Matt LeBlanc has quietly settled a legal spat with his former business manager.
Camille Cerio claimed the actor owed her over $1 million in commission after breaching a contract.
Her suit prompted an angry Le Blanc to call for Cerio to undergo a mental evaluation in July, insisting his former aide was suffering from a “major depressive disorder”.
But the two parties settled the matter out of court at the end of last month, and the agreement papers have just been filed in Los Angeles.
Details of the settlement have not been disclosed.

Matt LeBlanc has hit back at his former business manager’s claims he owes her commission by requesting a judge order her to undergo a mental evaluation.
Camille Cerio filed suit against the former Friends star for breach of contract last August, claiming he stopped paying her in 2000 and now owes her fees of over $1 million.
But in a motion filed on Tuesday, LeBlanc alleges Cerio has a “major depressive disorder” and asks that she be evaluated by a court-appointed psychologist.
A hearing is set for August 13th, reports TMZ.com.

It looks as if a movie adaptation of the massively popular TV series Friends could soon be hitting cinema screens.
According to the Daily Mail, the cast feel compelled to reprise their roles after the recent success of the Sex and the City movie, despite David Schwimmer previously claiming he would rather not play Ross again.
Schwimmer will be joined by Matthew Perry, Matt LeBlanc, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow to begin filming “within the next 18 months”, says an insider.
“Jennifer, Courteney and the rest of the cast are keen to reprise their roles, under the right circumstances,” said a source.
“The box office success of Sex And The City has really got their wheels spinning about how a Friends film could be just as big, if done right.”
However, it has also been suggested that Jennifer Aniston was initially not as keen as other cast members to return, but the source noted the “huge payday” may have changed her mind.

Matt LeBlanc’s former business manager has filed a lawsuit alleging the actor owes her at least $1 million.
Matt LeBlanc’s former manager claims the actor owes her more than $1 million.
Camille Cerio claims she served as LeBlanc’s manager in 1994, according to a lawsuit filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court.
The suit cites a 1994 letter in which LeBlanc approved the payment of 15 percent of his earnings for “pilot and series derived from ‘Friends Like Us’ and subsequent jobs derived henceforth” to Cerio. “Friends Like Us” was the original title of NBC’s hit series “Friends.”
Cerio contends she was entitled to receive commission for as long as LeBlanc received income from “Friends” and its spin-off series “Joey,” but the payments stopped in 2000 and she is owed at least $1 million. “Friends” ended in 2004.
Her lawsuit claims breach of contract and unfair business practice. It seeks a court order requiring LeBlanc to show how much he has earned from “Friends” and “Joey.”
An after-hours call to LeBlanc’s attorney was not immediately returned Tuesday.
