In this hilariously funny fish-out-of-water tale, “How to Lose Friends & Alienate People” tracks the outrageous escapades of Sidney Young (Simon Pegg), a smalltime, bumbling, British celebrity journalist who is hired by an upscale magazine in New York City. In spectacular fashion Sidney enters high society and burns bridges with bosses, peers and superstars. The film is based on Toby Young’s memoir of the same name and also stars Kirsten Dunst, Danny Huston, Gillian Anderson, Megan Fox, Max Minghella and Jeff Bridges. Directed by Robert Weide, the film will be released by MGM Distribution Co. on October 3, 2008.

Megan Fox has hit out at critics who have dubbed her tattoos “trashy” - and vowed to cover herself in body art to spite them.
The actress was this year named the sexiest woman in the world by readers of a leading men’s magazine, but she claims she’s looked down upon by people who don’t like her nine tattoos.
Fox has no intention of stopping at nine - and insists her detractors need to be more open-minded.
The 22-year-old says, “Everyone hates them because they’re closed-minded about tattoos. People who don’t like me, as far as fans go, always talk about how I’m trashy because I have tattoos. I find that insane! This is 2008, not 1950. Tattoos aren’t limited to sailors. I find them beautiful, so I’m going to keep doing it.”

Megan Fox has leaped to the defense of Disney stars Vanessa Hudgens and Miley Cyrus after their 2007 and 2008 private photo scandals.
Naked snaps Hudgens took for boyfriend Zac Efron made their way onto the internet in 2007, embarrassing the actress.
And Cyrus experienced her own string of scandals this year, when self-taken cellphone pictures also emerged on the world wide web. She also posed for a Vanity Fair photoshoot that was deemed to be too saucy for a 15 year old girl.
But Fox is outraged the young stars felt pressure to say sorry, insisting those responsible for exposing the candid snaps should be blamed and ashamed.
She tells GQ magazine, “I would never issue an apology for my life and for who I am. It’s like, ‘Oh, I’m sorry, I took a naked, private picture that someone, who is an *sshole, sold for money.’ Someone betrayed Vanessa, but no one’s angry at that person. She had to apologize.”

In attendance, were Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox, Rosario Dawson, Michelle Monaghan, Billy Bob Thornton, Kristin Cavalleri, Maria Bello, and more!

Megan Fox is heating up the newsstands with two sultry cover poses – but only one of them comes with the stamp of approval from the Transformers star.
That’s the tongue-across-the-teeth, barely-there-bikini picture gracing the October issue of GQ, in which Fox, 22, makes no apologies about her movie roles.
“If I get stuck doing comic book films for the rest of my life, I’ll be really happy,” she tells the magazine. “I love those types of movies. And I don’t mind being sexy – if it’s a character with a back story and an arc and something progresses.”
Of posing for the magazine, Fox says: “I am very excited to be involved with GQ, as it is such a great magazine.”
Fox, meanwhile, is also on the cover of Maxim, but her reps say the magazine proceeded without her cooperation, purchasing older photos that already have run in other magazines.
A Maxim rep says: “Megan Fox is a talented actor and a favorite of our 13 million readers and we’re pleased to recognize her accomplishments in the October issue with this beautiful photo portfolio.”
