Melanie Brown has sparked fears for her health after she was photographed arriving at Los Angeles International airport in a wheelchair.
The singer was snapped holding her baby daughter Angel and being pushed through the terminal at LAX by a member of airport staff.
A frail Brown had just disembarked a flight from her native U.K. to L.A. this weekend and was later seen being helped to feet by her husband Stephen Belafonte.
The star was photographed clutching her stomach and being supported by Belafonte as she tentatively made her way to a waiting limousine.

Melanie Brown has written a new sitcom which she describes as the “black version” of hit children’s TV series Hannah Montana.
Brown has penned the script and is set to star in the new series, which has been picked up by TV channel Nickelodeon and is scheduled to go into production later this year.
The singer claims the show has a style similar to teen star Miley Cyrus’ show Hannah Montana – which has been a major global success – but insists it will appeal more to young, black kids.
She says, “I’ve written my own sitcom that’s just been picked up by Nickelodeon that I start at Christmas. I’m the star of it. It’s a bit like Hannah Montana, but the black version.”

Spice Girl Melanie Brown is finding her new role as a lingerie model harder than she thought – because finds the idea of strangers seeing her in her underwear “weird”.
The singer replaced Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding as the new spokesmodel for lingerie line Ultimo in April.
But she still isn’t used to seeing herself in the raunchy advertisements.
She says, “It’s weird seeing massive posters of me in my underwear. But it’s my body and I like it.”

Melanie Brown is planning to relaunch her solo career after the success of the Spice Girls’ recent reunion tour.
The 32-year-old singer, who earned herself the nickname ‘Scary Spice’ during her time in the band, finished up her world tour with the Wannabe stars earlier this year – and is now ready to storm the stage on her own with the release of long-awaited sophomore album.
According to sources, the singer has spent the past week working with music producer Scott Storch – who has worked with the likes of Mariah Carey, Christina Aguilera and Paris Hilton.
Brown is also rumoured to be working with Britney Spears’ former-flame, music producer J.R. Rotem.
A source says of the project: “Mel is going for a pop sound with a bit of an urban edge.”
Brown released her debut solo LP Hot in October 2000, although the disc received mediocre reviews from critics and only charted in the U.K. at number 28.

Pop superstars Melanie Brown and Joey Fatone are teaming up to present a new reality TV singing contest.
Brown and Fatone, who became pop rivals in ’90s supergroups The Spice Girls and ‘N Sync respectively, have both recently appeared on U.S. reality show Dancing With The Stars.
And now the pair are joining forces to co-host The Singing Office, in which different groups of co-workers compete.
Brown says, “It’s not like American Idol or Dancing With the Stars. It’s not a serious competition. It gives people a break from their everyday lives to have some fun with their co-workers.”
The Singing Office will air on U.S. cable network TLC later this year.
