*I should tell you this is a rather explicit video…so if you have kids around, or you’re at work…I’d keep the speakers down…

I don’t know how many of you still watch Nip/Tuck, but I’ve been a loyal fan since season 1.  It is very over the top, and extremely nasty at times, but I can’t turn it off!  And let me tell you – Tuesday’s Nip/Tuck was probably my favorite episode to date!!

Nothing was better than the music video for “Yo Stink, Bitch!” featuring the one and only Jennifer Coolidge (AKA Stifler’s Mom and Paulette from Legally Blonde). She plays a character who has a strong desire to become African-American, and she starts by making her own ill-advised hip-hop video.

AWESOME!

The steamy embrace between actresses Portia de Rossi and Joely Richardson in the forthcoming series of Nip/Tuck is bound to set pulses racing.

Yet playing a lesbian is a first for Portia. “I am a lesbian playing a lesbian” says the blonde actress, “But she’s a different woman than I am, so the most surprising thing is how emotional it’s been for me.”

It’s been three years since the leggy blonde went public about her relationship with Ellen de Generes and at first she worried she’d be typecast as a lesbian if she took the Nip/Tuck role.

Yet her girlfriend Ellen urged her to do it.

“My relationship with Ellen is so public, and I thought, ‘Am I going to play a romantic lead again?’ I had that one moment of, ‘Does this mean I’ll be typecast as a lesbian?’” Portia said.

“And Ellen turned to me and said, ‘So what?’ And I thought, ‘Oh, yeah, right, so what?’”

Yet there were no such reservations for co-star Joely.

Joely, 42, said: “I have no problems kissing women. It’s not the first time I have done lesbian scenes.

“I have heard Ellen was jealous. She has been on set. She is great and Portia is lovely.”

The actress added, “I think playing a lesbian turns men on. When my character Julia was the boring, married housewife, always chopping vegetables, people were sweet and lovely.

“But now I’m playing her as a sexy ***** with a big padded bra and a short skirt, I get a very different reaction.

“I think men respond to the sexiness of two women being together.”

Ever-outspoken Rosie O’Donnell is finally, at long last, sharing her real feelings about our president, who has 425 days left in office.

“George Bush is a war criminal,” she told an audience at a fundraiser for her For All Kids foundation, reports FOX News, turning the auction into a political pulpit. She also told the crowd that she’s decided to register as an independent, so she can vote for New York mayor Michael Bloomberg for prez, even though he hasn’t decided to run — yet.

Speaking of Rosie…did anyone catch her on Nip/Tuck last night?  It was HILARIOUS!

NIP/TUCK DAY!! My favorite day of the year has finally arrived! Nip/Tuck premieres tonight on FX!!!  Words cannot even explain HOW EXCITED I AM!!

Please tell me you all watch this show – or I’m sorry we cannot be friends.

Nip/Tuck’s plastic surgeons relocate to Los Angeles from Miami when the often-outrageous FX drama returns for a fifth season Oct. 23.

Rosie O’Donnell will be back for several episodes as wealthy client Dawn Budge, beginning with the fourth, and Portia de Rossi will play an acupuncturist. But look for fewer guest stars as producers focus on the core family, including Joely Richardson, who returns after a brief absence, reportedly due to a family illness.

The shift to L.A. allows Nip to start fresh, says creator Ryan Murphy: “They ruled Miami as plastic surgeons, and I was very interested in the idea of what happens when you hit 40 and you go from being a big fish in a small pond to the opposite. How do they make it? How do they become top kingmakers again?”

One way is for Sean McNamara (Dylan Walsh) and Christian Troy (Julian McMahon) will work part-time for a fictional show-within-a-show Hearts and Scalpels, which creator Ryan Murphy calls “the worst medical show ever made. It’s run by Oliver Platt, who plays me, and the lead of the show is played by Bradley Cooper, who plays the world’s biggest cad/plastic surgeon,” an even more exaggerated version of Troy. “It’s so bad they hire our guys to be medical consultants,” Murphy says.

The rest of the characters, fairly quickly, also find excuses to move West, where the show was first set when Murphy pitched it to FX. “But we thought it would be a little too on the nose, and I was more interested in doing something darker a little less starlet of the week.” FX has ordered 22 episodes, likely to be split into two seasons, but Murphy, who directed feature Running with Scissors, is game for more. “I would love to do it.”—

Color me happy!! I can’t wait for the new season!

Joely Richardson is returning for the fifth season of the hit FX drama “Nip/Tuck,” says The Hollywood Reporter. She is set to appear in 15 of the 22 episodes of the show’s upcoming season, starting with Episode No. 2.

Richardson’s return to “Nip/Tuck” follows months of speculation about the future of her and her character on the show, prompted by comments in the press made by Richardson in November regarding a serious health issue with her teen daughter. It is understood that Richardson’s daughter is doing much better now.

Last season, Richardson did 11 out of 15 episodes in order to be able to spend more time with her family in England. The upcoming fifth season of “Nip/Tuck” will be set in Los Angeles.
