she knows it makes headlines. “If Kate won’t appear on-camera, Nadya will just talk about her,” the insider explains. “Nadya is cunning and has more tricks up her sleeve. She’s going to go after both Kate and her estranged husband, Jon.”

Octo-Mom Nadya Suleman expresses even more regret for trying to raise 14 kids on her own in a two-hour special that aired on FOX Wednesday night.

“I screwed up my life, and I screwed up my kids’ lives,” says Suleman, who recently told Us Weekly “it was a mistake” having so many kids without a father figure.

“What the heck am I going to do…I have to put on a strong facade,” continues Suleman in the documentary, which consists of mostly RadarOnline footage repackaged by the producer of American Chopper, Craig Piligain. (Suleman says her kids received a “six figure” account as payment.)

Her mother, Angela, chides Suleman, saying she can’t “frivolously keep procreating.”

Cameras also trail Suleman as she gets a tattoo with 14 stars (one for each kid), talks about how her house may be haunted, calls 911, frets that she can’t trust her nanny and displays paranoia that her kids may be kidnapped.

Suleman also takes a stab at another mom of multiples, Kate Gosselin, for having a tummy tuck and then flaunting her bikini bod. (The footage first aired on Radar last June.)

“Honestly, I’m not as attention seeking, probably never, it’s just my opinion, but some people are desperate for attention,” Suleman says of Gosselin.

Suleman admits she hasn’t been intimate with a man for nearly 10 years.

“As time kept going on and on, and the more kids I have, the less I remembered what it was like,” she says of sex.

Octuplet mother Nadya Suleman slams Kate Gosselin in a new video posted on RadarOnline.com.

“She needs to stop being so judgmental and stop pulling at straws for attention,” a visibly annoyed Suleman says after watching an interview Gosselin gave on The Dr. Phil Show last February.

Suleman rolls her eyes while accusing Gosselin of being “desperate for attention” and “over-emotional.

“My children are extremely healthy, strong and happy. Don’t you have, like, a lot of issues in your life? A lot of marital problems?” she sneers. Us Weekly has reported Jon Gosselin had an affair with a 23-year-old teacher. He was also nervous about Kate’s “inseparable” relationship with her bodyguard.

“Why are you so desperate to glob on to my life? For attention?” continues Suleman, who plans to shoot a reality show documenting life with her 14 kids.

Attorney Gloria Allred believes Nadya Suleman may be violating a number of California state child labor laws by booking numerous jobs for her newborn octuplets.

At a press conference Monday, Allred announced that she and child advocacy group “A Minor Consideration” have filed a petition in Orange County Superior Court to protect the financial interests of the babies and to appoint a guardian over their estate.

“Rather than chose to provide her children with a normal life, their mother, Nadya Suleman, has chosen to commercially exploit them,” Allred said. “We believe that the babies are entitled to remuneration since most of the compensation appears to be use of their images.”

The goal, she added, is “to be sure that the babies receive their fair share of payments” and that their payments “be placed into separate accounts for them and preserved for them as required by law.”

The guardian can hire a professional agent for the babies — different from Suleman’s rep — even if Suleman will not benefit from opportunities herself.

Allred — who represented “Angels in Waiting,” the non-profit nursing agency that Suleman severed ties with this year for allegedly “spying” on her — also went on to detail the “number of California labor laws” they suspect Suleman, 33, of violating.

When filming or photographing children, a nurse and credentialed studio teacher must be present, Allred said.

By law, children — ages 15 days to six months — also can only be at the place of employment for two consecutive hours (between 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. or between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.). Infants can’t work any more than 20 minutes each day.

Suleman may be “potentially endangering the health, welfare and safety of children,” Allred added.

A hearing date is set for June 22.

Said Allred, “This could be avoided if Nadya Suleman agrees with that appointing an independent guardian for estate of the octuplets to represent and protect their interests.”

Octo-mom Nadya Suleman was confronted by her mother Angela after child protective services paid a visit to her home.

“How did this happen?” Angela demands as RadarOnline.com cameras roll, showing her daughter the front page of the local newspaper, which reported the story.

On Wednesday, the La Habra Police Department and Social Services of Orange County stopped by Nadya’s home to investigate a claim of neglect.

The mother-daughter — who have had a contentious relationship — continue to bicker back and forth, with Nadya cutting her mom off at one point: “I’m talking!”

“This is stupid,” Nadya says. “Social workers said, ‘This has been a false allegation, but thank you for being so open and transparent.’”

“My child got bitten by my two-year-old,” Nadya continues, while Angela makes the cameras turn off momentarily.

Once they’re back on tape, Nadya goes on: “CPS is on my side. Nothing happened to Kaleb. He got bitten by Aidan. He has meltdowns, he slams his face on the ground. Especially when one is autistic, they will slam themselves….”

Octuplets mom Nadya Suleman was paid an unexpected visit on Wednesday afternoon by Orange County Social Services and two police detectives, Usmagazine.com has confirmed.

“On Wednesday, April 29, La Habra Police personnel were requested to assist Orange County Social Services involving a matter pertaining to the Sulemans,” said watch commander Lt. Tom Dutton of the La Habra Police Department in a written statement. “As is customary, the department routinely assists other agencies, when so requested.”

In an interview with RadarOnline.com, Suleman said that a complaint was filed by one of her children’s school teachers after the teacher observed what appeared to be bite marks on the back of one of her sons, 3-year old Aidan. The website also claimed that Aidan showed up to school with a black eye. Suleman, however, downplayed Aidan’s injury explaining “He’s autistic, he bumps into things.”

This incident marked the fourth complaint levied against Nadya Suleman, 34, for possible child neglect and endangerment. The first three were filed against Suleman in late March 2009 by attorney Gloria Allred on behalf of the organization Angels in Waiting after Suleman released them from their service.

After weeks of speculation, Nadya Suleman confirms to Life & Style exclusively that she will be doing a television show with her 14 children!

“Yes, it is official. I’m going to be doing a show, but it’s not a reality show,” Nadya tells Life & Style. “What I’m doing with this TV show is basically creating documentaries about the lives of my children. It’s going to be an ongoing thing, and it will follow them from now until they are 18. It’s being done by Eyeworks; they’re in the UK. It will air in the UK and then we’ll see if the US is interested.”

Nadya adds that the documentary style of the show won’t infringe on her family’s privacy: “The producers will come here to film six times a year. They’ll come by and take some footage and then they’ll go. They won’t be invading my life or my children’s lives.”

Plus, the filming will help this busy mom remember the important milestones for her children. “It will give me the opportunity to have incredible home movies that, believe me, I don’t have the time to make myself. Having this documentary crew allows me to focus on raising my children and still have great movies of them.”
