That’s what Nicolas Cage treated himself to, and it’s not just any old knife (for that kind of money, it would want to be solid gold!) it is a Don Dezarn original from a knife ship in Anchorage, Alaska and it features an ivory handle and eagle engraved on the blade. Flashy…..

And what does one plan to do with such a valuable piece of cutlery? Nicolas plans to use it to cut his steak!!

Well if this picture doesn’t prove that Nicolas Cage is a vampire – I don’t know what will!

A photo from the 1870′s of a Tenessee man who looks an awful lot like Nicolas Cage has surfaced, and is being sold on eBay. The seller of the photo is asking for $1,000,000 – and he claims this photo PROVES that Nic is a vampire.

The seller, who lives in Seattle, titled the sale “Nicolas Cage is a Vampire.” He says the photo is “showing a man who looks exactly like Nick Cage. Personally, I believe it’s him and that he is some sort of walking undead / vampire, et cetera, who quickens / reinvents himself once every 75 years or so. 150 years from now, he might be a politician, the leader of a cult, or a talk show host.”

The seller claims the photo is completely authentic and shows a man who lived in Bristol, TN around the time of the Civil War.

As of Sept. 16, the seller had received 78 offers on the photo, all of which have been declined.

In the tongue-in-cheek Q&A section of the page, the questions range from “Do I get a discount if I AM Nicolas Cage?” (The answer is yes, 25 percent) to this “Nick Cage has aged terribly in the past 10 years, he’s obviously not been drinking his daily amount of blood to stay young.” The answer to the second question is “My theory is that he allows himself to age to a certain point, maybe 70, 80 or so, then the actor ‘Nicolas Cage’ will ‘die’… but in reality, the undead vampire ‘Nicolas Cage’ will have rejuvenated himself and appeared in some other part of the world, young again, and ready to start all over. From time to time somebody might mention to him that he bears a slight resemblance to the young version that dead American actor, whose name they can’t recall, but eventually, those occurrences will stop altogether.”

Nicolas Cage doesn’t seem to be a stranger to bizarre events. Or maybe I just assume that because he’s such a weird dude. Well, while promoting his new movie ‘Trespass’ at the Toronto International Film Festival, Nic opened up about having to deal with a trespasser of his own, once.

“It was two in the morning. I was living in Orange County at the time and was asleep with my wife,” he said, remembering back to a scary home invasion he once experienced. “My two-year old at the time was in another room. I opened my eyes and there was a naked man wearing my leather jacket eating a Fudgesicle in front of my bed.”

Yeah – that’s a bit freaky! Can you imagine (I would DIE)!

Okay – now let’s talk about this movie ‘Trespass’. For SOME unknown reason, Nicole Kidman agreed to do a movie opposite Nicolas Cage. And an action movie – at that. It is the strangest casting I’ve seen in a LONG time. We’re supposed to believe them as a married couple? I think not! Nicole needs to stick to the kind of movies she does best…. dramas.

Nicolas Cage gets off! It’s just been reported that good ol’ Nic will NOT be charged with allegedly attacking his wife in a drunken fight. The actor was arrested at the end of April in New Orleans for domestic violence, and the N.O. District Attorney’s Office claim to not have enough evidence to move forward.

Nic reportedly not only grabbed him wife in the brawl, he couldn’t remember how to get home. After interviewing witnesses, the N.O. D. A. stated:

“The evidence did not support charging Cage with a crime.”

Nic, ease it up with the booze, you got lucky this time around!

Nicolas Cage was arrested over the weekend in New Orleans for domestic abuse, disturbing the peace and public drunkenness!

According to police, Cage was very intoxicated and violent. He was arguing with his wife, Alice Kim, in a tattoo parlor and out into the street. He began pushing her around, then punched a few cars. “He was running around and screaming in the street,” a bartender at Harry’s Corner in New Orleans, told People magazine.

The couple were arguing over which house they were renting while Nic is in town filming his new movie, ‘The Medallion’. “Apparently he had mistaken the house of my neighbors for the other house up the block that he is actually renting,” Peter Bennett, a local street performer who lives near the property, told People. “His wife was trying to persuade him from disturbing the elderly couple who do in fact live in that house.” Cage was at the wrong house, he was staying three houses down.

When the police arrived, Cage started to get into the back of the police car then took off running toward the river, according to People. Police found him trying to get into a cab.

Longtime Hollywood publicist, who does not represent Cage, told GMA that Cage taunted police, saying “Go ahead, arrest me.”

“They tried to send him home,” Bragman said. “Then, finally, they did arrest him,” Bragman said.

Kim has denied that Cage abused her and has declined to press charges.

An inmate who said he was in the holding area of the jail with the actor, told People, “He was drunk.”

But he spent the evening chatting with sheriff’s deputies instead of behind bars, according to the inmate. “He wasn’t in a cell. He was behind the counter with all the other officers,” he said.

In what sounds like one of Cage’s post-Oscar flops, reality star Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman came to the financially strapped star’s rescue, posting the $11,000 bond.

In a statement to E! News, Chapman said he bailed out Cage because, “I am a truly dedicated fan of Mr. Cage.”

“I performed my duties as a bail bondsman and not in connection with our show. This is what I do for a living,” he said. “There are two sides of my job: I release my clients after they have been arrested; and pick them up if they don’t show up in court. I do not believe the latter will be the case for Mr. Cage.”

Cage has been ordered to return to court on May 31.

Nicolas Cage had a meltdown outside a nightclub in Bucharest, Romania, over the weekend, and the entire incident was caught on camera.

According to the the Daily Mail, Cage, filming the sequel to ‘Ghost Rider,’ flew into a rage at around 5AM, verbally abusing what appears to be one man and two women attempting to calm him down.

While it’s unclear precisely what Cage is saying in the video, he is definitely angry and some of the more audible statements include “Get in that car and walk away. I’ll f*****g die because of honour. I’ll f*****g die right now,” and, “See my eyes – respect them as you’d respect me.”
