Four months along in her pregnancy, Vanessa Minnillo is going strong!

And by going strong, we mean eating a lot!  Both Minnillo, 31, and husband Nick Lachey, 38,  are extremely excited.  Minnillo calls her pregnancy extremely “fun,” and that Lachey is “ready to be a dad!”

On pregnancy eating, Minnillo says she is “just trying to eat constantly and be aware of what I’m putting in my body and to maintain my caloric intake. . .The only gift I can give my baby right now is what I put in my mouth and how I am health-conscious about trying to stay active.”  Sounds very different than the tune of Jessica Simpson, who has been indulging in her favorite unhealthy treats during her pregnancy.

Hey- there’s no right way to have a baby.  And these two know it- Lachey and Minnillo know that parenthood leads to unexpected twists and turns. The two have decided on a name if the baby is a girl, but not if it’s a boy.  Minnillo said the two have “been yelling (baby names) around the house to see how they sound and we call them to come to us.”

98 Degrees sparked rumors of a reunion on Wednesday night when their website was updated for the first time in over a decade.

Rumorfix.com says a source told them the guys, Nick Lachey, Drew Lachey, Jeff Timmons and Justin Jeffre, are planning to go on a fifteen city tour this summer between July and August.

Ever since the Backstreet Boys and New Kids On The Block reunited, there has been fan pressure for the 98 Degrees hunks to go on a reunion tour. And, our source says the timing is right for the entire group — so they are doing this as a “Thank You” to their loyal fans. Expect a formal announcement in a week or so.

Nick Lachey and pregnant wife Vanessa Minnillo were spotted taking a coastal tour of Coogee in Sydney, Australia.

Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey are having a baby! Lachey announced their big news whie co-hosting this morning’s ‘Live! With Kelly’. (Watch the video of Nick announcing their news here!) “She was in New York and I was in the Bahamas,” Lachey told Kelly this morning. “She went to the store and got a pregnancy test and it came back positive. We’re having a baby!”

Gushed the ecstatic dad-to-be: “This is the one thing that more than any other I’ve looked forward to, and it’s overwhelming.”

The duo aren’t yet positive on the names. “If it’s a girl, I think it might be Sophia. If it’s a boy, I’m not sure.”

He noted that Minnillo is “due in late summer, early fall.”

Minnillo offered a sneak peak of her baby bump while vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico Feb. 25.

“It just looked like she had eaten a really big burrito for a while,” he joked.

Her cravings? “She loves, she craves Mexican food right now. She could eat a burrito a day so you can imagine what our house smells like right about now.”

Lachey added that he is more than happy to tend to his wife’s every need “I’m the one running in the middle of the night to the restaurants to get her whatever she needs.”

Back in August, Lachey, 37, said he was “doing everything I can” to get his wife pregnant.

“Trust me, it would make me very happy,” he said. “Family is very important. It’s very important to us, and I’m sure that will be around the corner.”

The Wipeout hostess and The Sing Off host wed on Necker Island last July. Lachey’s first wife, Jessica Simpson, is due with her own child this spring; the dad is fiance Eric Johnson.

According to US Weekly, Minnillo, 30, is “Just 12 weeks. They’re both thrilled so excited. Can’t wait to meet the new little one.”

Newlyweds Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are enjoying marital bliss — so much so that they have put the baby-making on hold, with Nick saying they don’t see any rush in expanding their family anytime soon.

“I don’t think there’s necessarily any timetable for it.”

“We’re definitely excited about being parents at some point, but I think whenever that happens, we’ll embrace it and be excited for it,” says the singer, 38. “There’s no real sense of urgency at this point.”

How are the couple going to spend the holidays? With Nick’s family in Cincinnati, of course.

“It’s our first Christmas as a married couple, so we’re looking forward to that,” Nick says.

And nothing says Happy Holidays like an ugly sweater.

“[Vanessa] went shopping for my sweater yesterday. From what I’ve seen in pictures, it’s pretty heinous.”

Newly married couple Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo have just purchased their first home together – a $2.85 million Encino, Calif. pad that certain puts my digs to shame:

The pair are making their home in the Encino, Calif. area of the San Fernando Valley in an 8,000 square-foot, 6-bedroom, 8-bathroom Spanish style house — leaving plenty of space for the two lovebirds to expand their family.

The home features vaulted beam ceilings, numerous fireplaces, a state of the art kitchen, large balconies and rustic outdoor living space with pool.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Nick sold his Bel Air bachelor pad earlier this year for nearly $6 million.

Ahhh….downsizing for the married life.

Former husband of Jessica Simpson, Nick Lachey, is doing his best to get new wife, Vanessa Minnilo, preggers.

The 37-year-old Sing-Off host ells E! News he’s “doing everything I can” to get Minnillo, 30, in the family way asap.

“Trust me, it would make me very happy,” he said. “Family is very important. It’s very important to us, and I’m sure that will be around the corner.”

Lachey told Parade magazine earlier this summer he wanted to become a father “sooner than later.”

“I’m getting up there,” he said. “I’ve gotta catch up with my brother. [Drew's] got two and I’ve got zero, so the pressure is on me!”

Minnilo is even on the family bandwagon. She updated her Twitter bio to include “wifey by night” and “wannabe mommy all the time.”

Nick’s got to stay one step ahead of Jessica Simpson at all times, so I am sure the duo will be pregnant in no time!

All kidding aside, I think they make a great pair. Hopefully their baby plans will soon become a reality.
