Michael Jackson had drug aliases!

michael-jackson.jpg

Someone’s going to be in some serious trouble.  Once authorities finally get to the bottom of this, it’s gonna get real ugly, real fast.

Michael Jackson used a slew of aliases to score prescription meds, and we know the two names that could unlock the key to gross abuse by Jackson and some prominent doctors.

We’ve learned Jackson frequently used the names Omar Arnold and Jack London to get powerful drugs, including Demerol. Jackson also used the name of one of his bodyguards, as well as the name of the office manager for one of his doctors.

The DEA, which is joining to assist the LAPD in its investigation of several doctors who prescribed drugs to Jackson, will be hunting down these names and others.

Sources tell TMZ the prescription abuse was so egregious, one doctor would call the pharmacy and say Jackson was coming down to get Demerol. The pharmacy would then fill the prescription, leaving the patient’s name blank.

Michael Jackson’s will names Diana Ross as backup guardian

Michael Jackson & Diana Ross

The close, lifelong ties between Michael Jackson’s and his friend Diana Ross are made dramatically clear in his 2002 will – he chose her to raise his three children if his mother is unable to do so.

The Jackson family matriarch Katherine Jackson, who is now watching the children, is named as the primary guardian, followed by Ross, 65, if Katherine dies or “is unwilling or able” to act as guardian, according to the will, released Wednesday.

As for what Jackson leaves behind, a petition attached to the will values his estate at $500 million – nearly all of it “non-cash, non-liquid assets” in the form of a lucrative music catalog and “interests in various entities.”

The inheritance goes into the Michael Jackson Family Trust, administered by lawyer John Branca, music executive John McClain and accountant Barry Siegel.

Although it is the first indication of what Jackson wanted done in the event of his death, the will does little to settle the issues of custody and inheritance.

It was signed almost exactly seven years ago, on July 7, 2002, and predates a 2005 custody fight between Jackson and Debbie Rowe, 51, the mother of his two older children, Prince Michael, 12, and Paris, 11. Rowe’s attorney claims Rowe now has parental rights over those kids, which she can exercise now if she chooses. (Jackson has a third child, Blanket, 7, whose mother is unknown.)

With a custody case possibly brewing, Katherine Jackson has been granted temporary guardianship.

Also, the $500 million value of the estate is seriously in question, with Jackson hit by a number of severe financial setbacks after the will was signed and now facing a variety of lawsuits for unpaid bills.

Michael Jackson court hearing underway

Michael Jackson

There’s a hearing underway over Michael Jackson’s will.

Here’s the problem. On Monday, Katherine’s lawyers got an order from the judge making Katherine the temporary administrator of her son’s estate, based on her belief that no will existed.

Now that a will has been filed, the named executors want to make sure they have control over the assets and are asking the judge to nullify Katherine’s power to move assets around — even temporarily.

We’re told there isn’t a conflict between Katherine and the new executors — it’s just to button things up.

Justin Timberlake on Jackson: I’m “Lucky” to Have Memories

jackson-timberlake-b.jpg

Justin Timberlake continues to mourn the loss of Michael Jackson.

Timberlake has performed with the King of Pop, including an ‘NSYNC duet with Jackson at the 2001 MTV Video Music Awards. Timberlake was so influenced by Jackson that he also wore a fedora and glove and showed off Jackson-esque dance moves in his “Cry Me a River” video.

“The thing about Michael is the memories,” Timberlake tells MTV U.K. “I’m lucky enough to have memories — actually, physically — with him onstage and off.”

He says the way the entire world has reacted to Jackson’s passing is a “testament to how big a deal it is, obviously, because he’s created so many cultural photos in people’s minds with his music that he was and always will be the King of Pop.”

“To create the things that he created with his music is untouchable,” Timberlake goes on. “He opened the minds of the world to be able to do that through his music… [it's] a feat not accomplished by many people, maybe only a handful of people. I don’t think anyone ever did it like him.”

Jackson – who died June 25 at the age of 50 after suffering cardiac arrest -
“opened the minds of people about music,” Timberlake said. “He opened the minds of people about culture. Even if it was this much in your conscious, he helped with segregation. His music did that and not a lot of people can say that. Michael was the baddest!”

Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe are not the biological parents!

debirower_468x551.jpg

From TMZ:

We’ve learned Michael Jackson was not the biological father of any of his children. And Debbie Rowe is not the biological mother of the two kids she bore for Michael. All three children were conceived in vitro — outside the womb.

Multiple sources deeply connected to the births tell us Michael was not the sperm donor for any of his kids. Debbie’s eggs were not used. She was merely the surrogate, and paid well for her services in the births of Michael Jr. and Paris.

In the case of Prince Michael II (the youngest), we’re told the surrogate was never told of the identity of the “receiving parent” — Michael Jackson. Three days after Prince was born at Grossmont Hospital in San Diego County, Jackson’s lawyer came to the hospital to pick the baby up and deliver him to Michael.

We do not know if Jackson chose the sperm or egg donors or if he even knew who they were.

Although Rowe is not the biological mother, it’s not a slam dunk that she would lose a custody battle. This type of case has never been litigated in California courts. Since Rowe was married to Jackson when Michael Jr. and Paris were born, there’s a presumption that she’s the biological parent. That presumption can be rebutted by other evidence.

We know there are documents outlining the whole arrangement for the birth of all three kids. Nonetheless, it’s still an open issue with the courts.

Also, for some reason, Michael Jackson never adopted the children either!

We’ve learned Michael Jackson never adopted his three children, even though he’s not the biological father.

We broke the story that neither Jackson nor Debbie Rowe are the biological parents of Michael Jr. and Paris. And Michael was not the biological parent of Prince Michael II either.

Now here’s the rub. We’ve learned Jackson never filed legal papers to adopt any of his children. Legal experts tell us Jackson would be presumed the father but it’s not conclusive by any means.

As for why Jackson didn’t formally adopt — we’re told at the time the kids were born there was no third party whom he believed would try and claim custody. For some reason, Jackson never thought Debbie Rowe would mount a custody challenge.

Dermatologist Is Biological Dad of Michael Jackson’s Children

jackson-752-b.jpg

Though Michael Jackson was wed to Prince and Paris’ mother, Debbie Rowe, their biological father is Arnold Klein, Jackson’s L.A.-based dermatologist and Rowe’s former boss, multiple sources confirm to the new issue of Us Weekly.

“He is the dad,” says a Jackson insider. “He and Debbie signed an agreement saying they would never reveal the truth.”

Though neither Rowe nor Jackson ever confessed to their kids’ true lineage, she did admit in 2002 that she carried his children as a personal favor (and would not confirm that the marriage was ever consummated).

“I said, ‘Let me do this. You need to be a dad. You have been so good to me,’” Rowe — who met Jackson when she was a nurse’s assistant in the 1980s — has said.

Klein would not give a comment to Us.

For more details on Michael Jackson’s shocking home life with his three children, how the kids are coping with his surprise death and never-before-seen private family photos, pick up the newest issue of Us Weekly, on stands tomorrow.
