It seems Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag have put their differences aside and ended their celebrity feud. The Hills stars were seen together the weekend before Halloween getting into Lauren’s black Mercedes convertible, which was parked in the garage of Lauren’s building, a source tells Star. “They were laughing, hugging and being very affectionate with one another,” says the source.
“There were no MTV cameras around,” the source adds. “This seemed like the real deal. I saw Heidi coming to visit Lauren at her apartment without her fiancé Spencer Pratt.”
So why the low-key meeting? “I think Lauren and Heidi made a secret pact not to tell anyone,” the source says. After all, The Hills thrives on drama from their falling out. Things will heat up on Monday’s episode though when Lauren and Heidi have a face-to-face talk. Considering that Lauren tells Heidi, “I want to forgive you, and I want to forget you,” in a video preview of the episode, it doesn’t seem like an on-screen reconciliation is imminent.

She is rockin’ the Madonna look, but I’d stay away from the fire engine red lipstick if I were her.

Sephora again. I know I’m obsessed. Make Her Up has me buying all kinds of fun stuff, I can’t help it!
Anyway - to my point. I had my own “celebrity” sighting! Here in my podunk town! Brynn from the Real World was walking through the mall with her son!
Wow, I am so cool.

Just how real is The Hills? According to model Gavin Beasley—you may remember him as Lauren Conrad’s date (and also the guy who made Brody Jenner jealous)— the MTV show isn’t as real as the network or its stars would like you to believe.
Take the scene at Jenner’s barbecue on this Monday’s episode of The Hills. “[MTV] totally set up the BBQ scene for Brody and I to meet each other and talk because, as they said, ‘the audience would get a kick out of seeing ‘the ex’ talking to ‘the new guy,’” Beasley tells Best Week Ever’s blog in an exclusive interview.
“Brody would talk all this s—, then be like, ‘Sorry about that, we’re just trying to make good television,’” says Beasley. “He creates drama and a storyline. That’s why he is there.”
As for his date with Conrad—well, that didn’t impress Beasley either. And this time, it wasn’t producers’ fault. “[Conrad’s] kind of a conversation killer, and when the cameras are rolling, all conversation is kept firmly on the surface,” he says. So what did the two talk about? “I don’t know—pop culture, Red Bull, stuff like that. In fact, the most interesting thing I got out of her was that she isn’t allowed to eat ice cream because her trainer told her she can’t.”
“What you see is really what you get with these people,” Beasley continues. “The lack of depth was actually uncomfortable for me. Like, how can nothing be everything you talk about?”

The rules of attraction are made to be broken with new reality-dating series, “A Shot At Love with Tila Tequila,” as MTV follows internet queen Tila Tequila in her pursuit to find love. Having spent the past few years building her career, Tila, the most popular girl in the history of MySpace is finally ready to get serious about finding someone to get serious with. The big twist in this story is that Tila is bisexual and not sure whether her true love is going to be a man or woman. To help her find true love, MTV found sixteen straight guys and sixteen lesbians to vie for her love and attention. The finalists move into her mansion, live together, and each week Tila will narrow down her suitors. Every episode will culminate in a dramatic ceremony unlike anything you’ve ever seen before. May the better sex win as “A Shot At Love with Tila Tequila” premieres on October 9th at 10:00PM ET/PT on MTV.
Will you watch?

Heidi Montag says what the cameras capture on The Hills is just part of the story – and that costar Lauren “LC” Conrad is not the innocent, good girl that her image on the MTV show would have viewers believe.
“I just have to accept that Lauren will never be seen in a bad light,” Montag, 21, tells the October issue of CosmoGirl!.
“They don’t show the footage of how Lauren was sort of obsessed with [fiancé Spencer Pratt], or how she called my mom in Colorado and told her I was involved in an abusive relationship, or how she would scream at me in the middle of the club if I wanted to leave … to go see Spencer,” adds Montag.
The feud between Montag and Conrad, also 21, is nothing new. It escalated after rumors spread that Conrad had made a sex tape with ex-boyfriend Jason Wahler – rumors pinned on Montag and Pratt.

Both Conrad and Wahler deny ever making such a tape.
As for how her own actions are portrayed on the show, Montag tells the magazine that “some of it is true but some of it is a character that they have created” – which is okay with her, because Montag is grateful to be on The Hills at all.
“Every character plays a unique role and makes his or her own contribution,” she says. “Even though Lauren and I aren’t getting along, I’m still happy to be on this show with her.”
