It’s a dream catcher!

“It’s a picture of the dream catcher that hangs over her bed with four feathers to represent her four brothers and sisters,” says the friend. (Miley’s siblings are Brandi, 23, Trace, 21, Braison, 16, and Noah, 11.) “The dream catcher is to protect them.”

Miley has another etching on the opposite side of her rib cage that says ‘Just breathe’.  That tattoo, which she got in 2009, was reported to have been for a girl named Vanessa who passed away from cystic fibrosis in 2007. The pair met at a hospital, and Miley quickly connected with her, considering her one of her “best friends”. (See a pic here)

She also has a tattoo of a heart on her finger (see the pics here) and the word “love” tattooed on the inside of her right ear.

Miley Cyrus continues to stray from her squeaky clean Hannah Montana image, by getting another tattoo – this time on her ribs. It’s not clear what the tattoo is – but as soon as I find a better picture, I’ll post it!

The 18-year-old knew what to do to show off her  new ink while out and about in Hollywood, wearing a T-shirt with a hole cut in the side that was conveniently placed over the tattoo.

Jeremy Piven had nothing but good words for his So Undercover co-star Miley Cyrus!

He said that he had a really good time filming with her in New Orleans, despite there being a 27-year age difference between them.

“I think I must be an 18-year-old girl because we got along really well,” Piven told E! News while promoting his new drama I Melt With You at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. “It was just so much fun. I had so much fun with her and we had great chemistry. It was really really weird — we’re like polar opposites.”

Though Cyrus has had her fair share of controversies recently — she was caught smoking salvia out of a bong on November 28 — Piven insists the Hannah Montana star has a good head on her shoulders.

“You know, you can judge her, but what were you doing when you were 18?” he asked. “She’s kind of amazing. There’s something so incredibly refreshing about someone who is exactly who they are. There’s nothing pretentious about her. She’s this force. She loves to laugh.”

Kelly Osbourne really, really loves her new pal Miley Cyrus!

A day after angrily defending her So Undercover costar against “the haters,” Osbourne, 26, dressed up as Cyrus, 18.

In a TwitPic posted late Wednesday, Osbourne donned a wig matching Cyrus flowing brown-and-blond locks; the real Cyrus (wearing short-shorts and a t-shirt) stood as both young women made the peace sign.

“I’m just being Miley!” Osbourne’s caption read.

On Tuesday, Osbourne lashed out at Cyrus’ harshest critics, who lambasted the Disney star for a recent bong-smoking video and other antics.

“Miley and I have become really close,” Osbourne wrote. “I’m sick of all the haters judging her…This really makes me mad. Miley is one of the most hard working respectful women I have ever worked with, I am learning a lot from her!”

Kelly Osbourne is no stranger to the criticism of the press. So she recently took to her Twitter to stick up for her new costar Miley Cyrus about all the bad press she has been recieving.

“This really makes me mad,” Kelly wrote. “Miley is one of the most hard working respectful women I have ever worked with I am learning a lot from her!”

“Actually it’s the other way around Miley has us all on a health kick. Gym/early nights. There really scraping the barrel on that one!”

Recently Miley was caught on video smoking a bong and laughing hysterically. The press has been all over the story since the video was leaked.

Of course, you know Bill O’Reilly would have something to say about Miley Cyrus’ recent adventures with a bong. He wasted no time in giving his two cents about the Disney starlet.

True to his nature, the sharp-tongued host held nothing back when addressing the 18-year-old star’s poor decision.

“That was pathetic,” Bill told his viewers after playing the video during the segment.“Her days of being a role model are long over.”

A video of Miley inhaling a substance called salvia sparked a media firestorm last Friday over the drug and the former Hannah Montana star’s current state.

“I’m having a little bit of a bad trip,” a disoriented Miley said in the video. “Is that a Liam look-alike — is that my boyfriend? Is that me tripping? Does that look like Liam at all? I want more of that s—.”
