I don’t know why, but I find Nick & Vanessa extremely boring.  I just don’t care about these two!  I figured some of you probably would like these pictures, so I posted them anyway. If I see these two in their own Christmas special, I’m gonna flip!!

In their exclusive interview and photo shoot with OK!, Nick & Vanessa open up about Christmas traditions in their home. “My dad plays the Beach Boys and Ray Charles Christmas albums,” says Vanessa, while Nick’s favorite things to do are, “putting up the tree, watching football, eating leftovers and going to midnight service on Christmas Eve with my grandparents.”

As for marriage, Vanessa says, “I’m not going to put a time on things and say I’m going to do this by this time. We’re happy today — no pressure for tomorrow.”

“We’re trying to start our own traditions,” Vanessa says. “The day after Thanksgiving, we were in L.A. and we put up the tree, drank eggnog, put on Christmas carols… and it was 91 degrees! We were putting up stockings while sweating!”

“He drops chocolate & chili on the carpet a lot,” Vanessa reveals about her beau’s worst habit.

“I feel like I’m getting to know a whole new side of Nick,” Vanessa explains. “I can’t even think things anymore because he already knows what I’m thinking about!”

Okay, they’re cute!

It’s official: Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are cohabiting.

On April 15 the couple of one year braved a nor’easter to move into their two-bedroom condo in Manhattan’s new Atelier building.

“Nick carried the huge boxes while Vanessa helped with the small ones,” a source tells PEOPLE. “They were soaked.” (Rapper Eve also lives in the high-rise, which has a basketball court and indoor pool.)

Reps would not confirm reports that Minnillo has also moved into Lachey’s Bel Air pad.

The move is just the latest sign that Lachey, 33, and Minnillo, 26, are getting serious. Last month, the TRL host told PEOPLE she couldn’t wait to be a mom one day.

“I want to bring three boys up to be good men in this world and then one little girl.” She said. “I always say I want three boys and a girl but at the end of the day I just want healthy kids.”

Asked about Lachey, she said her beau “is a nice guy. He’s in the studio recording right now [in] L.A., Nashville, New York. All over, with something for everyone to look out for.”

What is it about them that clicks? “I think the thing that makes it work is our privacy.”

Nick Lachey has a new game up his sleeve: baseball.

The singer is becoming a part owner of a team – the Tacoma Rainiers franchise, the Triple-A affiliate of the Seattle Mariners, he tells PEOPLE in its new issue.

“It had always been a dream of mine to be involved in team sports in general, especially on a local level in your hometown,” says Lachey, a self-described “huge baseball fan (who) grew up in Cincinnati, and baseball is kind of a religion there.”

A couple years ago, the Cincinnati Reds came up for sale, and “I made an attempt to become a part of the ownership,” he says. “Unfortunately, it didn’t work out, but it certainly reiterated my interest in having some kind of ownership involvement. So, when this opportunity came around, it felt like a great way to get involved.”

Lachey, 33, also tells the magazine, “Sports is – outside of entertainment – my passion. … Clearly I’m not going to be playing for anybody in my lifetime, so to be involved on the ownership level is the next best thing.” (The singer is also starting a basketball team with pal A.J. DiScala.)

Lachey’s stake actually makes him one-third owner and active investor in the team. Of his business partners, Bob Schlegal and Kirby Schlegal (of Texas, who led the purchase of the sale), Lachey says: “They are partners in Schlegal Sports and have a lot of experience, especially in minor-league sports.”

And besides his “getting ready to go back into the studio for a new album,” Lachey says his new professional duties will entail his practicing with the team.

“That’s the biggest perk,” he says. “But I certainly don’t want to be one of those meddling owners who is trying to give his influence where it’s not wanted.”
